So I was sitting here going through shorts on YouTube and I was like something is missing today. And it took me a minute to realize the yelling in my head stopped after my meditation this afternoon. Those gamma waves on the left side of my head really paid off. You do!
Let’s meditate if you aren’t busy. I don’t know what kind, but we shall see.
I ordered Amazon so I can get some more gel caps for the winter viruses they give me. Maybe you all could send some positive wishes about them not being too poisoned. Aka brainwash them đź«Ł lol but seriously!
