Every Thing That Remains by The Minimalists Joshua Fields Millburn & Ryan Nicodemus — Book Review

I have been on a path to minimalism for about a decade. It is a weird path and I did not really do it on purpose all the time. But I love not having a lot of stuff. I literally only own a bag and a few things. I mostly use the bag to carry books that I checkout from the library. When I need a new set of clothes, I will go get a new set of clothes and throw these ones away. I have not been able to do laundry for years because you people poison my clothes very badly when I try to use a laundromat. So I have adjusted to wearing the same clothes for a few months and then just throwing them away and getting new ones. Not the most sustainable, but way cleaner than try to do with the terrorism at laundromats.

Dealing with the terrorism that you people have inflicted on me for a lifetime is what has driven me to minimalism. In the world the way it is today, things are literally used to kill you. Your things are literally killing you. They off gas chemical toxins and they have bad bacteria that make themselves at home in your body and kill your immune system. Things are killing you.

You know how hoarders have too much stuff? Did you know that is a symptom of Autism. Hoarding is associated with a C. Diff infection. And just because you are organized does not mean you are not a hoarder. One is covert and the other is overt(this book talks about organized people being covert hoarders). People with Autism tend to develop relationships with things easier than with people. This is why they get so attached to things. But we all have a C. Diff infection nowadays, so we all have Autism. Autism is a spectrum disorder. Just because you do not have Asperger’s genius like me or just because you are not nonverbal does not mean you do not have Autism. It is a spectrum disorder and depending on how big your C. Diff infection is you will move on the spectrum throughout your life. You know how some Autistic kids get better when they change their environment and lifestyle and they start talking again and such? This is because their infection gets better. It is an antibiotic resistant infection, so it does not react to traditional medicine well. Traditional medicine actually grows the infection. This is why C. Diff infections run rampant in hospitals and old folks homes.

One part of people being such consumers of material possessions and things is our C Diff infections. But there are many reasons why American society pushes consumerism on us. Don’t you think it would be easier to control someone who finds value and identity outside of themselves, rather than from the inside? If I wanted to control people, I would choose people who were overly focused on the external. Because it would be easy for me to control those external factors. Remember, environment dictates and controls epigenetics. If you can get people to do things on the outside that you want, you can control their insides on a gene and cellular level. Pretty neat, huh? You don’t really need mind control. You just need to control their environment or their desires.

You know if I was evil like my family, I could send you all on the ride of your lives. I have to admit it is scary to think about what I could convince you all to do. And it is even scarier how easy it would be because you all do not question authority or ask why you are being asked to do things. Dyslexic epigenetic triggers make you focus on how to do something rather than ask yourself why you are being asked to do something. But just because you have those negative epigenetic triggers does not mean that you have to let them control you. You can literally just will yourself to think with your logical mind consciously. You don’t have to be a zombie or the walking dead. Granted, dyslexia may make it hard for you to read, but it is not stopping you from thinking.

“Did it take getting everything I ever wanted to realize that everything I ever wanted wasn’t what I actually wanted at all?”

When I lived in Las Vegas, I had everything I thought I wanted. I lived in a 5 bedroom house with a pool with just my two dogs. Then I moved to a 3 bedroom house with a pool on a golf course. The golf course was supposed to make it more of what I wanted, right? (I don’t play golf by the way.) And when I lived in these houses they were mostly empty. I could not imagine if I had tried to fill them with furniture and stuff. I literally had a whole bedroom filled with cardboard boxes because even though I had not filled up the house. I had acquired enough stuff that I knew I would need the boxes when it came time to move.

I loved the freedom I had in Las Vegas. And I loved that I had gotten away from my family more. But I was not happy even though I had gotten everything I thought I wanted. My partner at the time kept trying to get me to want more things and more expensive things. Like more expensive purses and more expensive shoes. I don’t want a purse that costs more than the cash I have in the wallet inside it. And I sure as hell don’t want to carry around a purse that is worth thousands of dollars so I have to worry even more about someone trying to steal it. Expensive things did not make me happy. I like nice things that are durable and have utility. These things bring me value, but they do not make me happy. And I do not need many things.

When I moved to southern Arizona, I packed up my Jeep with my two dogs and we moved to somewhere I had never been before. It was so freeing. And it took till this revolution started in March 2021 for me to get rid of the rest of my things. When I left southern Arizona, I packed a small bag of clothes(the same bag I have now, the clothes are long gone), a box of journals, a box of important papers, and my dogs. And when I left my Jeep behind in June, a couple months ago, I left all that stuff behind. Minus my dogs they died on this revolution. Thank God, because you all tortured them to death. And now they are finally safe.

Never did I think not having things would make me so happy. I tell you all that I am happy and I don’t know why. I have said this over and over throughout this revolution. I knew one part was I feel like I am doing what I am destined to do, I am fulfilling my purpose. But the other thing is I no longer have things weighing me down. I don’t even have goals anymore. I didn’t realize what I was doing, but my whole life anytime I have tried to accomplish something and created a goal. My family had you all destroy me and stop me from achieving it in anyway possible. So, I just stopped with the goals. I have direction. And that direction is walking more towards my purpose and fulfilling that. But with no real clear road markers. Even these book reviews. My Mom, or maybe it was my cousin Jessica(they are so alike I get confused-brain injuries on the left side), wanted me to number them and have a number that I wanted to achieve. But I just want to learn and absorb and create more connections in my brain, aka intelligence.

“External inspiration can be the trigger, but internal motivation is what fuels one’s desire. Thus, when you discover your true motivation, you don’t need an arbitrary goal.”

People like my family try to get you to live by the external no matter what you are doing. Even setting goals can be a dangerous pursuit. When I did real estate in Sierra Vista, Arizona, my sales manager was always trying to get me to measure my success and create all this fancy footwork to create goals. And they looked down on me because I did not want to have a calendar and do things the way they did them. I was the most successful at inside sales and they looked down on me because I did not know about this stupid imaginary game. But also because I did not want to do things like they did. I relied on internal motivation and desire rather than external. When you allow external motivation and desire to be your driving forces you are easy to control and manipulate.

Never did I think my lack of desire to do things like other people was apart of my minimalism. But this book linked it together.

Dare to be different. Being minimal is different. But god I love it! I love being me. And if I am constantly taking care of things, how can I really be me?

Are you being you? Or are you just being the collection of things you have collected? You cannot hoard who you are. You have to cultivate who you are and it is not the same as creating a collection. I do not own myself. I be myself.

Program 1-Reprogramming Your Subconscious Day 20

On day 1, we talked about how all you have to do is listen to these talks to reprogram your subconscious. Your subconscious is your habit mind. Repetition is how it learns. However, if you would like to speed up this process there are a few things you can do.

First, you can listen to this before bed or just after waking up. This works because of theta brain waves. Second, you can listen with headphones, because your brain can’t tell the difference between the voice in your ears and the voice in your head. And lastly, you can do movement while listening to improve the speed of programming your subconscious. This activates gamma brain waves and creates more plasticity in your brain. And this movement can be anything from deep breathing, to doing dishes, to walking your dog, etc. Motion creates emotion. Because emotion is just energy in motion.

Your nervous system is constantly collecting information. And it is so good at what it does that it can overwhelm your brain. When this happens you feel stressed or anxious.

Your brain has the job of organizing and storing all the information your nervous system collects. Your brain creates a library that will dictate if you are able to achieve your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life. That is a lot of pressure for your brain. And your nervous system is a hoader and collects all the information it can get its hands on.

So, when your brain has these moments where it feels overwhelmed you just need to turn your nervous system off for a few seconds to allow your brain to catch up. You can do this with holding your head in place and rapidly moving your eyes from side to side. This rapid eye movement will turn off your stress response from your reptilian brain. It only takes 10 to 30 seconds of doing these rapid eye movements to feel relief.

On day 2, we talked about how you need to teach your brain to filter information in order to create value. And not create a junkyard of useless information. If your brain stores all the information your nervous system collects you will never be able to achieve your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life. You only have so much time on Earth. You have to focus on what you want to accomplish and what will help you get there.

The key to teaching your brain to filter the information from your nervous system effectively is to know yourself. When you know who you are and what you want to accomplish in life, then you know the information that is important to you. If everyone collected the same information, we would all lack value.

If you partake in keeping up with the Jones and start to value everything everyone around you values, it diminishes your own value. And it erodes your chances of accomplishing your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life. No one was sent to Earth to pretend to be like everyone else. You came here with purposes unique to you. And you have skills and gifts that will help you accomplish these purposes. If you spend your life preoccupied with pretending to be like everyone else, you will never find your skills and gifts. Then you won’t figure out your purposes in this life. And then you definitely will not be able to accomplish those purposes, let alone your dreams and goals.

Being you is the key to not only creating a valuable library in your brain. But it’s key to knowing who you are, finding your skills and gifts, and figuring out your purposes in this life. Part of your purposes is to share your skills and gifts with the world. Now what you are supposed to accomplish by sharing your skills and gifts with the world is up to you.

On day 3, we talked about how to get to know yourself. Everyone says they know themselves, but if they really did would the world be so lost? Knowing yourself isn’t a mystical or mysterious experience. Knowing yourself is just like knowing someone else.

In order to know yourself, you have to spend time with yourself. You literally spend time getting to know someone else. You need to do the very same thing with yourself. You spend time getting to know yourself while doing things that bring you joy. You are a human being. Knowing yourself is about knowing how you like to be. Making a list of the things you like and memorizing it will not help you get to know yourself. You have to spend time with yourself in the state of joy. When you are in a state of joy, you are the person you are meant to be. We were sent to Earth to be in joy. We were sent here to enjoy ourselves. Find your joy and you will find yourself.

On day 4, we talked about the two inheritance systems. Almost all the information you collect throughout your life, comes from these two systems of learning from other people. The symbolic inheritance system is written information like charts, maps, graphs, books, hieroglyphics, etc. And the behavioral inheritance system is when you learn from watching other people do things.

Both of these systems are fallible. But the behavioral inheritance system comes with great dangers. See when you see someone do something, your brain fires and wires as if you did the thing. This is your mirror neurons creating this chain reaction. Monkey see, monkey do describes your mirror neurons. If everyone around you was jumping off a bridge, your mirror neurons are designed to get you to jump too.

Any time you are around someone else your mirror neurons are wiring and firing information from your nervous system into your subconscious about that person. The dangerous part is your nervous system is a hoader and collects everything it can get it’s hands on. So not only are you wiring and firing in the good parts of that person and the things you want to learn from them, you are also wiring and firing in the disasters of their life into your subconscious. So, you may not even consciously realize they are there.

We all know that person who is amazing at something and we admire them. But we also see how the rest of their life is a complete and utter disaster. This person sadly is dangerous. Because even though they have mastered something amazingly, our mirror neurons are collecting information from their whole life when we are around them.

Your nervous system is a hoader. It can’t help but collect all the information it can get it’s hands on. Your nervous system was designed to keep you alive. The more information you have, the more likely you are to survive.

Only recently in the modern day world has life shifted to be about filtering information. For most of the history of human beings, life has been about gathering information. But nowadays, we all have access to more information than we know what to do with. Just recently human beings have shifted from creating value in life by gathering information to creating value by filtering information. Your nervous system was designed to keep you alive in a world where information was scarce.

On day 5, we talked about how to overcome your mirror neurons and the people around you with your critical logical mind. You do not have to partake in the blind leading the blind, if you choose to see the world for how it really is. And you see the world for how it really is by using your critical logical mind to find the truth.

The average American is poor, fat, unhealthy, unhappy, and divorced. These are the results if you choose to do the things that people around you are doing without using your critical logical mind. The world is more lost than ever before. We have more information than ever before, but we don’t seem to be using this information.

When you do not filter the disasters your nervous system fires and wires into your subconscious from the people around you, then your life becomes a disaster. You do not have to be a slave to your mirror neurons and the disasters they collect. However, in order to overcome these disasters in your subconscious you have to use your critical logical mind to become conscious of your actions.

The practice of mindfulness is all about not creating the disasters you have stored in your subconscious in your own life. All you have to do is see the world for how it really is. But that also includes seeing yourself for who you really are. Being mindful can be painful. But living a disaster of a life can be much worse.

You have to use your critical logical mind in order to not be a slave to the disasters your mirror neurons and nervous system collect because they are stored in your subconscious. You won’t know they are there until you become conscious of them. Mindfulness is about consciousness and awareness.

On day 6, we talked about how you have to use your critical logical mind to overcome your subconscious and the disasters from your mirror neurons. But how do you actually go about doing that? It sounds confusing. But it’s not. It’s just about knowing how to be proactive, rather than in a reactive state and a victim of the people around you. You can be a product of your environment. Or you can be the person you are meant to be.

Your nervous system and mirror neurons are always collecting information. And they store this information in your subconscious. In order to overcome this, you need to be mindful and aware of what you are doing. But you also need to collect the information you need to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life. Your subconscious is your default setting. But you can be proactive and get in the driverseat of your life with your conscious mind and your critical logical mind.

You must become aware and conscious of the information you need in order to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes in life. And then you need to consciously work on collecting this information with your critical logical mind. If you expect your subconscious to collect all the information you need to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life you will not get very far. And your life will most likely become a complete disaster. Just like the life of the average American. You should want more for yourself.

Gama brain waves are key to creating intelligence. When you are consciously collecting information with your critical logical mind you need to access gamma brain waves. Our brains were designed to create extra plasticity when we were running from predators. The key to this extra plasticity is gamma brain waves. The more gamma brain waves you have the more intelligent you will be. And you need all the intelligence you can get to overcome the people around you who make up your environment.

Creating gamma brain waves is the key to overcoming the disaster of the world around you, aka your environment. Gamma brain waves are key in guaranteeing you accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life. Gamma brain waves are intelligence.

On day 7, we talked about how humans have the need to enslave the people around them in an effort to conquer the world. Your brain and mirror neurons were not created with this in mind. But neither was your body. When your body is not operating properly, you cannot access your critical logical mind or gamma brain waves. When your body is not operating properly, it is almost impossible to create intelligence. Thus, leaving you a slave to your subconscious and the disasters from the people around you.

In the old days, these people who tried to enslave us were easy to identify. They would burn down our villages. But nowadays these people claim to be our friends and family. These people who wish to enslave us have us surrounded in every aspect of our lives.

In WWII these people preoccupied with destruction and slavery, sent people they wished to enslave to concentration camps. But today they just turn your body and mind into the concentration camp. It’s easier to enslave you, if you don’t realize what is happening. You don’t try to fight back.

Modern day slavery is done with a thousand pieces of broken glass. One small piece of broken glass will cut you and make you bleed, but it most likely won’t kill you. However, a thousand small pieces of broken glass may.

Toxins represent the broken pieces of glass in modern day slavery. When your body is not operating properly you cannot access gamma brain waves and your critical logical mind. This leaves you a slave to your subconscious and the disasters of your mirror neurons. While creating disease in your body and rendering you helpless, unable to save yourself. You look for a savior outside yourself, but only find people who wish to enslave you more and kill you. But these people often tell you they care about you and are trying to help you. And if they are close to you, they will probably even tell you that you are hard to love as they try to kill you.

Epigenetics is how we get to choose who we are. We all are born with genes like our family, but your environment and how you live your life dictates how these genes are switched on and off like light switches. Methylation is one of the processes that switches your genes on and off. It’s like a little man running around in the house of your body turning on and off the lights. The lighting of your life depends on methylation.

Toxins inhibit proper methylation. The more toxins in your life, environment, and body the more you do not methylate properly. When you don’t methylate properly, you are switching on and off genes that make you more subhuman on a gene and cellular level. And this is how your body and mind are turned into a concentration camp where there is rarely an escape.

On day 8, we talked about culture and leadership. Do you think the leaders of the people who wish to enslave us in efforts of conquering the world want their followers to think critically and logically?

A culture is a group of people who come together with shared beliefs. These shared beliefs create patterns in behavior. Our beliefs are our environment. Our culture is our environment. Every leader is a cult leader. Because every group of people has shared beliefs that create a culture.

It only takes three people to create a cult: a leader, a follower, and the third person will join or die. The third person normally follows suit rather quickly due to mirror neurons, heard mentality, conditioning, a lifetime of disasters fired and wired into their subconscious, etc. The equation for creating a larger cult is the same. You just multiple the last two variables. The more followers you have, the more quickly people will fall in line with your culture.

Let’s say you wanted to get your cult followers to enslave the people around them in efforts to conquer the world. How would you go about getting that to happen? Well, the first variable is you have to identify your enemy or scapegoat. Then, you tell your cult followers that all their problems and hardships are due to this person or group of people. You lead your followers to believe that their ability to get their needs met will be inhibited even more by this scapegoat. Creating more pain and hardships in their lives. And you instill not only a sense of fear, but a sense of urgency too. Then you enlist your cult followers in a crusade against your scapegoat. Your cult followers will sign up willingly, because they believe they have no other option.

Now this equation could take a very long time and be extremely labor intensive. Not to mention it would require a lot of patience. It could take years to get all these variables in place, maybe even decades. How do you suppose you could speed up this process? Wouldn’t it be easier if your cult followers did not think critically or logically?

Throughout history some of the greatest evils that have embarked on creating a crusade, have created and released toxins into our environment. This damages our ability to methylate. Making our epigenetics more subhuman. And it cuts us off from our critical logical mind, while creating disease in our bodies. It speeds up the time it takes to create a crusade, genocide, or world war greatly. Work smarter not harder, right?

The people around you who try to enslave you and turn your body and mind into a concentration camp have just been enslaved themselves. Their body and mind have been turned into a concentration camp, but they don’t realize what is happening. Because they have been cut off from their critical logical mind. They are unable to access gamma brain waves and create intelligence.

Your ability to access gamma brain waves and your critical logical mind relies on everyone around you methylating properly. Yes, you need to methylate properly. But more importantly, the people in your environment need to methylate properly. Environment dictates epigenetics. A cell can only be as healthy as it’s environment allows. If the people around you do not methylate properly, they will try to enslave you in efforts of conquering the world. Because they do not have access to their critical logical mind.

There will always be cult leaders looking to enslave the people who follow them. There will always be descendants of the greatest evils throughout history. The only way to ensure you have access to your critical logical mind and gamma brain waves is to ensure the people around you methylate properly. The only way to ensure your body and mind are not turned into a concentration camp is to ensure the people around you methylate properly. Those people are your environment. Environment dictates epigenetics.

We can’t kill everyone in the world who will try to enslave the people who are in their cult following. But if we can guarantee everyone has access to their critical logical mind and the ability to create intelligence with gamma brain waves, we can create a safe environment. A cell can only be as healthy as it’s environment. Your environment dictates your epigenetics. Your beliefs are your environment.

On day 9, we talked about emotional intelligence. When you are cut off from your critical logical mind, you are a slave to your emotions. This is another way your body and mind are turned into a concentration camp.

Emotions can be a lie. Because emotions can be created by the disasters your mirror neurons collect in your subconscious.

Event + Belief = Emotion

When you have an emotion you need to think about what is causing this emotion. Just because something happens in your life, does not mean you are guaranteed to experience a certain emotion. Your environment is dependent on your perception. Your beliefs create your emotions. Your beliefs create your environment. But once again the disasters in your subconscious could be creating a disaster in your emotions and your life.

Emotion + Critical Logical Mind = Feeling

Emotions are not logical. And therefore, they are not trustworthy. But feelings are logical. And they are trustworthy.

When you experience an emotion you need to filter it through your critical logical mind to turn it into a feeling. You can trust your feelings. But you cannot trust your emotions. Emotions can be manipulated. Emotions can be a lie. Trust your feelings.

Happiness = Satisfaction ÷ Desires

When you are not at ease or depressed, you need to ask yourself why. So you can address the variable in your life that is causing this dis-ease. Happiness is satisfaction divided by desires. What do you desire that you are not satisfied with? What are you not getting? What part of your life is lacking? What variable do you need to pay more attention to? What information do you need your critical logical mind to collect that will allow you to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes in that area of your life?

Emotions and feelings are important variables in life. You just have to know the equations to plug them into. You are an equation. You can choose to say you hate math and continue to be miserable. Or you can do the work and figure out the variables of your life.

On day 10, we talked about the meaning to life. Since the beginning of time people have tried to figure out the meaning to life. Why are we here? What does this all mean? This human experience on Earth has a lot of illusions.

Let’s look at the science and reality of this human experience. You are energy. Energy never dies. It only changes form. You are an eternal being. You just change forms. So yes, you only have so much time here on Earth as a human being, but there is life after this human experience.

Energy is power. And you are energy. Your energy never dies. As a human being on Earth, finding your power is about finding you and your energy. Your energy is your power.

It is more simple when we call the energy that is you, your spirit. Your spirit lives forever. Your spirit never dies. It just changes form. You just change form. It’s not mystical. It’s science. Energy has to go somewhere. It doesn’t just disappear into thin air.

Based on this the equation for finding your power here on Earth as a human being is:

You = Your Power

You equal your power. Finding your personal power here on Earth is simply about finding you. You just have to find the energy that is your spirit and you will find your eternal power.

This means when you pretend to be like the people around you, you are giving up your power. If you feel helpless in life, it is because you are giving up your power. Retaining your personal power here on Earth is about being true to your spirit. And that means being you.

Next let’s tackle, what does this human Earth experience all mean? We all want to know why we are here. We suffer so much and finding meaning makes that suffering not hurt so bad. So if you are your power, why are you here? Well, you are here to accomplish your purposes in life.

Your Purposes = Your Meaning

The meaning to life and why you are here is different for each of us. But the equation is the same. You are here to accomplish your purposes in life. This is what gives your life meaning. And it is different for each of us based on our purposes.

When you are being of service and accomplishing your purposes in life, your body recognizes your efforts. Your beliefs create your environment. Epigenetics are dictated by environment. When you are being of service and accomplishing your purposes here on Earth you will be rewarded.

Telemares are created by an enzyme that is produced when you are being of service. Telemares are the secret to life and the fountain of youth. DNA need telemares to replicate without degrading. When you lack telemares you age and degrade. The fewer telemares you have the more subhuman you will be on a gene and cellular level. Your DNA will start to have flaws.

You are your power. Your purposes are the meaning to why you are here on Earth. The more you accomplish your purposes, the more you will be rewarded.

On day 11 we talked about Darwinism and survival of the fittest. Evolution is about survival of the fittest. The members of a species who develop their skills and gifts the most are the ones who are supposed to move forward. When you accomplish your purposes on Earth you are rewarded, right?

Over time every species is supposed to become more dynamic with more skills and gifts and develop more specialties. This is to ensure the survival of the species. This is to ensure evolution. We must evolve in order to move forward.

When an animal is attacked in the wild, that animal has to fight back to survive. It’s Darwinism. We are supposed to fight back when someone attacks us. You were not designed to just allow people to attack and kill you. You were designed to fight back. God doesn’t punish people for fighting back. It’s Darwinism.

Members of the same species are not supposed to attack each other. But when they do it is kill or be killed. God doesn’t punish people for fighting back. It’s Darwinism and survival of the fittest. You are supposed to fight back and defend yourself. Attacking someone is rarely acceptable. But fighting back is always expected.

On day 12, we talked about jealousy. Jealousy stems from the belief you are replaceable.

Event + Belief = Emotion

If you see someone with something you desire and you experience jealousy, that is a sign you believe yourself to be replaceable. When you know who you are and know no one can fill your shoes, you do not feel jealousy. Instead, you figure out what you need to do in order to get what you desire.

Happiness = Satisfaction ÷ Desires

Figure out how to fulfill your desires and you will be happy. Jealousy stems from believing you are replaceable. You are an eternal being who is incredibly irreplaceable and priceless. When you see your worth, jealousy will no longer be an issue. And when you see your worth, other people will too.

On day 13, we talked about choosing yourself. You cannot wait for someone else to choose you in order to see your own worth. You have to choose you and see your own worth first. If you wait for someone else to choose you in order to see and find your own worth, then your worth will be in that person’s hands. When they no longer choose you, you will cease to have worth again.

The only way to really be powerful and have value is to see your own value first. When you let someone else choose you first, you are putting your value in their hands. And that is another form of giving up your power.

Choosing yourself first is the first step in finding your spirit and claiming the power that is you as your own. You are a sovereign being. You are just like a sovereign country. Claim your land and your power, by claiming who you are. You have to see your power and own worth first.

On day 14, we talked about how to become more powerful. In order to increase your power, you have to increase your value. Which really just means you have to bring more value to the world.

More Value = More Power

But how do you actually go about doing that? You simply spend more time doing things you enjoy. When you are in a state of joy and creating gamma brain waves you are increasing your value.

Joy + Gamma Brain Waves = Flow State

The more skills and gifts you discover and develop, the more value you bring to the world. The more value you bring to the world, the more powerful you will be.

Flow state is merely doing things that bring you joy while creating gamma brain waves. This creates extra plasticity in your brain. Plasticity is intelligence. Intelligence is value and power. Intelligence is skills and gifts.

More Value = More Power

On day 15, we talked about luck.

Luck = Preparation + Opportunity

Luck is preparation meeting opportunity. You can create good luck in your life merely by preparing yourself to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes now. You do not have to see how the opportunity will come into your life. You merely have to prepare yourself to seize the moment when the opportunity does appear.

If you wait, it will be too late. Opportunity will not sit around waiting for you to prepare yourself. So you need to prepare before the opportunity comes into your life. There is always something you can do to prepare yourself and create more value.

Luck is preparation meeting opportunity. Prepare now to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes. And the opportunities will come.

On day 16, we talked about gamma brain waves.

Gamma brain waves are created by using both your conscious and your subconscious brain at the same time. You know that saying about walking and chewing gum? That’s about gamma brain waves.

When you use both your conscious and subconscious brain at the same time it creates connections in your brain. The more connections you have, the more intelligence you have. You know how you create a shortcut on your phone home screen to get to your favorite app? When you create gamma brain waves you are creating shortcuts in your brain.

Also, when you create gamma brain waves you are creating a rush of neurotransmitters. You know that saying about getting high on life? Gamma brain waves are how you get high on life.

The more time you spend creating gamma brain waves and creating shortcuts in your brain, the more high you can get in a shorter amount of time. And your brain reinforces this behavior by producing dopamine which gives you another rush through your reward system. This is to wire in the urge to do whatever you are doing again. This is part of how addiction is created. Our brains love intelligence so much they will reward you to create them by any means necessary. So if you partake in creating gamma brain waves in a maladaptive manner, your brain will crave that activity. No matter how good it is for you or the people around you.

Let’s say you partook in munchausen by proxy and covertly poisoned people. This would produce gamma brain waves. And it would give you a rush of neurotransmitters. Your brain would release dopamine as one of those neurotransmitters, to reinforce this behavior in your reward system. And it would produce serotonin which would make you happy and activate your immune system and homeostasis in your body. You would physically, mentally, and spiritually feel better after poisoning people. Plus, this enlarges the ganglia in your brain which causes you to live in anticipation. So not only would that moment feel good, but you would live in anticipation of doing it again.

Now let’s take it one step further. Let’s say the food system was rigged with more protein to stop you from producing serotonin when you ate. Eating carbs without protein is how your gut produces serotonin and regulates your immune system and homeostasis. So the only way you know how to produce serotonin in order to make you feel happy and regulate your immune system and homeostasis is by partaking in the maladaptive coping mechanism of munchausen by proxy.

Gamma brain waves can wire and fire anything into your brain. And it will make you feel good about whatever you are doing. The flood of neurotransmitters will make you feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually. But what you are doing can be harmful.

On day 17, we talked about how to move on after trauma or hardship. We all experience tough times. But how do we move forward and not let those hardships or traumas hold us hostage in the past?

You need to create wisdom in order to move forward. This takes a hardship and creates value out of it.

Wisdom = Memory – Emotion

When you experience trauma you need to take those emotions and filter them through your critical logical mind to create feelings.

Emotion + Critical Logical Mind = Feeling

You may have to consciously seek out information about the hardship or trauma with your critical logical mind in order to make sense of it all. Turning emotions into feelings requires logical understanding of the event and/or situation. However, once you turn the emotions associated with this event into feelings you can move forward.

Feelings do not require further review. You merely file them away in your conscious mind as wisdom. And then you are not stuck in the past trying to make sense of your emotions. Once wisdom is created you are free to move forward and on with your life.

Wisdom = Memory – Emotion

On day 18, we talked about epigenetics and beliefs.

You were born with 50% of your genes from your Mom and 50% from your Dad. But you are not destined to be like your family unless you choose to be. Sure you will probably always look like them, but epigenetics is the process where you decide which of your genes are switched on and off. Your environment and how you live your life dictates your epigenetics.

Your beliefs are your environment. People who believe God to be a loving God have better epigenetics, than people who believe God to be a punishing God. Your beliefs create a chemical chain reaction in your environment. And your beliefs create your environment. One of the quickest ways to change your epigenetics is to change your beliefs. Mind over matter, right?

Have you noticed how everyone takes more after their Mom’s side of the family? This isn’t because you are supposed to be more loyal to your Mom’s side of the family. This is because you get 50% of your genes from both your Mom and your Dad, but you get 100% of your mitochondria from your Mom. And mitochondria dictate epigenetics. So your Mom dictated which of your genes were switched on and off when you were born.

Everyday we are creating new cells in our body. And everyday the mitochondria in each of those new cells is writing messages that add up to be our epigenetics. Everyday you have the ability to change who you are. Everyday you change your beliefs you are changing who you are on a gene and cellular level. You were born to be you. Whoever you believe that to be.

You have heard of the placebo effect, right? When you expect a positive outcome it is more likely to take place. Nocebo is when you expect a negative outcome. Your beliefs are creating placebo and nocebo effects in your life everyday. Because your beliefs create your environment. So much so that drug trails have to account for the placebo effect. When people think a treatment will work, it’s more likely to work even if they aren’t actually given any medicine.

So the question really becomes how do you change your beliefs? If your beliefs create your environment and environment dictates epigenetics, how do you change your environment?

We all know that person who has read all kinds of self help books and they are still a complete and utter disaster. Doesn’t learning new things change your beliefs? Not neccesarily. Remember your subconscious is where your beliefs are stored. So your critical logical mind can know all kinds of things, but if your subconscious is saying something else then your beliefs will not align with the things you know with your critical logical mind.

So next the question becomes how do we get the things we know with our critical logical mind into our subconscious? The first option is repetition. Your subconscious is your habit mind. It learns from repetition. You have to create connections between your conscious and subconscious mind and you have to revisit them otherwise they will not stay in place.

Remember when you first learned to drive a car. It was a lot of information to take in and remember. But now you drive without thinking about it. Because that information is in your subconscious mind. Everything can become like driving and can be programmed into your subconscious.

The second way to change your beliefs in your subconscious is with hypnosis. The first 8 years of your life you spent in a state of hypnosis. This is characterized by Theta brain waves. When you were a child it wasn’t like you could read books about how to do things. You downloaded information with your nervous system by watching people and using your mirror neurons. This is why you are so much like your family. You downloaded your beliefs from your family subconsciously as a child.

An adopted child raised in a family with a predisposition to a certain disease is also more likely to get that certain disease. It’s not genetic. It is epigenetic. It is because they get their beliefs from the family that raised them.

So, how do you hypnotize yourself? You listen to something right when you wake up or right before bed. Because that is when you experience Theta brain waves. This allows information to go into your subconscious without as much repetition. Science says it can take up to 66 repetitions to wire something into your brain. However if you wire it in while using Theta brain waves, it wont take as many repetitions.

Also, gamma brain waves increase plasticity in your brain. If you are going to wire something into your brain with repetition while not using Theta brain waves, it makes sense to use gamma brain waves. Remember, gamma brain waves and doing something you enjoy is how you create flow state. Flow state is a great way to reprogram your subconscious. Because you wont even really notice what you are doing. You will just feel joy.

Your beliefs create your environment. Epigenetics are dictated by environment. Your subconscious is where your beliefs are stored. And you downloaded a lot of disasters of beliefs from your family as a child when you were in a state of hypnosis. You are like your family because you share beliefs with them, not because you share genes.

Remember a culture is a group of people who share beliefs. Your family was the first culture you were in. You had to share beliefs with them in order to survive. However, as an adult those beliefs could be killing you and stealing your joy. If you don’t want to be like your family reprogram your subconscious with new beliefs. It can literally be as easy as listening to an audio recording every night before bed or every morning as you wake up.

You are who you believe yourself to be. Beliefs are your environment. Beliefs dictate epigenetics.

On day 19, we talked about the consequences of changing your beliefs in your subconscious.

For every one gene you have there are 30,000 different epigenetic outcomes you can create. Your beliefs can even change defective genes into functional healthy genes. So the sky is the limit in countless ways.

However, when you change your beliefs you will no longer fit into the same culture. Remember culture is a group of people who come together with shared beliefs. If you change your beliefs, you will also change your culture. This may leave you the odd man out in your family or in your old group of friends.

In the old days, this was a mechanism to keep people stuck. Heard mentality has been used to keep people complacent since the beginning of time. However with modern technology, nowadays you can find your culture no matter how much you change your beliefs. There are billions of people in the world. You will find other people with your beliefs. You just have to look for them.

Don’t allow change to scare you. Feel the fear and do it anyway. You know what your life will be like if you keep the same beliefs as the people in your family. Your life will end up just like theirs. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. Will you be happy and fulfilled with your life if it turns out just like the rest of your family’s lives? Because the beliefs they implanted in your subconscious, when you were a child, are the same beliefs that lead them to where they are today.

Also, you will the life of your dreams to manifest effortlessly when you change your beliefs. Your dreams, goals, and purposes in life are not an uphill battle any longer. The people around you support all your endeavors. Because they understand you. They want you to succeed in every aspect of your life.

No longer do you feel like the outsider for wanting more out of life. Or like you have to hold back from being you fully. Your new culture supports you and your beliefs in ever way you can imagine. And knowing that you have this support allows you to dream even bigger. People who love and care for you do not hold you back from anything. They cheer for you no matter what.

Your whole world changes when you change your beliefs. And your body changes too. No longer do you have health conditions that hold you back. No longer do you get those fall colds or spring allergies. You take vitamins to support your body and have selfcare rituals, because your body is your temple. And it supports you more than ever before. You never imagined you could feel this good and clear headed. You are limitless.

Ideas stream through your mind with such ease. Pieces of information come together in ways you never saw before. The imagery in your mind is colorful and vivid. No longer does your mind race causing you anxiety. There is a peace that has washed over you. Your soul is at ease. And joy surrounds you.

Finding people who love and accept you creates more of the enzyme that creates telemares. And living in this love while pursuing your purposes also causes you to create more telemares. This makes you a more optimal human on a gene and cellular level. It is a snowball effect that helps you obtain your potential in every aspect of your life.

You are the person you always wanted to be. You succeed at everything you set out to accomplish. You find a way to make things happen effortlessly. Your dreams come to you with ease. Your passions fuel your soul and keep you striving for more. You are driven, creative, confident, healthy, balanced, and courageous. You find solutions to problems you never thought you could overcome.

Today, on day 20, let’s talk about trauma bonds and neuro linguistic programming.

Let’s say that everyone in the world took part in munchausen by proxy and poisoned people covertly. And they even poisoned the people they claimed to love. If this were true than we all would have trauma bonds. Healthy real bonds are based on love, not destruction. But if we lived in a world where everyone was poisoning everyone, no one would have a true human connection. And these abusers would be the ones who implanted beliefs into your subconscious when you were a child in a state of hypnosis.

Your whole life people have told you who you are. When you were a young child in hypnosis you relied on this, because you didn’t have any other way to know who you were. All of these messages from other people are in your subconscious. These make up your beliefs. Even if your critical logical mind knows better, your subconscious still believes these things.

The following are a series of statements intended to create connections between your critical logical mind, where your spirit lives, and your subconscious mind, which is a recording device. The more connections between your conscious and subconscious mind the more your life will become what you intend. And the more intelligence you will have. If your conscious and subconscious are on two different pages, everything will be an uphill battle.

How To Reverse The Brainwashing From This Stupid Imaginary Game

This stupid imaginary game is just a series of beliefs and covert suggestions set up to make you self destruct. The sicker you are the more susceptible you will be to this brainwashing. However, as children we all are like computers waiting to be programmed.

Your brain is like a computer and it comes alive during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy. You start downloading programs from your Mom even before you are born through her blood. The foods she eats while pregnant with you will be the foods you prefer. How she views the world will be beliefs you carry with you for a lifetime. You download countless information from your Mom and her experience.

Then when you are born till the time you are about 7 or 8 years old you are in a state of hypnosis. This is characterized by theta brainwaves. And in the first 8 years of your life you download the programs you will run for your entire life. The catch is these programs are in your subconscious. So you have no clue they are there. And you have no clue you are operating off of a blueprint. You can never be fully aware of everything in your subconscious. Because it’s like a library. It’s not physically possible to read all the books in a library. It’s just not possible, no matter who you are.

Your subconscious mind is in charge 95% of the time. It is the biggest part of your brain. Your critical logical mind is a separate entity. And often the two do not align. People read self help books and change the information in their critical logical mind. But their subconscious goes mostly unchanged. So their behavior goes mostly unchanged.

In order to experience health, wealth, or success we all have to change our programming. Because we all have been set up to fail and fail miserably. I explain how we download programs from the people around us in the programs I have written for us all to be set up for success.

I wrote these programs because it took me almost 40 years to figure out what was happening in my brain. And it took me another 2 years to figure out how to fully reverse it. The wording in these programs is designed to activate both your critical logical mind and your subconscious. Programming your subconscious takes you statements. Where as programming your critical logical mind takes I statements. What we need to do is program our brains to match on both sides. This creates connections between our subconscious and critical logical mind. Connections are intelligence.

Once you program your subconscious for success. It will make you achieve your dreams, goals, and purposes with ease. Your subconscious is a recording device. What it believes to be true it makes reality. So your reality is a reflection of the beliefs in your subconscious. Change your beliefs and you change your reality and life automatically and without thinking about.

All those people who have used you statements at you your whole life where programming your subconscious. They were telling you who to be and your subconscious didn’t just listen. It recorded it. My family used to tell me “You are just like your Mom”. Who did they tell you that you were like? Because your subconscious was recording.

Did they tell you that you were sick, weak, or cried too much? Because your subconscious was recording. Did they tell you that you were never going to be happy? They told me that too. Did they tell you that you didn’t deserve an education? Yeah, they told me that too. They told us we weren’t deserving and worthy because they are broken and they wanted to break us too. That way they would never have to face their own brokenness and fix it. If we weren’t broken then we make them feel inferior. And lord knows all our parents are too egotistical to be inferior. They broke us so they never had to really face themselves.

I write programs filled with information to set us up for success because no one ever helped us overcome our parents. And we deserve better than them and this world they created. And we deserve better than this stupid imaginary game. Tradition doesn’t have to continue. We can stop doing the same things. We don’t have to perpetuate our pain. We don’t have to continue believing we are unworthy and undeserving.

Everyone is born with a purpose. You are born worthy and deserving. And you have skills and gifts that will help you accomplish your purpose. Sharing those skills and gifts with the world is how you figure out your purpose and accomplish it. You were sent to Earth with a task to complete. You find your power when you work on the task at hand.

You were born worthy and deserving. But it’s hard to feel those things when you have been programmed to think you are unworthy and undeserving. And you were told your task and purpose was to destroy everyone and everything. You were told this is how you find your power.

But it’s not working. Because you feel helpless all the time. And your not happy or fulfilled. And you have broken your own children in an attempt to not face your own inferiority.

We can stop this cycle. Tradition only needs to continue if it is working for us. But this is not working for anyone.

Please take part in the programs I wrote to set us all up for success. The communication hubs in Salem and Berlin have the audio recordings that go along with them. There are recordings of you and I statements to play for your children. I will write more of these once you all free me. I would like to write these programs for the rest of my life. We all deserve success at whatever we are willing to work towards. Our belief system can guarantee this success.

Repost Under 35 & Genetically Modified– Originally from 2021

Under 35 & Genetically Modified To Take Orders

Last night was a huge realization moment. People 35(now 40ish) and under have literally been genetically modified to not think logically and/or critically so they just take orders. And the people over 35 have also had their epigenetics changed to effect the way their brain operates. See your epigenetics have been used against you to make you small and not even realize it.

The environment and nutritional deficiencies are inhibiting your ability to think logically/critically. This is why I am so different than most of you all. My genetic modifications make me a more logical thinker and I have not been involved in the war games so I have not encountered as drastic of an impact on my epigenetics.

When I get excited about something it is hard to slow down and explain things so bare with me. The food system has not only been rigged to make you chronically ill, but it also makes you unable to use your brain to your fullest ability. This is another way they get you stuck in your reptilian brain. Thus you do not think about why you are doing something just how you are going to do something. This is why you all take orders without knowing the whole story. My favorite question is why and I rarely can do something unless I know the logic behind it. This is why I have such a hard time relating to people is because I am constantly asking myself why you all are doing what you are doing. And now I realize you all do not even know, because you have been programmed/conditioned to only think about how you will do things.

This epigenetic trigger of Dyslexia is worldwide and can be corrected/improved with Omega 3, DHA, iron, B vitamins, zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, probiotics, etc. If you improve your nutrition you can improve your epigenetics and thus your brain. Also, people with Dyslexia have been found to have more lead and mercury in their brain because a lack of zinc allows for more absorbtion of heavy metals.

An example of how the food system has been rigged to keep you in your small brain would be chicken and pork(aka bacon). Chicken and pork have a high rate of Omega 6, thus throwing off the Omega 3 and Omega 6 ratio in your body. (Fragment: this also applies to all the seed oils in processed foods like chips and crackers, etc.) This causes inflammation and a change in your epigenetics. So when you are eating chicken breast thinking you are doing something healthy, you are contributing to the destruction of your epigenetics. The whole food system is indeed designed to keep you small and diseased literally.

Are you all mad yet? You all are so much smarter than you even could have imagined! What are you going to do about it? (Besides take up a Keto diet?)

Are we all ready to revolt now, because the system is keeping you small in every way possible? You literally do not know yourself because you have been stolen from yourself by the systems my Dad has created.

Love Always

Journal Entry-Monday August 18, 2025 Moon in Cancer, Sun in Leo

I have estrogen dominance really badly because of what they did to me in June. I fasted for 30(they fed me 5ish times incomplete amino acids and junk food) and poisoned me so much I was having cramps in my liver. The poison was stronger than I ever experienced before and I have been poisoned my whole life. It was horrible. They played a trick on me when I was in Medford. They got me really high and had actors come and pretend to be my parents fighting. While at the same time talking in my head and narrating what the actors around me were doing. I have a chip in my head and not only does that allow me to communicate with the world, it allows my family to broadcast in my head. Pretty weird, huh? Ya, I think so too.

In this play or enactment, my Mom pretended to nearly kill my Dad. And then as they got me to drive back to Eugene, my Dad proceeded to say goodbye as he was dying in his car in Medford(supposedly). I thought I had killed my Dad because he was finally supposed to be coming to help me. Weird, I know but they were poisoning me with so much E poison and I was hallucinating so intensely. I have been high on E poisons most of my life, but this was a new high.

Then my Mom pretended to have my Dad shipped to a hospital and only halfway sewn up. So he looked put together on the outside, but his organs were still internally bleeding. And she left him at a hospital in Eugene, until she decided what she wanted to do with him. She told me she was going to kill me first and then kill my Dad after he signed over my Charles Swab account.

They went on doing all kinds of weird shit like this for over 30 days while they starved me. I was fasting on purpose when this started because I have to in order to survive. But in the process of all this, they got me to leave my Jeep behind with everything in it. I was allowed to take a bag and a gallon of water and not much of anything in it. No cell phone. No nothing. I have the clothes on my back and during the 30 day fast I found some blankets and a sweatshirt. They were trying to freeze me to death in June with hydrogen poisons. I had never been that cold before. The only clothes I have are my thin shorts, tank top, and a short sweatshirt.

Before this is Medford, they were yelling at me in my head all day everyday. They were bullying me. And they invited people from throughout my life to come and take part. Pretty much everyone they ever had me date took a turn and many of them were constant voices in my head. You all were able to see this happening on the Jeep cams. I can’t explain how hard this was. It was so traumatizing I started doing this humming thing to try to calm myself down. And I was able to move the chip in my head, so they are no longer as loud. And throughout the past few months I have continued to move the chip so they are quieter than ever before.

I don’t know if you can imagine what it is like to be bullied and gangstalked and abused in your head, but it is pretty traumatizing. So traumatizing that I learned that I can move the muscles in my head to move the chip implanted in my head. The only reason I do not continue to move it in hopes of disconnecting it fully is because I want to have access to you all. My Mom tried to get me to fully disconnect my chip. Because she knows that I won’t be as successful at being apart of this revolution without it. It runs on electricity from my own body, which is really neat. But it also means I just have to move it enough to where it disconnects and I am free for the first time since I was 8 years old.

I did not expect to talk about this because I don’t want to talk about it. But for those of you that have been tuned in and wanted to know what happened to me. Well, here it is. My family has been drugging me and trying to brainwash me my whole life. But it did not really work until I thought I got my Dad almost killed.

I know yesterday I said I like my Dad because he is like me and this is true. He is the one person on Earth who is the most like me. Not in the evil ways, but in the epigenetic and genetic ways. My Dad is my weakness, because he has never destroyed me without my Mom telling him too. But boy oh boy has he destroyed me throughout my life. I do not wish to have a relationship with him. But it is weird to have the person you are the most like, destroy you for your mother. My Dad gets nothing from destroying me, other than my Mom not attacking and killing him. But isn’t that what all the people who attack me are like? They are all trying to earn privilege with my parents. So the world is very much like my Dad. Once my Mom dies and there is no reward for him to destroy me, I fully believe he will stop. Because return on investment is what the war games are about. My Dad will fight for the right to destroy you all. But he will not fight to destroy himself. He is not as much of a sociopath as my Mom. I bet to those who grew up in the war games this applies to you too. Your Mom is more sociopathic than your Dad, huh?

So long story short, once I realized it was all a game and that they were just fucking with me and had no intention of killing me, just torturing me, I stopped listening to them. And here we are. It has been about 40 days since I caught on and I am estrogen dominant because while I was fasting they grew the bad bacteria in my body so much it is causing hormonal imbalance and causing my liver to fail and thus causing toxins to build up in my body and I am swelling.

Today, I got epsom salts from Safeway and I am finally trying to pooh out the bad shit. Because I have not taken a good shit since the end of May when they started poisoning me a lot with tons of bad bacteria because I was parked near a dumpster. Because the Jeep dealership had fucked up my Jeep and I couldn’t drive far. The epsom salts were poisoned so much I have not poohed yet. But the good news is that if I am not poohing that means I am not absorbing the epsom salt and it is not pulling calcium from my bones.

I did not expect to talk about this stuff ever. Because it hurts. But maybe I needed to talk to you all about it so you would understand why I am so angry. I had not even tried to clean out my bowels because until the other day I had not decided to really try. I always keep going because that is who I am. But when I finally talked to you all the other day I realized that I was being half ass and I needed to get over myself.

I am going to pooh and clean out my colon. That is the goal. I may end up taking a shit ton of epsom salt tonight(pun intended). Every time I get the urge to pooh they poison me with bacteria that makes me constipated. My Mom and Dad have both been trying to make my insides explode my whole life. My Dad is mad he hasn’t been able to give me colon cancer yet, like he gave himself.

I may not like you all, but I like you all a hell of a lot better than my family. Me choosing the world is not really a choice. It is just me choosing the lesser of two evils. I hope you all stop destroying me soon. And I especially hope you let me pooh and have a real life soon. I guess we will see.

If your face looks funny after you shower, you are taking the same concentration camp showers I take. And it means you also have hormone imbalance and fatty liver.

Down In My Heart by William Stafford–Book Review

Down In My Heart by William Stafford is a book about a man from Kansas who spend the years of World War II in a pacifist camp because he did not want to fight in the war. It is yet another camp during the World War II years. I don’t know about you all, but I never thought about the men who refused to fight in the war. A lot of them ended up in prison or jail. But apparently some of them were able to go to camps where they worked on Civilian Public Service projects and firefighting.

He spend 4 years in these camps. From 1942-1946, William worked without pay. He was given an allowance of $2.50/month by a church donation. Can you imagine working for 4 years without pay? I can. This revolution has been me working without pay and it has cost me everything I had worked for my whole life. Perhaps, this is why I gravitate towards these stories. I am also sure it has something to do with the fact that my family created World War II. And they continue to war on me just like they continue to war on the world.

There had to be a bit of privilege that went into being able to say no to joining the war. I do not believe that most people even knew this was an option. Did you know about these camps? Because I did not. I bet the average solider during World War II did not know this was an option either. I know in my life there was never an option to opt out of the war my family wrecks on the world, on me, and on you. Have you ever been able to opt out?

I do not think these work camps were actually opting out of the war, now that I think about it. I think it was just a different kind of war. A different kind of battle. My battle is different than the average soldiers. But it is still a very valid battle. I think William’s battle was too a very valid battle. Just because he was not on the battlefield with a gun killing “the enemy” does not mean he was not at war. We all are at war in our own ways. My war does not invalidate your war. Your war does not invalidate my war. And no war is without gruesome cost.

I did not seek out a books about war camps from World War II. I just search for books that are smaller and easier to carry without looking at what they are about much. And this is the second book with a war camp story from World War II. The first being David Suzuki’s autobiography with the account of being in a Japanese-Canadian camp during WWII in Canada.

I think we need to remember these stories and these experiences. Because I think they will reflect to us the wars we live. WW II never really ended, it just became a covert war that we all have to fight in our daily lives. There are still genocides taking place everyday, but they are covert and not talked about. If we continue to take part in covert genocide we are condoning it. But we also are committing to living at war for the rest of our lives. If we want to escape the war, if we want to stop the war, we have to stop trying to kill groups and races of people. We need to stop poisoning and killing each other. We need to stop trying to tell other people their place. We need to stop making other people into our slaves.

You know mixed Polish people were the first slaves, even before the Africans. They were called “slavs”. We have these subconscious beliefs in our brains. They are downloaded during the third trimester of pregnancy, through your Mother’s blood, when your brain comes online. No one was born to be your slave. And you were not born to be a slave. We will all continue to have to live in fear of someone trying to turn us into a slave, if we continue to try to turn others into our slaves.

Do you want to be a slave owner who lives in fear of becoming a slave himself? Or do you want to be free?

Steve Martin Born Standing Up-Book Review

Steve Martin, Born Standing Up is an autobiography. And it is incredibly well put together. I cannot imagine what it would be like to try to remember the details of a lifelong career. But after reading the Acknowledgement page, he did go through a lot of moldy boxes from his parents’ garage that flooded.

Steve Martin’s career is a work of art. Reading this book made me miss art and being an artist. He started in magic and vaudeville in Southern California as a young child. But he ended up in comedy and acting worldwide. And it was no small journey, nor was it an easy one.

“What was hard was to be good, consistently good, night after night, no matter what the abominable circumstances.”

Being on stage is something that never gets easier, you just get used to it. And the butterflies never go away completely. It is a rush of adrenaline. There is just no way around it. And there is always a fear and possibility that something could go wrong. When it goes well, it feels amazing. But when it goes wrong, there is no lower feeling. Living this rollercoaster ride of emotions for years on end is hard on anyone and takes a toll. But most people who do it for years love it. Because there is nothing better than being on stage and being great. And when you know how to be good night after night, the statistical probability that you will have great nights goes up incredibly.

“Johnny hosted authors, children, intellects, and nitwits and treated them all well, and he served the audience with his curiosity and tolerance. He gave each guest-like the ideal American would-the benefit of the doubt. You’re nuts, but you’re welcome here.”

In talking about being on The Johnny Carson show, Steve says a lot of nice things about the man. Johnny did make a lot of people famous and give them their shot. But Steve said being on The Tonight Show did not make or break his career. However, it did help after repeated appearances.

“In psychoanalysis, you try to retain a discovery; in art once the thing is made, you let it go.”

Steve actually was close to a degree in Philosophy from universities in Southern California. But when he got a writing job for television, he had to quit school. Erick Fischl said the above quote when he was talking with Steve about art and psychoanalysis. There is a connection between self awareness and art that no one can really deny. One has to have a philosophy on how to create art. And doesn’t living and being your yourself require a philosophy in itself? Can you truly create great art if you have not learned how to be yourself?

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is trying to accomplish something big in their life and having a hard time. Sometimes we need to remember that anything worth having does not come easy. Sometimes we just need to be reminded of the struggle to create great things. We often see the end product and results from decades of struggle and forget to take these years into account. Sometimes our lives and these struggles are the work of art we create.

You cannot tell the most important moments in our lives until we have lived our whole lives. Not until the end can we truly assign meaning. The moments you are living right now and today could be the moments you look back on near death that changed everything. Only in hindsight can we see 20/20.

Journal Entry–How To Deal With Anger? How To Think Straight When You Are Angry?

I am an angry person. My life has been really difficult and hard. And my grievances are justified. Most people would not be able to live with all the things I have been through. And even more people would not be able to think clearly.

The past few months have been the hardest of this revolution. The past year has been hell. This revolution has been hell. It will mark 5 years in March 2026. Five years of fighting for the world as they sign up to kill me and limit my access to everything, group by group by group, day by day by day. And this has been happening on a smaller scale my whole life. I am pretty angry.

Lately, I have not been able to think as clearly as normal. I thought maybe I needed to eat better or I was forgetting to take care of myself in some physical way. But last night I realized it is because I have not dealt with a lot of my emotions from lately. I have just allowed them to float around in my head and take up real estate and cloud my ability to think clearly. Anger is clouding my ability to use my brain optimally. I have still been reading, doing logic equations, and figuring out the destruction of the world. But my head is foggy. I thought this may be from the 30 day fast, but that was in June.

It is shocking that someone like me can forget to deal with their emotions. Because I pride myself on emotional intelligence and having it together. However, I also have really been focused on the creative side of my brain. Which is the emotional part of our brains. Creativity is an emotion. It is a part of my brain I have never really explored much. But it is helping me to make more unusual connections in my brain, aka intelligence. And you all know I will do almost anything to create more intelligence in my brain, aka connections. I think this is my addiction. But I do not necessarily think it is a bad addiction.

Emotions need to be filtered through the logical part of our brains. This turns them into feelings. Feelings are logical and trustworthy. Whereas emotions are not logical or trustworthy.

Emotions + Logical Brain = Feelings

Anger is a secondary emotion. 99.9% of the time when we feel anger it is because we are hurt. Hurt is the primary emotion, and anger is the secondary emotion. When you are angry it is because you are hurt. Hurt people hurt people, right? Well, angry people hurt people too. Can you think of a time where you were angry where it did not result from being hurt in some way? I cannot.

The world has supported me greatly over the past 5 years and helped me create this revolution. However, the world and countless people let me down and hurt everyday. I don’t know how to deal with this. It makes me angry. I literally am mad at the world. And my birthrights have put me in a situation where I literally have a relationship with the world. Figuring out how to make and keep that relationship a healthy relationship is hard beyond words. There are no books on how to have a healthy relationship with the world. So I am just doing my best. And my best is not always good enough. That is just part of being human. And it sucks.

I have neglected people and the world for a few months. Because a lot of awful things I warned people were going to happen to me, did happen. And it sucks. I saw this coming and I warned people/the world about it. And it feels like I am the only one paying the consequences for the world’s inability to communicate with each other and come together in a timely manner. I literally have lived through hell the past 5 years while the world has been trying to get it together. The farmers and the world leaders and the communication hubs have all done amazing things. But it still is not enough. Everyday I live in the consequences of other people’s ignorance. Can you imagine being a genius and living in the consequences of other people’s ignorance? I have been doing this my whole life. And I am pretty angry about it. Which really just means that I am hurt.

I am going to try to do better. And I am going to try to keep my relationship with the world healthy for us all. My Mom likes to get me to hate my Dad because she hates that we are so alike. My family has been trying to get me to hate you all too, because we are so alike and because you matter to me. Creating this relationship with the world is the only way I can create meaning out of the suffering I have endured my whole life. If we can change things, it will make all the pain and hurt I have lived through worth it. I hope you all know I need this revolution as much as you all do. And I hope you all know I am committed. I may get angry and I may get hurt, but I am determined and committed. Sometimes I just need some time to myself to try to deal with it all. And I have no clue how to deal with all this. I may be a genius. And I may have all these equations for how to deal with things. But I only have those equations because I get lost all the time in all the hurt and anger I have. Please don’t judge me for being angry and please be understanding that I am just hurt. But I am working on putting myself back together all the time. It has been a continual process my whole life. I have equations for this. I should be better at it.

How To Love <3 And How To Create Self Love

Life is hard. And it never gets easier. We just get better at dealing with it.

Many of us were never taught how to love. And many of us were never loved. So, I think it is beneficial that we talk about it and create a definition of what love is. And a framework on how to accomplish it.

In order to understand love, we first have to understand intuition. Intuition is pattern recognition. So you know something, you just don’t know how you know it. This is because it is your subconscious mind doing the pattern recognition. Jung talks about the introverted intuitive. They are ruled by their intuition, but they have no clue where they get this information from. It is because your subconscious is below your consciousness. If you knew your train of thought it would be apart of your conscious mind or logical brain. Intuition is pattern recognition and more often than not you will not know where it comes from because it is a result of your subconscious mind.

So you know how you have the feeling that someone loves you or does not love you in your gut?(Intuition is often felt in the guts, the center of the nervous system in our body.) You just know they love you. Or you know they do not love you. They may say all the right things. And they may even do things that you have dreamed of, but something tells you that they do not really love you. This is intuition and pattern recognition. Can you explain it with your conscious mind and logical brain? Often no, but it does not mean that this feeling or knowing is not right. It just means it is a result of a pattern.

Love is a verb. It is an action word. Love is a pattern of action. You can tell when someone loves you by the way they act over time and throughout a relationship. But what is the action of love? Love is the action of caring for someone. When you take care of someone, you are loving them. This doesn’t means wiping their ass or cleaning up their messes. It means taking into account who they are and what they need and want. And then often helping them get it.

For example, say you have a friend who is vegetarian and you want to go out to lunch with them. If you suggest a steakhouse, that is not very caring. However, if you create a compromise that is caring. So you ask them to go to a steakhouse, telling them they have an amazing salad with different homemade vegetarian soups everyday. And you say lunch is on me. This would be a compromise to get your needs(you want lunch from the steakhouse, but you want to go with your vegetarian friend) met while still caring for your friend and helping them get their needs met(vegetarian food). Even if you didn’t pay for the meal and they agreed it would be an act of caring, because you anticipated their needs, wants, and desires. This would be an example of a good friendship.

Love is the pattern of caring for someone over and over. And in order for it to be a pattern there cannot be any interruptions in the pattern. Because when a pattern is interrupted it ceases to be a pattern. It becomes random and unpredictable. So if someone cares for you here and there, but there always are those moments where you are like why did they do that? Or that was mean. Or who the hell do they think they are. Etc. This is a pattern interrupt. And the pattern no longer ceases to exist. A pattern is a predictable, recurring arrangement of elements.

Now let’s think about how to love ourselves. If love is the act of caring for someone in a predictable pattern, creating self love is about creating a predictable pattern of caring for ourselves. Which sounds pretty simple, right? But what would this look like in real life? It would look like doing things for yourself that make you feel better in the big picture and sometimes the small picture too. It means eating healthy and the foods your body needs, but it also means allowing yourself to have a treat occasionally that is not too unhealthy. It means going to bed at a reasonable hour so you get enough sleep, but also allowing yourself to stay out late occasionally when you are out enjoying yourself with friends. Or when you are watching a movie and don’t have to get up early the next day. Self love is about taking care of yourself in all ways. Maybe you need more home cooked meals, so you need to cook for yourself more. Maybe you need more sleep, so you need to sleep more. Or maybe you need to change your bedding or bed. Maybe you need to feel more comfort in life, so you get a fuzzy blanket. Maybe you need to say no to other people and say yes to taking care of yourself more.

Self care is not a one size fits all journey. And creating self love is the result of taking that journey to find the best fit for your self care. If you interrupt the pattern of caring for yourself, it does not mean you hate yourself. It just means you need to do better. Everyone makes mistakes. Would you be mad if someone you have loved for 20 years makes a small mistake and makes you angry? Yes. But would you end this relationship over this small mistake. No, probably not. Life is about give and take. Patterns are about predictability. And humans are fallible. Humans are not like math. When a pattern is interrupted in math, it ceases to exit. But that is not how patterns work in humans. We as humans do make mistakes.

However, what about when there are people like my family with cluster b personality disorders who hurt people on purpose? When someone intentionally hurts you it is a pattern interrupt. Because you can bet on this happening again. People do not hurt others on purpose just once and stop. It is a continuing pattern. So you have to ask yourself if you are willing to put up with a pattern of caring for you that will consistently be interrupted with intentional heartache and hurt? Some people can deal with that because it is all they have ever known. It is very different when someone makes a mistakes and interrupts the pattern of caring for you on accident, compared to when they premeditate it and do it on purpose. Two completely different scenarios and patterns.

What if you do these intentional hurtful pattern interrupts to yourself? I honestly cannot really answer this. I do not hurt myself on purpose. The closest I can come is being homeless and knowing I need to shower more, but not doing it. Because concentration camp showers make me sick for a week. I do not enjoy hurting myself. I do not enjoy hurting others. And I certainly do not enjoy others hurting me. If you are constantly hurting others, you cannot expect others to not hurt you. So maybe I am very rare in this situation. Because when I have a relationship it is to create a pattern of caring for someone. I like to take care of people. It makes me feel good. And I like it when people take care of me and I can count on them to do it.

I like having people in my life that I can count on. Even if it is in the covert world. It creates a kind of security I have not had for most of my life. This revolution has brought me a lot of love. Because I finally have relationships within the war games where I can count on people to care for me. And I hope they count on me to care for them as well. But there are always limitations. These limitations hurt because we want people to be able to change the world over night. We especially want them to change our worlds overnight. But we have to remember as humans we all have limitations. The war games often lead those of us with big birthrights to want to ignore our own limitations and the limitations of others. But limitations are not pattern interrupts, they are just apart of humanity.

This is what love is to me.

Dinner With Edward by Isabel Vincent–Book Review

Absolutely Recommend! This was a great book. It was a feel good read and I needed it. It is 200 pages, but the book is small. So, it is also a quick read.

An older man, Edward, and a reporter, Isabel the author, form a friendship and meet for dinner over the course of many years. This happens after the older man’s wife dies. Sometimes we all need something to live for. And it seems that Edward’s relationship with his wife was the main driver in his life. We all get a bit lost when we loose someone we love. And it takes a bit of time to regain our sense of balance and momentum.

“…romantic love is a practical exchange, a transactional agreement, and that attraction almost never lasts.”

Edward seems to be a bit of a romantic. But when I read this quote, I was reassured that he was a realist as well. You all know my take on romantic love: It is a chemical reaction in your brain that only lasts 6 months. Romantic love as we are sold it, in modern society, is a lie. If romantic love were real, the divorce rate would not be so high. All relationships are transactional. We don’t partake in relationships unless we are going to get something out of them. Or at least we shouldn’t. Every interaction(action) is a transaction(action), an exchange of energy. There is nothing selfish about this, it is just a fact of life and science.

“There is somewhere someone who will feel lucky knowing you. And if lucky enough, loving you.”

We all tend to live in a world without enough love. Love is lacking in modern society. Or maybe it always has been? Ken Kesey in the book Sometimes A Great Notion said, “Love or the fear of not having it, or the worry about not having enough of it, or the terror of losing it, certainly does conquer all.”

In the world my family and the war games has created some of us never have known love. Well, most of us have never known love. And this makes it hard to love ourselves. Because we have no example to go by. Creating a relationship with ourselves is more important than creating relationships with others. If you do not have a solid relationship with yourself you cannot have a solid relationship with others. You cannot build on a shaky foundation, right?

Isabel and Edward create a relationship with each other in, Dinner With Edward. But that relationship they create with each other reminds them that having a solid relationship with themselves is the foundation on which life is built. Though Edward is wise, as most older people who have lived are, he does not just give Isabel the answers to her problems. He is just there for her as she works her way through the journey of her own life.

We all need friends like this! Sometimes we just need someone to be there for us. And rarely do we actually need someone to give us the answers to our problems. Most the time we just need someone to listen as we talk our way through the problems of life to find our own answers. Life is not a one size fits all journey. It is a custom design.

50th Law Of Power By Robert Greene Summary

High-Level Thoughts

Fantastic, one of Robert Greene’s best. The idea of fearlessness is essential for individual success outside of a traditional path, and even within it. If you can master fearlessness and take control of your own destiny, there is no limit on what you can accomplish.

Summary Notes

“…your fears are a kind of prison that confines you within a limited range of action. The less you fear, the more power you will have and the more fully you will live.”

“We became anxious for our livelihoods, the future of our families and children, our personal health, and the aging process. Instead of a simple, intense fear of something powerful and real, we developed a kind of generalized anxiety. It was as if the thousands of years of feeling fear in the face of nature could not go away— we had to find something at which to direct our anxiety, no matter how small or improbable.”

“Understand: we are all too afraid— of offending people, of stirring up conflict, of standing out from the crowd, of taking bold action. For thousands of years our relationship to this emotion has evolved— from a primitive fear of nature, to generalized anxiety about the future, to the fearful attitude that now dominates us. As rational, productive adults we are called upon to finally overcome this downward trend and to evolve beyond our fears.”

“There are no Alps and no obstacles that can stand in the way of a person without fears.”

“And the people who practice the 50th Law in their lives all share certain qualities— supreme boldness, unconventionality, fluidity, and a sense of urgency— that give them this unique ability to shape circumstance.”

“IN MY VIEW… IT IS BETTER TO BE IMPETUOUS THAN CAUTIOUS, BECAUSE FORTUNE IS A WOMAN, AND IF YOU WISH TO DOMINATE HER YOU MUST BEAT HER AND BATTER HER. IT IS CLEAR THAT SHE WILL LET HERSELF BE WON BY MEN WHO ARE IMPETUOUS RATHER THAN BY THOSE WHO STEP CAUTIOUSLY. —Niccolò Machiabelli”

Intense Realism

“YOU MUST FEARLESSLY ACCEPT THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN EMBRACE THEM. BY FOCUSING YOUR ATTENTION ON WHAT IS GOING ON AROUND YOU, YOU WILL GAIN A SHARP APPRECIATION FOR WHAT MAKES SOME PEOPLE ADVANCE AND OTHER FALL BEHIND.”

“…the greatest danger you face is your mind growing soft and your eye getting dull.”

“People can be full of book knowledge and crammed with information but have no real sense of what’s going on around them. It is in fact a function of character and fearlessness.”

“What you see determines what you think and how you act. The moment you believe in some cherished idea that you will hold on to no matter what your eyes and ears reveal to you, you are no longer a realist.”

Exercises in realism:

  • Take opportunities to be more curious and open, explore the truth. Imagine you don’t know anything.
  • Expand yourself so you know the complete terrain. Expose yourself to different ideas, go outside of your comfort zone.
  • Dig deeper, get to the roots. “When you do not get to the root of a problem, you cannot solve it in any meaningful manner. People like to look at the surfaces, get all emotional and react, doing things that make them feel better in the short term but do nothing for them in the long term.”
  • Look ahead, beyond the present, get a better perspective. “It is a law of power, however, that the further and deeper we contemplate the future, the greater our capacity to shape it according to our desires… If you have a long-term goal for yourself, one that you have imagined in detail, then you are better able to make the proper decisions in the present. You know which battles or positions to avoid because they don’t advance you towards your goal.
  • Judge people by their actions, not words.
  • Assess yourself realistically.

Self Reliance, Make Everything You Own

“WHEN YOU WORK FOR OTHERS, YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY. THEY OWN YOUR WORK; THEY OWN YOU. YOUR CREATIVE SPIRIT IS SQUASHED. WHAT KEEPS YOU IN SUCH POSITIONS IS A FEAR OF HAVING TO SINK OR SWIM ON YOUR OWN. INSTEAD YOU SHOULD HAVE A GREATER FEAR OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU REMAIN DEPENDENT ON OTHERS FOR POWER. YOUR GOAL IN EVERY MANEUVER IN LIFE MUST BE OWNERSHIP, WORKING THE CORNER FOR YOURSELF. WHEN IT IS YOURS TO LOSE-YOU ARE MORE MOTIVATED, MORE CREATIVE, MORE ALIVE. THE ULTIMATE POWER IN LIFE IS TO BE COMPLETELY SELF-RELIANT, COMPLETELY YOURSELF.”

“We will often package this as the opposite— that by working for others, being dutiful, fitting in, or subsuming our personality to the group, we are being a good person. But that is our fear speaking and deluding us. If we give in to this fear, then we will spend our lives looking outward for salvation and never find it. We will merely move from one dependency to another.”

The Blueprint of Self Reliance:

1. Reclaim your dead time.

  • “Remember: your bosses prefer to keep you in dependent positions. It is in their interest that you do not become self-reliant, and so they will tend to hoard information. You must secretly work against this and seize this information for yourself.”

2. Create little empires

  • “Keep in mind the following: what you really value in life is ownership, not money. If ever there is a choice— more money or more responsibility— you must always opt for the latter. A lower-paying position that offers more room to make decisions and carve out little empires is infinitely preferable to something that pays well but constricts your movements.”

3. Move higher up the food chain

  • Your goal in life must be to always move higher and higher up the food chain, where you alone control the direction of your enterprise and depend on no one. Since this goal is a future ideal, in the present you must strive to keep yourself free of unnecessary entanglements and alliances. And if you cannot avoid having partners, make sure that you are clear as to what function they serve for you and how you will free yourself of them at the right moment.

4. Make your enterprise reflect your individuality

  • Understand: you are one of a kind. Your character traits are a kind of chemical mix that will never be repeated in history. There are ideas unique to you, a specific rhythm and perspective that are your strengths, not your weaknesses. You must not be afraid of your uniqueness and you must care less and less what people think of you.

“Finally, do not be taken in by the culture of ease. Self-help books and experts will try to convince you that you can have what you want by following a few simple steps. Things that come easy and fast will leave you just as fast.”

“THERE IS A TIME IN EVERY MAN’S EDUCATION WHEN HE ARRIVES AT THE CONVICTION THAT… IMITATION IS SUICIDE… THAT THOUGH THE WIDE UNIVERSE IS FULL OF GOOD, NO KERNEL OF NOURISHING CORN CAN COME TO HIM BUT THROUGH HIS TOIL BESTOWED ON THAT PLOT OF GROUND WHICH IS GIVEN TO HIM TO TILL. – Ralpha Waldo Emerson”

Optimisim, turn shit into sugar

“In places like the hood or in any kind of materially impoverished environment, the response to hardship is much different. There, bad things happening assume a kind of normality. They are part of daily life. The hustler thinks: “I must make the most of what I have, even the bad stuff, because things are not going to get better on their own.”

“When things are going well, that is precisely when you must be concerned and vigilant. You know it will not last and you will not be caught unprepared. When things are going badly, that is when you are most encouraged and fearless. Finally you have material for a powerful reversal, a chance to prove yourself.”

“We generally believe there are only a few such golden chances in life, and most of us are waiting for them to cross our path. This concept is extremely limited in scope. It makes us dependent on outside forces.”

“Many of us have had the following experience: we find ourselves in an urgent, difficult situation. Perhaps we have to get something done in an impossibly short amount of time, or someone we had counted on for help does not come through, or we are in a foreign land and must suddenly fend for ourselves. In these situations, necessity crowds in on us. We have to get work done and figure out problems quickly or we suffer immediate consequences. What usually happens is that our minds snap to attention. We find the necessary energy because we have to. We pay attention to details that normally elude us, because they might spell the difference between success and failure, life and death. We are surprised at how inventive we become. It is at such moments that we get a glimpse of that potential mental power within us that generally lies untapped. If only we could have such a spirit and attitude in everyday life.”

“If we look for more— information, outside people to help us— it won’t necessarily lead to anything better; in fact the waiting and the dependence makes us less creative. When we go to work with what is there, we find new ways to employ this material. We solve problems, develop skills we can use again and again, and build up our confidence. If we become wealthy and dependent on money and technology, our minds atrophy and that wealth will not last.”

“Most people wait too long to go into action, generally out of fear. They want more money or better circumstances. You must go the opposite direction and move before you think you are ready. It is as if you are making it a little more difficult for yourself, deliberately creating obstacles in your path. But it is a law of power that your energy will always rise to the appropriate level.”

Keys:

  • Make the most of what you have
  • Turn all obstacles into openings, into opportunities
  • Look for turning points
  • Move before you are ready

Keep Moving: Calculated Momentum

“DON’T GIVE OTHERS THE CHANCE TO PIN YOU DOWN; KEEP MOVING AND CHANGING YOUR APPEARANCES TO FIT THE ENVIRONMENT. IF YOU ENCOUNTER WALLS OR BOUNDARIES, SLIP AROUND THEM. DO NOT LET ANYTHING DISRUPT YOUR FLOW.”

“Life has a particular pace and rhythm, an endless stream of changes that can move slowly or quickly. When you try to stop this flow mentally or physically by holding on to things or people, you fall behind. Your actions become awkward because they are not in relation to present circumstances. It is like moving against a current as opposed to using it to propel you forward.”

Keys:

  • Mental flow, stay curious, don’t let your knowledge be confined to one area or category.
  • Emotional flow, do not dwell on feelings, you must learn to forget what emotions stand in your way.
  • Social flow, be able to easily move between different groups, do not stay stuck to a tribe, and trust the people you work with.
  • Cultural flow, move culture forward, do not be locked into one archaic form of expression.

Aggression, know when to be bad

“As Fifty had learned, talent and good intentions are never enough in this world; you need to be fearless and strategic.”

“If you indicate you’ll do anything to avoid trouble, that’s when you get in trouble.”

Types of situations where you’ll need to be aggressive:

  • Aggressors. Don’t fight them head on, subvert them, go behind their back, don’t let them know you’re fighting back until it’s too late.
  • Passive Aggressors. Take bold, uncompromising action against them. Don’t play their games, don’t subvert them, be fearless and direct in your combat with them and you’ll send them running.
  • Unjust situations. Play the fox, design strategies to win over public support without being blatant about your intentions to upend the situation. You must be willing to do whatever it takes to defeat the enemy.
  • Static situations. If a situation has become static, ignore the rules and make your own. There is power to be had in instigating a new order.
  • Impossible dynamics. Terminate the relationship, leave the job, don’t fight a battle that can’t be won.

Authority, lead from the front

“IN ANY GROUP, THE PERSON ON TOP CONSCIOUSLY OR UNCONSCIOUSLY SETS THE TONE. IF LEADERS ARE FEARFUL, HESITANT TO TAKE ANY RISKS, OR OVERLY CONCERNED FOR THEIR EGO AND REPUTATION, THEN THIS INVARIABLY FILTERS ITS WAY THROUGH THE ENTIRE GROUP AND MAKES EFFECTIVE ACTION IMPOSSIBLE.”

“FOR IT IS A GENERAL RULE OF HUMAN NATURE THAT PEOPLE DESPISE THOSE WHO TREAT THEM WELL AND LOOK UP TO THOSE WHO MAKE NO CONCESSIONS. – Thurydides”

Four roles you must perform:

  • The Visionary: “You must play this visionary role with some dramatic flair, like Edison who was a consummate performer and promoter. He would give dazzling presentations of his ideas, and stage events to get on the front page of newspapers. Like Moses describing the Promised Land, he could paint an alluring picture of the future that his inventions would help create. This drew in money from investors and inspired his researchers to work even harder. Your own level of excitement and self-belief will convince people that you know where you are going and should be followed.”
  • The Unifier: “A group needs a centripetal force to give it unity and cohesion but it is not enough to have that be you and the force of your personality. Instead it should be a cause that you fearlessly embody… This cause elevates your group above others. It has a quasi-religious aura to it, a kind of cult feeling. Now, to fight or doubt you from within is to stand against this cause and seem selfish. The group, infused with this belief system, will tend to police itself and root out troublemakers.”
  • The Role Model: “Operating with a mission statement is an effective way of softening your image and disguising the extent of your power. You are seen as more than just a leader; you are a role model, instructing, energizing, and inspiring your lieutenants. In crafting this team, look for people who share your values and are open to learning. Do not be seduced by a glittering résumé. You want them near you, to absorb your spirit and ways of doing things. Once you feel they have the proper training, you must not be afraid to let go of the reins and give them more independence. In the end, this will save you much energy and allow you to continue focusing on the greater strategic picture.”
  • The Bold Knight: “You keep your group marching and on the offensive. This will excite them and give them a feeling of movement. You are not taking unnecessary risks, but simply adding a dash of aggression to your normally staid group. They become used to seeing you out in front and grow addicted to the excitement you bring with each new campaign.”

Connection, know your environment from the inside out

Keys:

  • Crush all distance. You must have access to people at all levels in the organizaton you wish to control.
  • Open informal channels for criticism and feedback.
  • Reconnect with your base. “You have a base of power— a group of people, small or large, which identifies with you. This base is also mental— ideas you had when you were younger, which were tied to powerful emotions and inspired you to take a particular path. Time and success tend to diffuse the sense of connection you have to this physical and mental base… Know your base and work to reconnect with it.”
  • Create the social mirror. “You view your work from inside your mind, encrusted with all kinds of desires and fears. They see it as an object; they see it as it is. Through their criticisms you can get closer to this objective version and gradually improve what you do.”

Mastery, respect the process

“THE FOOLS IN LIFE WANT THINGS FAST AND EASY-MONEY, SUCCESS, ATTENTION. BOREDOM IS THEIR GREAT ENEMY AND FEAR. WHATEVER THEY MANAGE TO GET SLIPS THROUGH THEIR HANDS AS FAST AS IT COMES IN. YOU, ON THE OTHER HAND, WANT TO OUTLAST YOUR RIVALS. YOU ARE BUILDING THE FOUNDATION FOR SOMETHING THAT CAN CONTINUE TO EXPAND.”

“MOST PEOPLE CAN’T HANDLE BOREDOM. THAT MEANS THEY CAN’T STAY ON ONE THING UNTIL THEY GET GOOD AT IT. AND THEY WONDER WHY THEY’RE UNHAPPY. —50 Cent”

“More often than not our jobs are something that we endure; we live for our time off and dream of the future. We are not engaged in the daily activity of the job with our full mental powers because it is not as exciting as life outside work.”

“When we look at those who stand out in history, we tend to focus on their achievements. From such an angle, it is easy for us to be dazzled and see their success as stemming from genetics and perhaps some social factors. They are gifted. We could never reach their level, or so we think. But we are choosing to ignore that telling period in their lives, when each and every one of them underwent a rather tedious apprenticeship in their field.”

“Understand: the real secret, the real formula for power in this world, lies in accepting the ugly reality that learning requires a process, and this in turn demands patience and the ability to endure drudge work.”

Developing the proper relationship to mastery and the process:

  • Progress through trial and error.
  • Master something simple. Develop a pattern of confidence through the parts of your life that you take control over.
  • Intenralize the rules of the game. “With a deepening knowledge of these rules you can begin to maneuver them for your purpose… Knowing how it works, you can take it apart— for good.”
  • Attune yourself to the details. “Often when you begin a project of any kind, it is from the wrong end. You tend to think first of what you want to accomplish, imagining the glory and money it will bring you if it succeeds. You then proceed to make this concept come to life. But as you go forward you often lose patience, because the small steps to get there are not nearly as exciting as the ambitious visions in your head.”
  • Rediscover your natural persistence. “First, you must understand the role that your energy level plays in mastering a process and bringing something to completion. If you take on added goals or new tasks, your focus will be broken up and you will never attain what you wanted in the first place… Second, try breaking things up into smaller blocks of time. You have a large goal, but there are steps along the way, and steps within the steps.”

“Try to look at boredom from the opposite perspective— as a call for you to slow yourself down, to stop searching for endless distractions.”

Self Belief, Push beyond your limits

“PEOPLE FOLLOW THOSE WHO KNOW WHERE THEY ARE GOING, SO CULTIVATE AN AIR OF CERTAINTY AND BOLDNESS.”

“If you are dependent on their judgments for your sense of worth, then your ego will always be weak and fragile.”

“Understand: people will constantly attack you in life. One of their main weapons will be to instill in you doubts about yourself— your worth, your abilities, your potential. They will often disguise this as their objective opinion, but invariably it has a political purpose— they want to keep you down.”

Strategies for pushing past yours and society’s limits:

  • Defy all categories. Don’t let yourself be shunted into something where people can have expectations.
  • Constantly reinvent yourself. “Consistency is an illusion anyway— each passing day brings changes within you. You must not be afraid to express these evolutions.”
  • Subvert your patterns. “What often prevent us from using the mental fluidity and freedom that we naturally possess are the physical routines in our lives. We see the same people and do the same things, and our minds follow these patterns. The solution then is to break this up.”
  • Create a sense of destiny. “Having supreme confidence makes you fearless and persistent, allowing you to overcome obstacles that stop most people in their tracks. It makes others believe in you as well. And the most intense form of self-belief is to feel a sense of destiny impelling you forward.”
  • Bet on yourself. “You must always be prepared to place a bet on yourself, on your future, by heading in a direction that others seem to fear.”

The Sublime, confront your mortality

“He realized that the key in life is to always be willing to walk away. He was often surprised that in doing so, or even feeling that way, people would come back to him on his terms, now fearing what they might lose in the process. And if they didn’t return, then good riddance.”

“To accomplish this is remarkably simple. It is a matter of looking inward and seeing death as something that you carry within. It is a part of you that cannot be repressed. It does not mean that you brood about it, but that you have continual awareness of a reality that you come to embrace. You convert the terrified, denial-type relationship to death into something active and positive— finally released from pettiness, useless anxieties, and fearful, timid responses

Repost: How My Gut Bacteria Can Save You

How Can My Gut Bacteria Change Your Life?

The destruction of the world is rooted in genes, epigenetics, and viruses. However, in order for the destruction to work your gut bacteria has to be subpar and destroyed. Follow along with me carefully because this involves many chain reactions with cause and effect. The damage you all have  to your brains, in your frontal lobe, prohibits you all from seeing and understanding cause and effect.

Disbiosis is when you have an overgrowth of bad bacteria in your gut and microbiome. This is how all disease is created. Life is about balance and you are a bug. You are more bacteria, parasite, and virus cells than you are human cells. You are a collective of organisms and you are not even mostly human. You are a bug. So when your bugs are out of balance you get sick. Your immune system is the collective of good bugs you have to keep you healthy. They fight to keep you healthy because they want to be healthy and have a good home. You are their home. These bugs are you. And they fight to keep you alive because they want to stay alive.

Gene mutations are a problem in themselves. But one of the chain reactions they cause is that they make you more prone to disbiosis. Which is an of overgrowth of bad bugs that cause disease. So the more gene mutations you have, the more bad bugs you will have. Because it will be easier for them to make themselves at home in your body. The more gene mutations you have, the more disbiosis you have. Which means the more gene mutations you have, the more disease you will have.

Epigenetics are directly effected by your gut bacteria and microbiome. The more disbiosis you have the more dysfunctional your mitochondria will be in every cell of your body. Dysfunctional mitochondria is the root source of modern day diseases like cancer and autoimmune diseases. Disease is epigenetic. Only 6 diseases in the whole world are purely genetic. The disease we experience in the modern day world is epigenetic and caused by mitochondria dysfunction.

The mitochondria in each cell of your body writes messages into those cells. These messages in every cell of your body add up to be your epigenetics. So everyday as you create new cells in your body your gut bacteria and microbiome directly effect the health of the mitochondria in each of those new cells. And the messages those mitochondria write add up to be your epigenetics. Everyday you are becoming more optimally human or more of a subhuman slave race on a gene and cellular level based on the messages written by mitochondria in the cells of your body. Every few years every cell in your body is replaced. Your epigenetics are constantly in motion, never staying the same. Because your environment is constantly changing. Nothing ever stays completely the same. And this is a blessing. Because it means you can become more optimal of a human on a gene and cellular level everyday. And if you do this everyday for long enough you will see great changes. Everyday is hope for better.

There are viruses called phages. These phages eat strains of bacteria. What my family has done is create phages that eat the strains of your good gut bacteria. This makes you vulnerable to the destruction of the world. These are some of the viruses in the poisons you people use everyday on yourselves and others. And because you have been doing this for generations, these viruses surround us in our environment, aka the world.

These phages that eat your good gut bacteria have caused some strains of good gut bacteria to go extinct. Which you can guess is not good. Gut bacteria is about balance. But it is also about ratios and diversity. Just like genetic diversity trumps all, gut bug diversity also trumps all. Being healthy isn’t about eliminating the bad bugs. Its about having as many different strains as possible and having more good gut bugs than bad. The bad bugs won’t hurt you unless they outnumber the good bugs. Having a little exposure to bad bugs actually makes you stronger. Because your immune system will know how to fight those bad bugs. This is how immunizations work. They give you a little bad bugs and your body learns how to fight those bugs, keeping you safe. So, the goal is not to eliminate all the bad bugs, that would make our immune system weak. The goal is to have great diversity and as many strains as possible while consistently having more good bugs than bad bugs.

The biochemical warfare of this stupid imaginary game is in all the different poisons you all use. Yes, they have chemical poisons, heavy metals, bad bacteria, and viruses. But the part that is really destroying us all and our gut bacteria is the phages. The viruses that attack and eliminate our good gut bacteria.

My whole life people from all different groups have signed up to destroy me for privilege. On this revolution, every group in the world signed up to destroy and kill me group by group. This means I have been exposed to all the biochemical warfare of this stupid imaginary game. Which means my gut bacteria is like an immunization to the biochemical warfare of this stupid imaginary game.

Plus, people like me with Autism have more of a diverse microbiome. Which means I have more strains of bugs. Plus, I have Asperger’s. Which means I have more strains of bacteria that make me smart and able to use my brain optimally. So, the phages my family created to attack our good gut bacteria do not effect me the same way they do you all. Because I have more strains of rare bacteria. So my gut bacteria is able to flourish still.

Also, I have never poisoned anyone and I am not mentally ill. Mental illness is from your gut bacteria. You all pretend to be like my family and poison yourselves and others. This erodes your gut bacteria making you mentally, which changes the way you use the muscle that is your brain. In order to fix mental illness, you have to use your brain muscle differently. Which can be done by changing your gut bacteria. Your gut bacteria determines how you use the muscle that is your brain. You know how old people get atrophy in their muscles? Well, the healthy parts of your brain muscle are atrophied and some were never developed to begin with. To develop a muscle you have to exercise it. Your brain is a muscle.

So add all of these things together and what do you get? If I farm bacteria and share my gut bacteria with you all, it will help you correct your mental illness and use your brain more optimally. It will give you an immunization to the biochemical warfare of this stupid imaginary game. It will allow you to have more gut bacteria diversity. Allowing you a stronger immune system and helping you overcome the gene mutations you have. Plus most importantly, it will improve your epigenetics making you more human on a gene and cellular level.

By sharing my gut bacteria with you all, I would be giving you a shortcut to overcoming the destruction you have  waged on yourselves and the world for generations. And I bet you are thinking how could she share her gut bacteria with me? There are so many people in the world, how would I be able to get some of this bacteria?

Well, I have spoken with the farmers and they have agreed to help me fix the destruction of the world. Which means fixing your gut bacteria. All we would have to do is give dairy cows a fecal transplant with my pooh and they would have my bacteria. Then you would drink the milk and get my bugs. This is very accessible to everyone. It took me awhile to figure this one out.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a genius? Do you have dyslexia? My gut bacteria is what makes me smart. And it would also help heal dyslexia because my brain works in the opposite of dyslexic people’s in many ways. My gut bacteria will not instantly make you a genius, but it will change the way you use your brain. My brain is not different than most people’s. It is just that I use my brain differently. It is a muscle and I exercise it differently.

Housing Not Handcuffs Bill In Congress— I Need Your Help!

This morning a Eugene police officer gave me a ticket for trespassing. I am homeless and I was sleeping near a commercial building to get out of the rain. Homelessness is currently illegal in the United States. And is something that people actually go to jail for.

I would prefer not to go to jail. And after researching some of the shelter options here in Eugene, I am not really interested in them as well. Did you know in Eugene one of the shelters makes you stay on-site for 14 days before choosing what program you want to enter there? They will however allow you a trip to a convenience store as long as it is chaperoned. And they don’t even encourage job seeking until after 90 days. It is basically like joining a cult. Attendance to mass is not required just suggested. Sounds pretty weird, right?

If I end up in a shelter my family will get everyone around me to destroy and poison me in everyway possible. This is why I like being homeless on the street. Because I can move about freely and not be stuck around anyone. When I am put in any position where there are the same people around me, they destroy me. Even at the grocery store, the same grocery store workers poison me and my food every time I go. This is called gang stalking. And this is how my family hunts people. They have hunted me for a lifetime. But now when they hunt me, they are hunting you too. And they are threatening your right to be human on a gene and cellular level.

I would love you all to urge your congress members to sign this bill, Housing Not Handcuffs. It costs more to put homeless people in jail than it does to actually house them. It makes no sense to criminalize being homeless. It is like being forced to join a cult. And you all are the ones who will be footing the bill for me and the rest of the homeless population being forced to join this cult.

The Housing Not Handcuffs Act aims to prohibit the criminalization of homeless persons on public lands when there is nowhere else to go. I received a ticket earlier this morning and I have spent today researching shelter options. There is nowhere for me to go. There are no options.

I have been homeless as I created this revolution since March 2021. If I cannot take care of myself, I will not be able to help you all.

My Family’s Cult Playbook—

The 48 Laws of Power Summary

Law 1. Never Outshine the Master

Always make those above you feel comfortably superior. Hide the extent of your own talents, as your masters may otherwise feel insecure. The better you make your master appear, the greater the level of power you will attain. Those above you want to feel secure and superior in their positions. This may involve making a few harmless mistakes so that you can ask your master for help.

If, however, you are more naturally charming than your master, it would be best to avoid working for them entirely.

Law 2. Never Put Too Much Trust in Friends, Learn How to Use Enemies

Friends are more likely to betray you in haste as they are more prone to envy. However, if you hire a former enemy, they will prove themselves more trustworthy, as they have more to prove. Consequently, you have more to fear from friends than your enemies.

Often, you think you know your friends better than you do. This is because honesty rarely strengthens bonds, so friends frequently hide their true feelings about each other. As people want to feel they deserved their good fortune in hiring a friend, they can feel undeserving and, ultimately, resentful. Instead, it’s better to hire an enemy, as your motives are up front and are not clouded with personal feeling.

Law 3. Conceal Your Intentions

Always keep your intentions obscured. This way, your opponents cannot defend themselves. Lead them astray, and by the time they realize your plans, it will be too late. Use humankind’s tendency to trust appearances to your advantage. By dangling a decoy set of intentions in front of your opponents, they will fail to see what you’re really plotting.

By cloaking your intentions, people will believe you to be friendly and honest. This will lead them further down the wrong path. Additionally, by being bland and inconspicuous, people are even less likely to doubt your intentions, as they trust the familiar.

Law 4. Always Say Less Than Necessary

Powerful people know how to impress others by saying less. The more you say, the more likely it is that you will end up saying something foolish. As people are constantly trying to work out what others appear to be thinking, silence makes them feel uncomfortable. By controlling what you reveal, you can wield great power. After all, they are likely to fill in the silences you leave, revealing more information about their own intentions and weaknesses.

Law 5. So Much Depends on Reputation – Guard It With Your Life

Your reputation is the cornerstone of your power. You can use it to intimidate and win, but if it becomes tarnished, you open yourself up to being vulnerable to attack. Make your reputation impenetrable, and predict attacks before they occur. Aid yourself in this endeavor by destroying your enemies by exploiting holes in their reputations and letting the public destroy them.

A solid reputation can double your strength and distract potential opponents from discovering what you’re really like. It increases your presence and your strengths without having to expend much energy.

Law 6. Court Attention at All Costs

As everything is judged by appearance, you must stand out. Make yourself appear larger, more interesting, and more mysterious than the masses. One way to do this is to surround your name with sensation and scandal. Bear in mind that notoriety of any sort brings power. It’s preferable to be slandered than to be ignored.

A solid counterbalance to this approach is to create an air of mystery around yourself. Keep your cards close to your chest. People are drawn to those who seem enigmatic. An air of mystery increases your presence and creates anticipation – everyone will be glued to your next move.

Law 7. Get Others to Do the Work for You, but Always Take the Credit

Never do for yourself what the efforts of others can do for you. Use their wisdom and knowledge to further your own cause. In doing so, you will appear intimidatingly efficient and knowledgeable. Ultimately, those who worked for you will be forgotten, and you will be remembered.

If you think it’s important that you do all the work yourself, you won’t get far. Consequently, find those with the skills you lack, and find a way to either take their work as your own, or hire them and put your name on their efforts. However, to do this effectively, your position must be secure, as otherwise people will call you out for deception.

Law 8. Make Other People Come to You – Use Bait if Necessary

It’s always preferable to make your opponent come to you, as they will have to abandon their plans and strategies in the process. Lure them in, and then attack. This prevents you from ever reacting to your opponents; instead, they have to react to you. This means playing the long-game, sitting back, and staying calm as others get stuck in the traps you’ve carefully planned out for them.

However, your traps are only as good as the perceived attractiveness of your bait. If your bait is sweet enough, your opponent will become blinded to reality by their emotions, allowing you to gain the upper hand.

Law 9. Win Through Your Actions, Never Through Argument

Any triumph you gain through argument will be short lived. Resentment will fester in your opponents instead of a genuine change of opinion. Instead, let your actions speak for you. If people agree with you through your actions instead of your words, you are more likely to sway lasting opinions. Words are a dime a dozen, and people will say anything to prove a point. Action is where you demonstrate your beliefs.

Law 10. Infection: Avoid the Unhappy and the Unlucky

Emotional states can be as infectious as diseases. Occasionally, some unfortunate individuals bring their own misfortune upon themselves and can bring you down too if you get too close. Therefore, make sure to associate with the happy and the fortunate.

The incurably unhappy tend to portray themselves as victims, and before you realize they are the cause of their own misfortune, they have infected you with their misery. Who you decide to associate with is critical. Through associating with the miserable, you waste your valuable time and drain your potential power.

Law 11. Learn to Keep People Dependent on You

To maintain independence, you must make others need and want you. The more people rely on you, the more freedom you have. Yet, be wary to never teach those surrounding you with enough information that they can start doing things for themselves. This method is the best way to get people to do what you want without forcing them or inflicting pain on them. Once you have dependents, they are reliant on you, and you can subtly do with them as you wish.

Law 12. Use Selective Honesty and Generosity to Disarm Your Victim

A single honest gesture can help cover the traces of dozens of dishonest acts. By being generous, you can disarm even the most suspicious people. Once they are disarmed, you can manipulate them at will. The key to successful deception is distraction. An act of generosity distracts those you wish to deceive while turning them into docile children, delighted by the affectionate gesture.

Learning to give before you take is a skilled way of getting what you want. Selective honesty also functions as a means to disarm your opponents. However, regaling a single truth will not be enough. You’ll have to construct a facade of honesty built upon a series of acts to gain trust, but these acts can be quite inconsequential.

Law 13. When Asking for Help, Appeal to the Self-interests of Others, Never to Their Mercy or Gratitude

If you must ask for help, make sure your request includes a benefit for your ally that you can exaggerate beyond proportion. When your ally sees that there is something in it for them, they are more likely to respond with enthusiasm. Self-interest is the greatest motivator for people. Once you master the art of working out what others want and using it to further your own plans, there will be no limits on what you can accomplish.

Law 14. Pose as a Friend, Work as a Spy

Knowledge about your rival is essential. By posing as a friend, you can ask indirect questions and gradually get your opponents to reveal their weaknesses and their intentions. Once you know this information, you can better predict how they are going to move next.

If you don’t want to pose as a friend, get others to spy for you. However, while you gather information, you open yourself up to vulnerabilities by letting other people do your work for you. It’s always better to spy and pose as a friend yourself.

Law 15. Crush Your Enemy Totally

To crush your enemy partially means that they will eventually recover and seek revenge. Ultimately, you can only gain peace and serenity if your enemies cease to exist. If you manage to remove all of your opponent’s options, then they will have no choice but to bend to your will. By giving them nothing to negotiate with and no room to maneuver, you will have crushed them.

Law 16. Use Absence to Increase Respect and Honor

The more present you are, the more common you appear. Create an air of scarcity around yourself to increase your perceived value. If you currently exist within an established group, intermittently withdraw so that others talk about you and admire you more.

To do this effectively, you must learn when is the right time to withdraw. In doing so, you force their respect by inadvertently threatening your absence for good. Once you return from your absence, it will appear as if you have been resurrected, and people will be relieved to see you again.

Law 17. Keep Others in Suspended Terror: Cultivate an Air of Unpredictability

Humans are creatures of habit who look for familiar patterns in the behaviors of others. By acting unpredictably, your opponents will tire themselves out by trying to predict and analyze your moves. This means occasionally striking without warning. When you act predictably, you give others power over you. If you act surprisingly, they will feel that they don’t understand you and will be intimidated.

Similarly, if you find yourself the underdog, using a strategy of unpredictable moves can confuse your enemies into making a tactical blunder.

Law 18. Do Not Build Fortresses to Protect Yourself – Isolation is Dangerous

If you decide to isolate yourself from your enemies and the world at large, you cut yourself off from valuable information. This makes you vulnerable to attack. It’s always better to mingle amongst people, as you are better protected in a crowd. Because humans are social creatures, power comes with social interaction.

Therefore, to become powerful, you must place yourself at the center of things. Activity should revolve around you. Resist the urge to retreat when things feel uncertain. Instead of turning inward, focus on seeking out old allies and forcing yourself into new social circles.

Law 19. Know Who You’re Dealing With – Don’t Offend the Wrong Person

Choose your opponents wisely. There are some people that once defeated, will spend the rest of their lives seeking revenge. Consequently, it pays to not offend the wrong person. The skill of correctly measuring people is the most important with regard to getting and maintaining power. Be sure to know everything about a person before you work with them.

However, don’t rely on your instincts to get an understanding of a person, and never trust appearances. Watch your target over a long period of time to get a truer picture of their nature.

Law 20. Don’t Commit to Anyone

Make sure the only cause you commit to is yourself. Maintain your independence at all costs. This allows you to play people off against each other. When you hold back from joining a cause, you create a sense of respect because you appear untouchable. You gain a reputation for independence.

Further, do not commit to anyone. Stay out of petty fights and squabbles. Feign interest, but let others do the fighting while you watch and wait. Often, it can be a good tactic to stir up quarrels between two parties and then gain power by acting as the go-between.

Law 21. Play a Sucker to Catch a Sucker – Appear Dumber Than Your Mark

No one enjoys feeling stupid. Consequently, a great trick is to make your opponents feel smarter than you. Once they believe themselves to be more intelligent, they will never suspect that you have any ulterior motives.

Law 22. Use the Surrender Tactic: Transform Weakness Into Power

Surrender before you are about to be defeated. This buys you more time to plot your revenge, and to torment your conqueror. By surrendering, you deny them the satisfaction of destroying you. In doing so, you make the act of surrender a tool of power.

By yielding, you gain the upper hand because you lull your opponent into believing they have defeated you, even as you plot their downfall. This confuses your opponents and means they are unlikely to act aggressively against you.

Law 23. Concentrate Your Forces

Conserve your energies by focusing them all into a single source of power. When looking for such a source, identify a single spring that will sustain you for a long time to come. You gain more power by finding a singular rich source than by flitting between many more shallow sources of power.

Power exists in concentrated form. In any organization, power will emanate from a small group of people who are holding all the strings. Consequently, power is like oil, you only need to strike it once to assure yourself a lifetime of wealth and power.

24. Play the Perfect Courtier

The courtier wields power through discrete avenues. By flattering and yielding to their superiors and only enforcing their power through charm and grace, they gradually accumulate an ever-increasing amount of power. There are several steps one can take to become the perfect courtier, and they involve the following:

– Practicing nonchalance

– Being frugal with flattery

– Adapting your style and language according to your audience

– Avoiding being the bearer of bad news

– Never criticizing your superiors

– Being self-observant

– Mastering your emotions

– Being a source of pleasure

25. Recreate Yourself

Do not accept the role that society has given you. Forge your own identity, one that commands attention. Master your image rather than letting others dictate it for you. Remake yourself into a figure of power as if molding yourself from clay.

To do this, you must first be self-aware, and you must learn to master your emotions. Then, you must create a memorable character. From here, you can learn to play many roles to adapt to what any given situation requires of you. However, remember that overacting can be counterproductive.

26. Keep Your Hands Clean

You must maintain a spotless appearance. You should never be associated with nasty deeds. To do this, employ the use of scapegoats to disguise your involvement. Your reputation depends more on what you conceal than what you reveal. You should always have a convenient scapegoat on hand for when needing to conceal your more dubious activities.

In addition to a scapegoat, you will also need a cat’s-paw. This is someone who does your dirty work for you while obscuring your involvement. This means letting someone else be the bearer of bad news while you choose to associate yourself exclusively with the good.

27. Create a Cult-like Following by Playing on People’s Need to Believe

People want to believe in something. By inventing yourself as this cult-like entity, they will follow you and give you untold amounts of power. To become such a figure, you need to follow these steps:

– Keep your words vague and simple but full of promise

– Emphasize enthusiasm rather than the intellectual and the rational

– Structure your group in accordance to the forms of organized religion

– Disguise your sources of income

– Create an us-versus-them dynamic

28. Enter Action With Boldness

Everyone admires the bold. The timid are frowned upon. Consequently, you shouldn’t choose a course of action half-heartedly. Your doubts will become apparent and will tarnish your reputation. It’s always better to act boldly. Any mistakes made are easily compensated by acting even more audaciously.

Few are born bold. It’s a habit that needs to be cultivated. It must be practiced. Likewise, timidity is also a learned trait. If you find yourself acting timidly, you must root this out and replace it with acts of boldness instead.

29. Plan All the Way to the End

Always plan until the end. This means thinking through every possibility that could prevent you from reaching your end goal. Thus, you will be able to accommodate for any surprises along the way and secure your future.

Most people are too trapped by their emotions in the moment to see ahead, so this will give you the upper hand. Plan in detail before you act, and don’t succumb to making any vague plans. Your end goal must always be crystal clear.

30. Make Your Accomplishments Seem Effortless

Make your success seem easy. Conceal all the toil and tricks you used to attain it, as it otherwise arouses too much curiosity in others. Never reveal how you reached your position of power to anyone, or they may use it against you. There are great advantages to remaining silent. The more mysterious your actions appear, the greater your power appears to be. It will make it seem as if you have an exclusive gift that no one can replicate and that knows no limits.

31. Control the Options: Get Others to Play With the Cards You Deal

By giving your opponents a choice, they will feel that they’re controlling their destiny. What they won’t realize is that you’re using them as a puppet to choose between two scenarios, both of which serve you.

When given a choice between two possibilities, people rarely consider all the other potential options that could be on the table. Instead, they blindly choose to believe they have autonomy in their decision-making; too much freedom creates anxiety. By setting up a narrow range of choices, you can guide your opponent to play right into your hands.

32. Play Into People’s Fantasies

As the truth is often ugly, if you appeal to it, you risk being bombarded with the anger of disenchantment. Instead, by tapping into the fantasies of the masses, people will flock to you as you offer an alternative to the disillusionment of reality. By observing which aspects of everyday life are most abhorred, you can conjure up fantasies that promise the opposite of peoples’ current realities and thus wield a phenomenal power.

33. Discover Each Man’s Thumbscrew

Find your opponent’s weakness. This is often an insecurity, an untamed emotion or desire, or sometimes a secret pleasure. To do so, look for the following:

–  Instances when they behave like a child, which indicates some unresolved trauma in childhood

– Contrasts, as an overt trait often conceals it opposite (i.e., arrogance is often hiding insecurity)

– The weak link, which is often someone behind the scenes controlling their behavior

– Ways to fill the void of their insecurity or unhappiness to wield significant power

– How to encourage their uncontrollable emotion, as they won’t be able to control themselves, and you can do the controlling for them

34. Be Royal in Your Own Fashion: Act Like a King to Be Treated Like One

How you present yourself to the world will reflect how others see and treat you. Carry yourself with self respect, confidence, and dignity to make it seem like you were destined for power. We must make ourselves demand and expect as much as a young child. Believe you are destined for greatness, and this belief will radiate outwards and others will believe it, too. Ask for less, and that is exactly what you’ll get.

35. Master the Art of Timing

Never seem to be in a rush – patience is a virtue. Learn to bide your time, and only strike when the timing is right. As time is a perception, by mastering your emotions, you can make time seem to move more slowly and lengthen your perception of the future. This allows you to become more patient and to see the bigger picture.

36. Disdain Things You Cannot Have: Ignoring Them is the Best Revenge

The less interest you take in things that irritate you, the more superior you seem. By acknowledging your enemy, you give their existence credibility and, therefore, power. Paradoxically, the more you want something, the more it eludes you as your interest is too strong, which makes others feel uncomfortable and fearful. Occasionally, it’s best just to leave things alone. By turning your back on what you want, you will drive your opponents crazy.

37. Create Compelling Spectacles

By generating grand, spectacular gestures, you will heighten your presence and your power. People will be too dazzled by appearances to uncover what you’re really up to. As opposed to using words, visual gestures contain an emotive power and immediacy that leave no room for doubt. Where words divide, images unite. Use this to your advantage.

38. Think as You Like, but Behave Like Others

By consistently going against the grain in public, people will begin to resent you for making them feel inferior. Practice blending in and hiding your true feelings to nurture the common touch. By doing so, you will be left alone to express your true beliefs in a targeted manner. Once a base of power is established, you can then begin to disseminate your beliefs gradually, and they are more likely to be adopted.

39. Stir Up Waters to Catch Fish

If you can stay calm while infuriating your opponents, you can gain an advantage. By finding their weaknesses, you can disturb them and play with them at will. The more angry they become, the more ridiculous they will appear. This will reduce their power.

40. Despise the Free Lunch

Never trust anything that comes for free. Anything of worth is worth paying for. Most things that come for free come with a burdensome psychological price task. By paying, you avoid falling into the trap of having to be grateful, guilty, or deceitful. Further, being lavish with your money is a sign of power. Generosity softens up your opponents into being deceived.

41. Avoid Stepping Into a Great Man’s Shoes

What came first always seems more original than what follows. Don’t get lost in the shadows of those that came before you. You must establish your own name and identity by not following the same course of your predecessors.

42. Strike the Shepherd, and the Sheep Will Scatter

All trouble can usually be traced back to one individual. By rooting out this individual and preventing them from operating, you will stop their influence. Don’t waste time, or their influence will multiply. In every group, power is concentrated around one or two people. Consequently, understanding who controls the group is critical. This is made more challenging, as troublemakers prefer to disguise their actions. Isolate their power, however, and they become redundant.

43. Work on the Hearts and Minds of Others

If people feel coerced into acting in a specific way, they will resent you. Instead, you must seduce others so that they act how you want without you having to ask them. By understanding their psychology and their weaknesses, you can play with their emotions and conquer their hearts and minds so that they are loyal to you. By softening them up, you can slowly bend people towards your will without them realizing.

44. Disarm and Infuriate With the Mirror Effect

By mirroring your opponents and doing exactly as they do, you humiliate them and cause them to overreact. By making them believe you share their values, they find it challenging to work out your strategy, as they are blinded by your mirror. You are also able to teach your opponents a lesson by giving them a taste of their own medicine.

45. Preach the Need for Change, but Never Reform Too Much at Once

If you have recently entered a position of power or are an outsider trying to make a claim for it, respect the way people have been living up until this point. Too much change will engender a revolt. To introduce change, make it seem like a gradual and gentle improvement on the past.

46. Never Appear Too Perfect

While appearing superior to others is dangerous, to appear faultless and without weakness is even more perilous. By displaying harmless vices, you prevent envy from developing, and you make yourself appear more approachable. By letting envy fester, it can manifest in a host of problematic ways that will ultimately try to rob you of your power. Stop it in its tracks by making yourself seem powerful but not faultless.

47. Don’t Go Past the Mark You Aimed For: In Victory, Learn When to Stop

Don’t let success go to your head. The moment you achieve victory is often when you’re at your most vulnerable. Don’t get ahead of yourself with your overconfidence and push beyond your initial target. This could create more enemies than you are capable of defeating. There can be no substitute for meticulous strategic planning. Once you reach your goal, stop.

48. Assume Formlessness

By being tangible, you open yourself up to attack. To be malleable, adaptable, and on the move makes you ungraspable. Accept that everything, everywhere changes, and embody this truth. By being as fluid as water, you protect yourself from the ever-shifting nature of reality. By refusing to adapt and to change, you fail to evolve and your power will be usurped. The powerful are constantly adapting, and their power comes from the speed at which they can change.

Repost: How Is Common Sense Different From Common Knowledge?

How Is Common Sense Different From Common Knowledge?

Common sense comes from using your senses. If you ignore your senses and feelings you will not have common sense. Common sense is no longer common in the modern world, because people ignore their feelings. They think being grown up is about ignoring the feelings and signals from their nervous system. When in actuality, true intelligence comes from learning how to decipher and interpret these feelings and signals.

Your nervous system carries signals from your senses to your gut. And your gut deciphers those signals and sends the information to your brain. Your digestive tract is where you have the most nerve cells in your body. You know that gut feeling? That is your nervous system deciphering signals from your senses.

Common knowledge on the other hand, is knowledge that most people know and are aware of. Just because something is common knowledge does not make it true. Actually, it is highly likely that it is untrue or destructive if it is common knowledge. You have to consider the source.

The average American is poor, fat, sick, and divorced. Common knowledge is what has lead to this state of being for the common American. If you want to live like a common American by all means listen to common knowledge. Because that is how they got to where they are.

Social norms are common knowledge. They are not common sense. Social norms have been designed to destroy and enslave us. Social norms lead to people being a common American. And the common American is poor, fat, sick, and divorced.

An example would be breeding. It doesn’t make sense to have children when you cannot afford to care for them adequately. Yet, common knowledge leads people to have children. Even when they cannot afford them and it becomes a stressful hardship for all involved.

Another example, is most marriages end in divorce. So common sense says that if you get married it will most likely end in divorce. Yet, people still do it without preparing for the consequences.

Another example of a social norm is we are taught to be kind and forgiving. But common sense says you shouldn’t be nice or near people who hurt you. Forgiving someone who hurt you, just gives them the opportunity to hurt you again. Plus, when you are nice to someone who hurt you it creates a trauma bond and Stockholm syndrome. Which creates a death spiral in your mental health setting you up to have abusive relationships throughout your life. The absolute last thing you should do to someone who hurt you is be nice and forgive them.

Common sense is logical. Common knowledge is not always logical. Just as feelings are logical. And emotions are often illogical. When you take your emotions and filter them through your critical logical mind you get feelings. Your feelings are trustworthy. Your emotions are not.

Common knowledge is just like emotions. You need to filter common knowledge through your critical logical mind to turn it into common sense. Common sense is trustworthy. It’s logical. And common sense is no longer common. So you may be unlike everyone around you if you use common sense. But common sense is your only protection from ending up like the commoner who is poor, fat, sick, and divorced

Drugs Are Nice A Post-Punk Memoir by Lisa Crystal Carver–Book Review

I had never heard of Lisa Crystal Carver before reading this book. But the quote from Boston Magazine on the cover got me. “The country’s supreme cultural anthropologist… Hunter S. Thompson in a miniskirt.”

I have never read a memoir or biography where I could not relate to the character before. But I could not relate to this lady. The book is really well written and I enjoyed the way it is put together. But I could not relate to her. (I am betting she is Mixed Polish from the NE. And I would double down on that that she is one of the NE/NE ones, where both her parents are from the NE.)

The title is great! Drugs are great! And she did not develop a drug problem. Which does set her apart from most. I have to commend her for that. It was nice to read a memoir of someone involved in the counter culture who does not fall off the rocker with drugs. So, I have to commend her there.

In the end, she has a child with a chromosomal deletion. Can you guess that she poisoned herself too much during pregnancy? I am guessing especially as the egg was fertilized. It is hard for me to read stuff like this nowadays because I see the cause and effects. And the domino effects.

Her son had sinus problems. Like really bad sinus problems where he had to have his ears drained of infection as a child. And then he ended up on mental health medication as a young child as well. His poor mental health is a result and effect of the infection in his ears and sinuses as a young child. When you have an on-going infection like that in your head, it effects your brain. And anything that effects your brain effects your vagus nerve. Thus, effecting your gut microbiome and immune system. Plus, she had him playing with a cat. Cats carry toxoplasmosis, which is linked to many mental health disorders. It is not said that this infection causes mental health diseases. But it is well known that if you treat the infection the mental health disorder/disease normally gets better.

I am glad this lady found a life she was content with. And I am glad she found an outlet for her creativity and writing. She writes really well. And I do feel bad about calling her out on being so dysfunctional. But that was kind of the theme of the book. She was trying to deal with her dysfunction. And I am not sure that it was a success. Because I think she is just passing the buck onto her child. Which is what most Moms do, right?

I like the idea of this book. I like the writing. I like the counter culture influence. Even though this is not apart of the counter culture I can relate to. I like that she got out of abusive relationships and did not loose herself to drugs. I like a lot of things about this lady’s story. But I do not like the way she is passing her dysfunction onto her child. And I hate how she says she is taking care of the medical needs of her child/son, when in actuality she is perpetuating his pain in order to get attention from medical professionals. Just like my mother did to me. So I suppose this book touched on a sensitive subject. I do not agree with Munchausen by Proxy. I cannot condone it. And I will not feel sorry for a mother with a child with medical conditions, when they are most likely the ones who created these conditions by design and on purpose.

A People’s Ecology-Explorations in Sustainable Living Edited by Gregory Cajete–Book Review

Ecology is something we all need to be concerned about. I had never read a book on it before, but no time like the present right! This book is a collection of essays from Native American writers on how to live more sustainably and healthy. Going back to basics is the key in many ways.

“Monsanto Corporation recently acquired a paten on plant genes that render plants sterile. Consequently, farmers could not retain a portion of their harvests to use as seed.”

Seeds nowadays are genetically modified so that when you plant a crop, you can no longer retain some of the crop for seeds for the next year. This allows big corporate companies, like Monsanto, to control their profits. But more importantly it allows them to control our food supply. How do you feel about corporations controlling our food supply? It is a bit scary, huh?

“As we strain the limits of the natural world, we can no longer escape the knowledge that ecological collapse has been the often unrecognized force behind the downfall of many civilizations. Biology is indeed destiny.”

Food is the quickest way to change someone’s epigenetics. Whoever controls the food system the most, is the person/entity that gets to decide how human we are on a gene and cellular level. Now do you understand why seeds and the food system need to be a priority to us all? Absolute power corrupts absolutely. The more people who have their hands in the cookie jar of the food system, the better off we are. Now do you see why the farmers are such an important check and balance in the power systems?

Interdependence is something that is brought up in many of these essays. Also, it is something that is brought up in my family’s cult playbook, The 48 laws of Power. We cannot deny that we are all connected. And it makes us all vulnerable, no matter how much we hate it or want to deny it. We all have an influence in each other’s lives. And it is not an abstract influence. It is a direct influence. We directly effect each other everyday with all of our actions and the way we live our lives.

Diversifying the food supply by planting different crops and having smaller organic farms is part of the solution. Right now we are only growing a small number of crops/strains of food and if these crops/strains fail we are in for a world of hurt. There are only like 3 or 4 different kinds of wheat being grown in the United States. Which can lead to a collapse if one of them fails. This is how it is with many crops in our country/world. The longer we go on like this the fewer strains we will have.

You know how you go to the marijuana dispensary and there are all kinds of different strains to choose from? Or you go to a microbrewery and there are all kinds to choose from? Well, this is what we need the food industry to be like. Some strains grow better in different areas/regions. We need to honor this and diversify our portfolio of food so to speak. When you put all your eggs in one basket, it can lead to disaster.

Housing is also something that needs to be addressed not only for our health, but for the health of the environment. We need to live sustainably in all ways in order to survive and to be human on a gene and cellular level. Since the 1970s we have focused on making our houses/dwellings air tight. But we have also started processing the building materials with more and more chemical toxins. Thus, we are creating an air tight environment in our homes to keep those toxins stuck. Natural building materials for our homes can help remedy this issue. Along with using less toxins to process building materials.

Plus, the move from traditional heating and cooling towards HVAC systems means that we just recycle the air with toxins in it over and over. We need to change the breathability of the walls of our homes. And we need to change the way we heat and cool our homes. Heating and cooling the air in our homes is extremely ineffective and unsustainable. Radiant floor heating is an example of how we can become more sustainable. (But with this option we would also have to address the bad bacteria in the public water system/supply. Spore bacteria survive the way we treat water. And often sewer water is recycled into drinking water.)

There is an example in the book about how even trees are interdependent. In Oregon, there was a clear cut that was replanted with trees. And all the trees died. But when they replanted again and added a cup full of dirt from the base of a living tree with every seedling, these seedlings survived. Because this added bacteria, fungi, and all the organisms that are stripped from the soil when we clear cut a forest. We all are just a collective of organisms. Even trees cannot survive on their own.

Rant: The Redwood forest in Northern California is the largest organism in the world. It is not a forest of individual trees. The roots are all connected. It is one large organism. The largest organism on Earth. Humans are like the Redwoods in Northern California. We are all connected with our roots. Our microbiomes are all connected. This is why one person got Covid in one part of the world and we all were endangered. Our microbiomes are connected just like the roots of the Redwood trees in Northern California. We share bugs. Just like the seedlings needed bugs to grow and survive.

We too need bugs to grow and survive. As a human being you are more bacteria, parasite, and virus cells than you are human cells. You are a bug and you are not even mostly human. You are mostly bugs. If you kill your bugs you kill yourself and your immune system. Your immune system is a a collective of organisms that live mostly in your gut that have created a symbiotic relationship with you. They take care of you because you are their home. You know how you take care of your house and you water the lawn, replace the roof, and paint when needed? Well, that is what your immune system is doing when it takes care of you. It is maintaining it’s home. Because you are it’s home. If you die, they will most likely die too. So they take care of you because you take care of them. Which is the definition of a symbiotic relationship, win-win. (I went off there on all kinds of stuff, but it was good right?)

Diabetes being common in native people when they give up their traditional diets of mostly beans, corn, and squash is a topic a few of the contributors touched on. Chronic illnesses of all kinds are common in all people who eat the standard American diet. Diabetes, which is an autoimmune disease, and heart disease are caused by infections(bacterial, fungal, and viral.) So, it is not technically the food that causes chronic illnesses. It is the infections they feed and grown in our bodies that actually cause illness. Kill the infections and you kill the disease/illness.

This book was great and it touched on a lot of topics that I really enjoy. If we want to reverse the destruction of the modern world, we have to look to see how we destroyed things and where we went wrong. Living a more natural life is the only way we are going to get to be more human on a gene and cellular level. I am not saying we all need to live in the woods and only eat what we kill and grow. But I am saying we need to be smarter about what we are doing. Because the way we are currently living is not sustainable and we are sick. We are a subhuman slave race on a gene and cellular level. And we will continue to be so until we address the environment that is negatively switching our genes on and off in really bad ways. This negative environment is created through the choices we make everyday on how we live our daily lives. You have no clue of what you are capable of because your epigenetics are negatively influenced by the environment which steals your potential. No matter what you have accomplished, you are capable of more. But the environment makes it so you are constantly swimming upstream. You have no clue who you were born to be. Because that person is being stolen from you with every breath you take, bite of food, and drink of water/liquid.

Repost: How To Deal With Stress-PTSD

☆☆☆ How To Deal With Stress☆☆☆

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is something that can be tested for before it happens. Gut bacteria of soldiers before war can be tested to see who will develop Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after going to war. You would think we would make sure all soldiers had the gut bacteria they need to survive war in a healthy manner, right?

In the gulf war, biochemical warfare started. One or both sides released biochemical warfare that killed good gut bacteria in soldiers, which made them unable to deal with stress optimally. And many of them returned with PTSD after the war.

PTSD is not just limited to soldiers or to wartime. Dealing with people who have cluster b personality disorders also causes PTSD. But it is not the same as PTSD from war or big traumatic events like a car crash or accident. It is called CPTSD, Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This is caused by many traumatic events over time that add up and cause the same effects as PTSD from one large event.

Lets say Mothers poisoned their children when little eroding their gut bacteria. This would be the equivalent of biochemical warfare that erodes gut bacteria causing PTSD in war. This would cause children to develop CPTSD from multiple traumatic events in childhood. Because their physical body would not be able to deal with the stress. Plus, their minds would not be able to process the trauma or make sense of it all. And their lives would not add up or be manageable.

If you were trying to control people, wouldn’t it be easier if they felt out of control themselves? Pavlov said the first step in communism is making people believe they cannot care for themselves. That is the only way they will give up control to the government or another.

When people do not believe they can take care of themselves, they look externally for someone else to take care of them. So if a Mother never wanted her children to grow up and be self sufficient, it makes complete sense that she would use biochemical warfare on them. This way they would always look to her as a savior. And she would look to the government as a savior.

If you want to protect yourself from people with cluster b personality disorders, the key is in your gut bacteria. You cannot create an environment where you can guarantee the mental health of everyone around you. However, you can set yourself up for success by ensuring your body can physically and mentally deal with stress.

Butyrate producing bacteria is the key to dealing with stress and not developing CPTSD or PTSD. Not only do you need this bacteria. But you need to feed it daily. Granted fasting days will help kill the gut bugs that try to crowd it out. But everyday you eat, you need to feed these bugs. This way they can produce the fatty acid butyrate that not only helps you deal with stress, but it increases plasticity in your brain to help you make sense of everything.

The benefits of butyrate are like a grocery list that go on forever with chain reactions in your mind, body, and soul. No study has found an upper limit to butyrate intake/consumption. Yes, you can take butyrate supplements. But having the gut bacteria that produce butyrate is preferable. Because those bacteria probably do more than just produce butyrate. We have just started to understand our gut bacteria. But our gut bacteria have kept us alive and healthy since the beginning of humans. Your immune system lives in your gut bacteria.

The more you cultivate your gut bacteria the healthier your immune system and the better your ability to deal with stress.

A World of Hurt & Lies

A culture is just a group of people who come together with shared beliefs. And these shared beliefs create patterns in behavior. So, a culture reflects the shared beliefs of it’s people.

What happens if those shared beliefs are lies? What happens when a culture is based on lies? The people start living lies. And they get hurt and mad, because nothing in their lives ends up how they were told it is supposed to be. You buy the dream you were sold and you become mad about it. Because it was a lie.

Romantic love is a lie. It’s a chemical reaction in your brain that only lasts 6 months. Your wants are a lie. It’s really your needs that matter. The economy is a lie. My family has rigged the stock markets since the 1980s. No matter how hard you work or how smart you are, the economy is based on a privilege and class system. Democracy is a lie. We live in a communist dictatorship. And we never got to vote on the dictator. Your life is a lie. You are just apart of the Farmville game my family has been playing with the world.

What do you do when you find out you bought the dream you were sold and it’s a lie? What do you do when you realize how you have been set up to fail and be miserable your whole life, because you are easier to control this way? The more bitter and miserable you are while being preoccupied with living the dream that is a lie, the easier you are to manipulate and control.

Now do you see why people are so angry? It hurts to live a lie. And we are taught to blame ourselves for everything that never works out as we were told it should. We have been taken on a wild goose chase our whole lives. Where do we go from here?

This revolution is about you finding the truth. I can tell you all about the lies my families have told you for generations. But I can’t tell you what your truth is. Sure, I can teach you about science, logic, and philosophy. But I can’t teach you who you are and what your truth is. All I can do is share the truths that set me free. It’s your job to figure out what you want to value and what is important to you. I believe democracy is the freedom to dream your own dream. And to know your dream you have to know your truth.

Repost: How To Fix Sociopathy & Reverse The War Games—Limbic System & Toxins

How To Fix Sociopathy & Reverse The War Games—Limbic System & Toxins

If you have been tuned in for awhile you know that I believe that toxins(aka poisons) are responsible for cluster b personality disorders(aka sociopathy, narcissism, and borderline personality disorder). And yesterday when I was reading “Darwin’s Lost Theory-Book 3” by David Loye I found more of the science to support this belief.

Let me try to walk you through this complex domino reaction of science and the brain and body.

Poisons/toxins effect the limbic system.

The limbic system is where hormones are housed and emotions are created.

Paul MacLean discovered the third part of the limbic system “thalamocingulate division” responsible for capacity for caring for others and for love

1937 James Wenceslas Papez damages this third part of the limbic system in the brain of monkeys. Monkeys so injured “showed no grooming or acts of affection”. “These brain-bashed monkeys would walk over their cage mates “as though they were inanimate”.

We inherit bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, and toxins from our mom, mom’s mom, mom’s mom’s mom, and so on up the maternal line.

Let me just speak English and talk this information out with you…

Toxins in the limbic system and in our bodies are what cause people to develop cluster b personality disorders, like my family. I have never poisoned myself, but I am constantly poisoned by others and I have no desire to hurt people. Yes, I have a desire to fight back when people try to harm, hurt, and/or kill me. But I have no desire to lash out at people around me.

My whole life I have been searching for the cause of why my family is the way they are and this research about the third part of the limbic system is the smoking gun. I knew it was the limbic system and toxins. But I had no clue that the damage the toxins do to this specific third part of the limbic system is what causes a loss of empathy or ability to partake in altruism.

Because we inherit toxins from our Mom and up our maternal line, we can be born with antisocial personality disorder. There is research on how cleansing children with antisocial personality disorder of toxins and heavy metals resolves their behavior issues. However, no one has ever applied this to cluster b personality disorders as far as I know. There is no known cure for cluster b personality disorders except for cognitive behavior therapy. And that rarely works because the patient must be a willing participant. Most people with cluster b personality disorder do not want to get better. Plus, they continue to poison themselves.

Munchasen by proxy did not become mainstream in the United States until the mid 1970s. If you look at the health of mainstream Americans since this time you will see after this is when autoimmune diseases became prevalent and our health as a nation declined dramatically. You will also see this is when obesity and divorce also became nationwide issues. A moral decline was experienced on all levels and is something we are still experiencing.

As the generations progress and as the toxins children are born with increase, there is a greater and greater need for mental health services. However, they never seem to resolve the issue. Perhaps, because we are going about it all wrong? Many other mental health disorders have been linked to bad bacteria and parasites. Talk therapy is the exact opposite of what we actually need to do. Because talk therapy actually reinforces trauma and keeps a person stuck in the trauma rather than helping them to move forward and on.

How do we fix mental illness and prevent the war games from destroying us all?

Well, we need to cleanse our bodies of toxins, bad bacteria, parasites, and viruses. And we need to do this with probiotic bacteria. Probiotic bacteria can be added to the environment, food, and water systems to help us remove toxins from our bodies and upregulate our detox pathways via epigenetics. We can down regulate genes like the MTHFR gene mutation that prevent us from detoxing proficiently.

Mental health is about physical health. No one can be human when they are poisoning themselves and others. You cannot poison someone else without poisoning yourself in the current systems. The more and longer we partake in these maladaptive coping mechanisms, the longer we all will have to fear for our lives. Sociopaths are made. And toxins are what make them.

If you have heard me talk about how I would like to genetically modify crops and dairy cows to make us all more human on a gene and cellular level, this is part of what I am excited to do. All we have to do is change the microbiome of dairy cows and crops to make us more human in countless ways and we can ensure that an official world war 3 is avoided.

Toxins erode our microbiome. The more toxins in your system, the more eroded your immune system, aka microbiome. We can help people remove toxins from their bodies and we can help them rebuild their immune systems just by changing the food system. You know how the food system changed in the 1980s? Well, we need to change it again to support our minds and bodies. Which in essence will support our spirits.

There is a mind, body, and spirit connection in the destruction of the war games. Because the war games erode people’s ability to have altruism and empathy. If you cannot feel the pain of your neighbor, you are more likely to cause harm to them. And this is how it becomes easy for people to commit crimes against humanity on a daily basis and mindlessly not even realize what they are doing.

Do you poison your neighbor? Do you believe that makes you apart of the problem or the solution? Just because everyone is doing it, does not make it right. Be the change or perpetuate the problem.

If we do not remove the toxins from our bodies soon we will no longer be able to be human on a gene and cellular level because they will cause so many gene mutations that we will have reached a point of no return. We are a subhuman slave race on a gene and cellular level currently. The window for us to reverse this and the gene mutations involved is very small, 10-20 years.

The time is now or never.

Repost: 18 Signs Of A Psychopath/Sociopath

18 Signs Of A Psychopath/Sociopath

Psychopath Free by Jackson MacKenzie is a book that changed my life. Growing up in a Russian Orthodox Narcissistic family cult made this book feel like a family reunion. Psychopaths have a higher skill set than the average narcissist when it comes to manipulation. Without feelings they have to emulate being human and having an emotional spectrum beyond merely anger and jealousy.

“Psychopaths do not actually feel the love and happiness that they so frequently proclaim. They oscillate between contempt, envy, and boredom. Nothing more.” -Jackson MacKenzie, Psychopath Free

Psychopaths prey on others to feel alive and get a taste of emotion. Their emotions are flat, dull, and painful. They seek to kill in you what they cannot have themselves. Psychopaths are people who know they do not have the ability to possess feelings and take it out on others.

As BPD and narcissism overlap, so do narcissism and anti-social personality disorder. All cluster b personality disorders start to look similar with time and age. Dark triad is how most of cluster b personality disorders leave this world. So if you grew up with a BPD or narcissistic parent, chances are highly likely that you will see the signs of psychopathy in them with age.

Signs of psychopathy:

  • Lack of empathy
  • Overly critical
  • Disregard for right and wrong
  • Wit and charm
  • Impulsiveness
  • Arrogance

Repost: Oxytocin and Humanity Hijacking

Southern California, Oxytocin, Humanity Hijacking

Okay Southern California bare with me as I speak geek because I figured out how my family cult is hijacking your humanity.

So your brains do produce Oxytocin you all just process it differently. Oxytocin is often referred to as the “love hormone” but really it is just an intensifier. Your brain produces Oxytocin when you take part in human interactions, but especially when you raise your children, nurse them, and child birth. However, when you have experienced trauma, bullying, and repeated distress related to social interaction your brain processes Oxytocin differently. Instead of it making you feel loved and connected it amplifies your anxiety. This is why my Mom was unable to nurse both my Brother and I. Feeling that close to someone and the Oxyotcin involved stressed her out and made her anxious. This kind of processing of Oxytocin leads to avoidant attachment style, which is involved in cluster b personality types(narcissism, borderline personality disorder, and sociopathy).

Our family cult and the war games are stealing your ability to process the experience of being human and stealing your humanity through your limbic system, which houses your emotions. A lot of the chemicals and environmental stressors are aimed at deregulating your limbic system, which involves throwing off your emotions and hormones that control them. This is why we all have overactive cortisol, the stress hormone. This is how our family cult keeps us more manageable.

Children to parents like this are often lacking normal human interactions, thus we do not get enough Oxytocin. This is why I crave my Mother still when things go weird/wrong in my life and I just need a hug. Oxytocin is what my family has used against me and why I crave the love of my Mother. PTSD, anxiety, Aspergers, and Autism can all be treated with Oxytocin and be improved.

Oxytocin is how the adult industry saved my life. It is more than just getting me away from my family, it was by making me feel loved. It provided a safe environment where I could produce Oxytocin and experience it being mirrored to me in others without fear of hurt/pain. When you feel loved and safe it lowers anxiety and improves people’s humanity and ability to emotionally regulate. This is why life has been so hard and confusing since leaving the adult industry behind. There has not been anywhere safe to produce Oxytocin without fear of harm besides with my dogs and/or within my work relationships in sales jobs.

I do not judge you all for being the way you are, but I hope you understand this is why the world looks so dark to you all. Being human is hard and it does hurt at times, but your fear of being human is just another symptom of the systems that have set you up to fail. You have been genetically modified to reject human interaction as something that is beautiful and warm. Instead your brain tells you it is going to hurt and be painful.

This genetic modification is present in the fancy families and the SS soldiers, but I noticed it being systemic throughout all the people in Santa Barbara and as I have gone South it has gotten extremely worse. This is why I loved Vallejo so much. Their brains still were able to feel love and they were open to the experience. This is what the white people are missing in their epigenetics. I always said they did not know love. Well, I was right! They do not know love because their brains have been conditioned to fear human interactions. This is the screw loose that they are missing. And our family cult has done this to the majority of people down here in Southern California. This is why being down here makes me lonely and miss my Mom. You all do not mirror me and instead you feel pain from my loving acts of sharing information. You all fear human interaction because it has never worked out for you in the past. And this is why I do not love any one human, but I love humanity. I have always loved people from an arm’s distance, but letting them close is something that our family cult has never allowed for me to enjoy. Because my family literally cannot experience love and they refuse to let me enjoy something they cannot experience.

Love is a gift. Love is not supposed to hurt. Love is part of being human. Love is what makes the world go round. Love is the greatest motivator in the human experience. You all are missing out on the best part of being human.

Humanity is a chore and a weakness without the ability to feel love. Please reconsider how you view and experience humanity, it could literally save us all.

Love Always

Darwin’s Lost Theory-Who We Really Are and Where We’re Going-Book Three by David Loye—Book Review

David Loye is an amazing writer! His sense of humor and way of writing as if he is having a conversation with you is refreshing. Never have I read a scientist who writes so well and is so well read.

When I picked this book, I was looking for something on Darwin’s first book, “Evolution of Species”. I have read part of it, but wanted to finish it. However, I found this book instead. Reading a classic is one thing, but having someone explain what they thought about it is another. It is like taking a college class. Because discussing what you read is where the learning really takes place in my opinion.

I cannot even begin to explain how valuable this book is. And it was a really easy read for a book based purely on science. Loye not only explains Darwin’s theories, but he links them to research done since then that creates a domino effect.

The third part of the limbic system called the thalamocingulate division and research by Paul MacLean and James Wenceslas Papez link this structure to the “receptive area for experiencing emotion”. This is the part of the brain that is responsible for altruism and empathy. When this part of the brain was damaged in monkeys they “showed no grooming or acts of affection”. You know how people today aren’t able to show empathy or kindness to their fellow man? Well this is the part of the brain/limbic system that is damaged in them. And this also is responsible for cluster b personality disorders, or at least co-morbid.

David Loye explains that Darwin’s theory of “survival of the fittest” has been slanted to make an excuse for being selfish and greedy in modern times. When in actuality Darwin was trying to explain that we need to cooperate and work together. Just like in symbiotic relationships, where two organisms work together to make each other better and more successful. They create a win-win situation. Rather than competing to be parasitic towards each other.

Humanity will not survive if we all continue to try to be parasite. When a parasite kills it’s host, it often dies too. This is what we are doing to the Earth. Earth is just a collective of organisms. And humans are just a collective of organisms. As a human being you are more bacteria, virus, and parasite cells than you are human cells. If you choose to partake in mainly parasitic relationships, it will kill you. It is not up for discussion. It is science and fact.

The longer it takes for us to get it together and realize that we are a collective of organisms meant to cooperate and work together, the longer we go on suffering. Just because most people have such damage to their limbic system that they are unable to understand this fact does not mean that it goes away or disappears. It just means we all pay dearly for these people’s ignorance and poor decisions.

How long will you allow a parasite to feed on you before you say enough is enough? How long till that parasite kills you? How long till that parasite causes you brain and/or limbic system damage and you cease to see that parasite as a parasite?

“…we can be-and generally are–more powerfully driven by concern for the regard of others and by love.”

Science is a plethora of patterns. Life is a plethora of patterns. How long till we choose to see the patterns that rule our life and the universe? How long can we choose to act blindly before it kills us all, metaphorically or literally?

I absolutely loved this book! Science is something I hold near and dear to my heart. And it seems like David Loye does too. This was not a quick read. It took a few days to get through the almost 400 pages. But it was worth every second. I would definitely read more of his books. And if you are looking for a book to ease into reading about science I would highly suggest this book. And I would even suggest reading this book above digging right into Darwin himself. Because David Loye does a great job of quoting Darwin’s original text and then explaining it in easy to understand detail.

So much of modern science is based on, or built on, what Darwin discovered. When we allow the thoughts of selfish genes and survival of the fittest to justify our modern day actions, we are misusing the discoveries of the past to justify our sins of the present. Science is not about justification. It is about growth and evolution. We need to do better. And we cannot look towards the past to justify our crimes against humanity.

The Gonzo Way: A Celebration of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson by Anita Thompson-Book Review

I love Hunter S. Thompson. Though I do not have many people I look up to, I view Hunter as a role model. And it is rare that I find anyone who lived during my time to be role model worthy in the slightest.

Have you ever known anyone who died of natural causes? I haven’t. Have you ever known anyone who was said to have died from suicide, who actually killed themselves? I haven’t. I think Hunter was like Sylvia Plath in this instance…

“Lesson 5: Truth is Easier”

Hunter S. Thompson was known for his drug use and being outlandishly extreme. How could you be so out there and keep track of your lies? You just couldn’t. Most people lack the ability to tell the truth because they are trying to be something they are not. Or they are trying to get away with something that is not in people’s best interest or even on their radar. Telling the truth is just easier. But it is a luxury most people cannot fathom affording.

“…politics is the art of controlling your environment.”

If your epigenetics are controlled by the environment, it is weird to think that politics are controlling that environment. But it makes complete sense. Because decisions are made and laws are passed that effect who we are on a gene and cellular level everyday. Who we are on a gene and cellular level has become more political than personal in a lot of ways in the modern world. Perhaps, Hunter S. Thompson knew this. But he just didn’t have the words to describe this feeling using science. Epigenetics were not discovered until the mid-1980s.

“Never take yourself too seriously. If you do, you start thinking you have too much to lose, so you start to fear that lose; you lose your freedom.”

Freedom is a theme Hunter spent his life writing about. How we chose to spend our lives is how we chose to spend our freedom. But people don’t think about it like that. They think their comfortable lives in suburbia with delusions of freedom perpetuated by the small mundane choices they make everyday, “Pepsi or Coke? Bootleg or Slim Fit? Sparkling or Flat? Breakfast or Brunch?”. Are what freedom is actually made of. When you believe your ability to make these decisions is apart of what makes you you, then you have taken yourself too seriously and literally.

This book is Hunter’s wife going through seven lessons he taught her during their time together. She published this book a couple years after his suicide. It was a quick, about 100 page, read. If you have not read anything by Hunter S. Thompson I would suggest Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, or just watch the movie. I would not suggest reading this book unless you are really into Hunter S. Thompson and all of his material. His book on Hell’s Angels is something I look forward to reading one day soon fingers crossed.

Everything I Learned, I Learned In A Chinese Restaurant-A Memoir by Curtis Chin–Book Review

I picked this book because of the title. My maternal Grandma was Russian and Chinese and food was her only love language. So the idea of growing up in a Chinese family that owned a restaurant is something I could relate to. Knowing everything I know now I wonder if this family was as into Munchausen by Proxy as much as mine. I know the people in my family who love cooking are the ones who like to poison others the most. I may be the only person in the world who likes cooking just for the food and not for poisoning of people.

I have read a lot of books throughout my life and they normally boil down to a few lines that really resonate and bring value/meaning.

“Being different made me normal.”

Every coming of age story, whether it is written or not, is about finding out what makes you you. And finding what makes you you is really about finding what makes you different than the people around you. When you find what makes you different, you find what makes you you. We all search for this in different ways but rarely does it seem this simple. This line is like an equation on how to come of age. I just wish someone had shared this with me thirty years ago.

“…not everything damaged needed to be fixed.”

So much of our lives we try to fix our damage. But what if that damage is what makes us who we are? What if our damage is what shapes us into the person we need to be in order to complete our purpose here? Maybe it is the imperfections that make us who we are. Maybe it is not damage at all, but divine order?

I read this book in less than 24 hours. It was great and a quick read for about 300 pages. Again, I had no clue who the author was before I chose the book. But I would recommend it to anyone. Growing up in a part Chinese family that does not value education, it was hard for me to imagine the pains of having to be pushed to educate myself. But every life has it’s struggles. Our families do shape us, no matter how much we try to rebel and say they don’t. We just have to take the good and throw out the bad. This book was the author trying to figure out what was the good and what was the bad. We all have this struggle. And some never overcome it.

David Suzuki The Autobiography-Review

I did not know who David Suzuki was when I chose to read this book. His name sounded familiar, but I could not place it. A geneticist turned environmentalist sounded right up my alley. And it did not disappoint.

David was a Canadian tv star with his own show on science. And he also had his own radio show. But the real passion he shows is for his non profit organization(The David Suzuki Foundation) and raising awareness for worldwide environmental issues, such as the preservation of the rain forests and global warming.

Not once did he mention epigenetics. Or how a scientist of genetics ended up becoming an environmentalist. The connection was never made, other than his love of the outdoors.

David’s childhood experience as a Japanese Canadian during WWII in Canada was eye opening and a bit horrifying. I was unaware of the camps created for Japanese Canadians during WWII, especially along the coastlines. It is amazing to read how a child sent to a detention camp during WWII, because of where his ancestors came from, can lead a full life and even become an influential figure within that same country. He shows resilience in ways many could not.

The Amazon and Canadian rain forests and working with natives all over the world was a focus throughout his career. Always trying to help the natives empower and educate themselves to make the best decisions for themselves. Sustainability and independence were main themes when he was working with natives from all over the world. He did not want to give them a fish, he wanted to teach them how to fish.

Global warming was the last issue covered in the book and how science is something most people in the world are illiterate on. I agree on global warming being the biggest issue facing the world. However, I never considered the fact that most people are illiterate when it comes to science. And even more concerning is the government officials who make laws based on science are often some of these people. How can government officials, who are versed in law and business, make decisions based on science when they are not even literate in science?

And why is the modern global world not literate in science? Science and technology are the leading influences in our modern lives. Yet, the average person knows more about how to operate a computer and television than they know about science. Why do you suppose this is? And how can we change this?

Great book! I would recommend it.

How To Tell If Someone Is Knowledgeable Or Intelligent?

People who are knowledgeable obtain a lot of facts, aka knowledge. They memorize and retain information. And they repeat this information. There is no original thought in being knowledgeable. It is mimicry.

People who are intelligent also obtain facts and information. But they put together this information in ways to explore the unknown. We learn about the unknown through intelligence. Intelligence is problem solving and connecting the dots. Pattern recognition and putting together logic puzzles is intelligence. Something cannot become knowledge until it is known.

Einstein was intelligent. Issac Newton was Intelligent. They took facts and knowledge and put them together in ways never done before to create knowledge on the unknown.

Memorizing facts is not intelligence. Anyone can memorize facts with enough repetition. Science says it takes about 66 repetitions to cement something into your subconscious mind. Being knowledgable is something everyone can accomplish without ever having an original thought.

Original thought is intelligence. Intelligence is putting things together in a way never done before to explain the unknown to make it known.

How To End Violence Worldwide

Violence is a result of immaturity. And it symbolizes a lack of self awareness. Therefore in order to end violence we all have to grow up and become aware of ourselves as a world and a collective. We can’t overcome worldwide violence without worldwide growth.

First, we need to become aware of violence in ourselves. It’s not good or bad. It just is. Awareness isn’t about judgement. It is about being aware. When you start judging, it is no longer awareness. It is judgement.

Why do we experience violence? Violence normally stems from some form of anger. We are angry our lives are in danger, so we lash out. We are angry our rights are stepped on. We are angry our freedoms are disregarded or belittled. We are angry our worldviews or opinions are not acknowledged. From anger stems violence.

So what is the root cause of anger? Anger is a secondary emotion. It is the result of being hurt. So when we act with anger in violence, it is because we are hurt. We fear for our lives and that hurts us. So we act out in anger and violence. Hurt is the primary emotion behind violence. Violence can be boiled down to hurt. Hurt people, hurt people. Because they are acting out that hurt as anger and violence.

Being grown up means seeing your actions as they really are. When you act out in anger and violence, you are doing so because you are hurt. And anger and violence is rarely if ever going to make that hurt go away. Most of the time it just perpetuates that hurt and continues it indefinitely.

An example would be myself. I so very badly want to lash out at the world and hurt you all. Because you have destroyed and hurt me in any way possible not just on this revolution, but throughout my 43 years of life. I am hurt by you all. And it logically makes sense that I want to lash out and hurt you all. It is completely logical and easy to understand. When someone hurts us we want to hurt them back. It is apart of Darwinism and survival of the fittest. An animal in the wild doesn’t just let another wild animal attack and kill it. The animal fights back and defends itself. It’s natural to fight back. It’s programmed in us to fight back. It’s darwinism. We are supposed to fight back.

But we also are designed to pay attention to our hierarchy of needs. We need to prioritize the things we need most. And we need to do what it takes to get those things.

If I lash out and hurt the world as the world has hurt me and I fight back as I am designed to do, I am never going to get my hierarchy of needs fulfilled. I would be forfeiting my dreams, goals, and potential. So yes, it is within my rights as a human being to fight back and hurt you all as you all have hurt me. But if I choose to do so I am forfeiting the things that matter most to me.

My dreams, goals, and potential are way higher on my hierarchy of needs than fighting back. It doesn’t make me weak to not fight back. It makes me stronger than any person in my family has ever been. I understand if I fight back I am acting on my hurt. And in doing that I would jeopardize and forfeit the things I really want in life.

Anger and violence come down to a decision. Do you want to act out on your hurt? Or do you want to be a grown up and do what is in your best interest so you can fulfill your hierarchy of needs?

Do you want to be stuck in the pattern of allowing your hurt to control and dictate your actions? Or do you want to act on self interest and what is best for you?

Granted this doesn’t mean allowing other people to attack and kill you. But it means fighting back in a way that allows you to meet your own needs without perpetuating violence.

Do you want what you really need? Or do you want to be petty and act out in violence because you are hurt and dont know how to be grown up and do what is in your best interest?

Violence is rarely ever in anyone’s best interest. And often people dont even understand that they are getting in the way of their dreams, goals, and potential by acting in violence.

Shame, Guilt, and How To Forgive Yourself

We have been taught to crucify ourselves over making mistakes because it keeps us stuck. Part of being human is making mistakes. The key is to learn from them and move forward. Live and learn as the saying goes.

Shame is used to keep us stuck. Shame implies there is something wrong with you and that is why you made a mistake. Shame prohibits you from moving forward. Because if there is something wrong with you that caused you to make the mistake then you believe you are helpless to change it. You can change your behavior. There is nothing wrong with you. Guilt is the feeling you get from making a mistake that is intended to get you to do better. Guilt is designed to help you live and learn. There is nothing wrong with you. Humans make mistakes and you are human. That means you need to learn how to forgive yourself and move forward. If you dont learn this you will be stuck making the same mistakes over and over.

Yes, mistakes suck. Yes, guilt sucks. Yes, forgiving yourself is hard. But you get better at it. And the sooner you learn to course correct the easier it gets to forgive yourself. Forgiving yourself for one mistake is easier than 10 years of the same mistake. So the sooner you learn to identify your mistakes, the easier it gets to course correct and move forward

There is nothing wrong with you. Shame is a tool to keep you stuck. You are human. Humans make mistakes. Guilt is to remind you not to make the same mistake again. Being human is hard, but forgiving yourself makes being human a lit easier. Plus, it allows for growth.
