Meditation

I am going to meditate for the next hour or two. Feel free to join in, even if just for a few minutes to release your brain and nervous system.

Hopefully we can mediate together where I talk and give you all a tour of different spaces, but for now you need to do your own tours. You can check the video of me safely. And you all can post a recording of the video for people to play while they meditate. As long as there is no audio. But I’m just going to sit and do my fidgets like normal.

Things to think of while you meditate

  1. Your breathing. In with pieces out with pieces so you get peace. Tune your antenna. Be the best you.
  2. Sit up straight, fidget, stretch. Your spine is your antenna. Is it flowing properly?
  3. Crock-Pot stuff at the beginning, not to actively think about but go do something else and the answer will come to you style. Just set it and forget it.
  4. It’s not about silence or controlling or censoring yourself. It’s about being yourself without judgement. Release judgement and your brain and you get that nothiness feeling. But all meditation isn’t about nothingness. Some days or minutes you need other stuff. Get what you need out of it without judgement. Why judge yourself for getting what you need? Caring for yourself if about meeting your own needs without judgement. As long as you are not hurting someone it will help you tune your antenna and achieve potential. Plus it feels good
  5. Push your breath and energy down to the bottom of your core and build pressure. Then do releases. You don’t need others to have Os. We all need joy and releases. But you may want to build up some energy to take you through the day too. It’s a choose your own adventure. Breath in nose out nose to build pressure. In nose out mouth to release. This breath work can be done with yoga, exercise, or stretching and it intensifies it.
  6. Set the intention to find your purpose, and skills and gifts. Follow your joy. It leads you to where you belong. Set it and forget it. It will come to you if you don’t get in your own way.

There is tons more I normally just ramble. I never really thought about what I was doing much. So this the best I got for now. I just talk and do my thing. Writing about it feels weird.

if you are busy now, don’t worry I left pieces in the field for you to retrieve anytime you choose. Just find the parts of your space that overlap with my space. Like a vin diagram. We all have common ground and share space. Be a space cadet.

xoxo
