We read this book together. If you would like to listen to the audio recordings get connected to the communication hubs. There are multiple books that we have recorded for you all to listen to.
This book is about Communism. But more specifically, it is based on the Spanish Civil war when Stalin sided with the Spanish Republic. He did this in an effort to support Communism in Western Europe, but even more so to gain allies against Fascism.
This lead me to asking Google what the difference is between fascism and communism. So, let me share what I found:
Fascism is far right. Communism is far left.
Fascism is focused on ultra nationalism and extreme state power. Communism is focused on class struggle and the creation of a classless, stateless society.
Fascism economy is state-controlled, often maintaining private ownership and small businesses but with heavy regulation. Communism economy involves abolition of private property; common ownership of all means of production, distribution, and exchange.
Fascism Social Structure: Belief in a natural, hierarchical society, often based on race, with individual interests subordinated to the state’s. Communism Social Structure: Aims for total equality, with the ultimate goal being a society without classes or the state.
Fascism Goals: To create a powerful, unified nation, often through militarism and suppression of opposition. Communism Goals: To achieve a global, communist society where resources are distributed based on need.
Both lead to totalitarian rule.
Both are oppose to democracy.
Both are single party authoritarian systems.
I don’t know about you all, but I had no clue about this. From looking at these it seems like the United States is nearly Fascist. We are so close to a one part system. This freaks me out, how about you? The Nazis were an extreme version of fascism. And this is what lead to the Holocaust.
It is funny because the Democratic party is nearly the majority nowadays. And that is the party my family controls. But they are not interested in Democracy. They are interested in both Communism and Fascism(they are extremely racist). I vote Republican. And this made me update my voter registration address so I know that I get to vote! I hope you all are registered to vote! We may not get to vote for much longer. I don’t know if the Republican party is really any better, but I do know that my family does not control them as much. And I can vote for that!
George Orwell fought in the Spanish Revolution. This experience is what lead him to writing the books Animal Farm and 1984. Because it, “…left him alarmed about the gullibility of other well-meaning, decent people in the Western Europe.”
Animal Farm addresses the fall of the monarchy and the transition to dictatorship, Communism, and totalitarian rule in Russia/Soviet Union. While also at the same time shedding light on Stalin’s involvement in the Spanish Revolution. Politics had never really been changed this much in such a short period of time. And this struggle seems to still be an ongoing issue.
Totalitarianism seems to be what all the people at the top want. But what do the people want? What do you want? Have you ever asked yourself this? Or did you just say to yourself, “It is what it is.” Because just because it is this way today, does not mean it has to be this way tomorrow. The saying, “It is what it is,” is designed to induce learned helplessness. If you do not believe you can help yourself, you will not try. You will comply.
The pigs Napoleon and Snowball, in Animal Farm, are supposed to represent Stalin and Trotsky. These two leaders fought for control over the Soviet Union after Vladimir Lenin’s death(1924). This was the Russian revolution. Trotsky was thrown out of power, sent into exile, and eventually assassinated(1940) by Stalin’s regime.
Just as in Animal Farm, Stalin used manipulation in order to throw Trotsky out of power. Have you heard that saying, “Your mind is just playing tricks on you”? This is how Stalin came to power he kept pulling the wool over people’s eyes and changing the rules, while gaslighting them. In Animal Farm, the rules/laws written on the barn wall are altered as time progresses. But whenever the animals asked if they have been changed they are gaslighted, which is a form of psychological abuse.
Google:
Gaslighting: “Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation and emotional abuse where a person tries to make someone question their own memory, perception, and sanity by twisting their emotions and experiences. It is a tactic to gain power and control, often causing victims to become more vulnerable and dependent, making it harder to leave an abusive situation. “
Gaslighting is something that people with cluster b personality disorders love to do. It is one of my family’s favorite war tactics. Gaslighting is a way for them to change the narrative of a situation without your permission or even knowing. Instead of discussing what they are doing, they draw attention to you and your short comings(real or false) and away from the issues. They do this by twisting reality, questioning memory, invalidating emotions, isolation, and victim blaming.
You know how all the groups in this stupid imaginary game are divided and isolated? This revolution has been going on for over 4 years and we still have not reached all the people. This isolation is what allows people like my family to gaslight you all. They can lie to you all and manipulate you and make you feel like the problem because you have no way to fact check them. If they make you all feel like the problem, than you will not fight back, stand up for yourselves, and/or revolt. The only way they can keep you small is with your permission. The only way people like my family have power over you is if you hand your power over to them.
Pavlov(you know the ring the bell and the dogs come guy), the inventor of classical conditioning techniques in Russia/Soviet Union. He knew Communism could not survive unless people do not believe they can take care of themselves. People like my family not only isolate you all, but they gaslight you into thinking you cannot take care of yourselves. This way they are able to be your savior. They create problems, say you created them, blame you, say you are inferior, and then come to your rescue to be your savior. This way you will believe you cannot live without them. And you willingly hand over control of your lives.
My family creates the problems just like the pigs created the problems in Animal Farm. And they do not play fair, they play dirty.
You know how Napoleon takes the baby dogs after they have been weened and puts them in the attic where no one else can get to them? And then he raises them to be his protectors and enforcers. This is what my family does with the Mixed Polish NE/NE people, especially the ones born after the late 1980s. They are the baby dogs. They have no clue what my family is really up to because they have been isolated for generations. There access to information has been limited for generations. Everyone’s access to information has been limited, but the Mixed Polish NE/NE people have been isolated just like the baby dogs in Animal Farm. They do the dirty work, but they have no clue what they are fighting for or what is really happening. Do they even know they are doing the dirty work?
NE/NE Mixed Polish people are literally fighting to be a subhuman slave race on a gene and cellular level, to continue to be isolated, and have their access to information limited in such a manner that they are kept small until the end of time. With it just getting worse and worse as the generations go on. I am pretty certain that is not what they want. They just don’t know any better. My Mom always used to tell me, “When people know better, they do better.” My family does not want people to know better because it is human nature that they will do better afterwards. People do not fight for what is not in their best interest. Darwinism is about self-interest.
“Sometimes the older ones among them racked their dim memories and tried to determine whether in the early days of the Rebellion, when Jone’s expulsion was still recent, things had been better or worse than now. They could not remember. There was nothing with which they could compare their present lives: they had nothing to go upon except Squealer’s lists of figures, which invariably demonstrated that everything was getting better and better.”
The people who can think back to the 1980s when my family came into power are limited. Both sides of my family did not come to the United States until the late 1940s/early 1950s. But they did not come into power fully here until the 1980s. I was very young during this time, but I remember the change. Do you? Have you ever talked to anyone about the changes? Have you told your children what it used to be like? Do you even remember what it used to be like?
The Average American is sick, fat, poor, and divorced. In the 1980s, this was not true. Children born today have a shorter life expectancy than their parents. In the 1980s, this was not true. The media says we are doing better. But are we really? Propaganda does not have to be true to work.
Have you noticed how everyone looks sick, fat, and nearly dead? People do not even look the same as they did in the 1980s. You can literally see the subhuman slave race on a gene and cellular level in people. People don’t look real human anymore do they? When you look in the mirror right when you get out of the shower and you see that you do not look like humans should, what do you think? You blame yourself, right? Environment dictates epigenetics. Yes, you probably have made some shitty decisions. But the environment is set up to rig the game and the system, so you are not human on a gene and cellular level. You eat food, drink water, breath air, and shower. All these things, and countless others, make you more of a subhuman slave race on a gene and cellular level.
“All Animals Are Equal…But Some Animals Are More Equal Than Others.”
All the rules on the barn wall were erased and this is the only painted on the wall towards the end of Animal Farm. In the end, the one with the gold makes the rules, right? Or is it more like the one with absolute power makes the rules? That is totalitarianism. Power is the ultimate gold. But you know why that is scary? It is scary because:
I never realized how much I am like my Dad’s Mom, my Grandma Lippe, from Texas until I read this book. Once again, I had not heard of the author before this book made it’s way into my hands yesterday. It was a quick read to say the least. I stayed up reading last night to finish it. This revelation also explains why I prefer the South. They are just more my kind of people.
“We live in a world where, if we’re honest, we have to admit that people sometimes know more about the Kardashians than they do about the folks who are sleeping right down the hall.” This still weirds me out. I didn’t know anything about them until my family kept showing me their videos on Youtube. Even my social media is turned into a Truman show. Heaven forbid I see something someone created who is not controlled by my family. But apparently you all get to see a lot of people my family controls, too. And you all love them, but do you even know why? Because I sure don’t.
“And listen. I’m not saying that the reason we need to actively remember what God has done is so we can all have a big, touchy-feely, emotional moment that makes us feel better for a day or two before we jump right back into the worry again. I’m not saying that at all. But I am saying that when we take time to see God’s intentions as He acts, His deliberate nature as He unfolds His plan, and His faithfulness as He watches after every detail of our lives, we’re reminded of His character. We are reminded of his love for us.”
You all know I am not a big religious person. But I do believe in gratitude, because it changes the way our brains work. The computer of your brain cannot run the program for anxiety and gratitude at the same time. So when you practice gratitude you are prohibiting anxiety. It is physically impossible to feel anxious and grateful at the same time. Your brain is just not capable of running in this fashion. So I practice gratitude because it is good for my brain. Plus, it feels good. It literally makes me feel better.
However, until this revolution I would have never thought that there was a blue print of some sort for my life that I did not design. But I have to tell you all, I would have never chosen to be the creator of a revolution. I would have chosen a normal ordinary life. Someone chose this for me. And it was not my family. So, it has to be someone or something larger than human.
For you all that have been tuned in awhile, you know I believe in divine order. There are so many things in the universe that are so perfect, like scientifically perfect. Gravity is my favorite example. You cannot talk your way out of gravity. Everyday gravity is perfect. There is never a day when gravity is not perfect. I don’t need to know the formulas or the specifics about gravity to understand that everyday of my life I can count on gravity. If it was a little bit stronger it would squish us like bugs. If it was a little bit weaker we would fly off Earth into space. Gravity being perfect is apart of divine order. At least that is how I explain it. It turns out our lives may have more divine order in them than I expected. Because I would never have chosen most of the things in my life. A lot of the good and the bad, I would have never chosen. I suppose that may be why our subconscious is in charge 95% of the time. So, it directs us towards divine order? That is my best guess.
So, I can relate to what Sophie says in this passage about being grateful for what God does for us. I would switch out God for divine order. But to each their own, right? My Grandma Lippe was a Southern Baptist. So I am pretty sure she would have called it God. But I like science so I call it Divine Order. But potato/potatoe right?
“And then I KID YOU NOT: “I’m just so happy to be here! I’m having a perfectly wonderful time!”
Well, sure she was. After all, what could be more fun than being awakened in the middle of the night by your daughter-in-law asking where she can find your keys? That’s a fail-proof formula for some scrapbook-worthy moments, my friends.”
Sophie talks about her Husband’s Mom, Martha, and it reminds me so much of my Grandma Lippe. Even if you woke her up in the middle of the night when she was visiting to get her car keys because she left the light in her car on, she would have reminded you how happy she was to be visiting.
I don’t know if you all know me or not, but I get excited about everything. I am this annoying person to most people. I am just happy. It is my default setting. And I never realized that my Grandma Lippe had this setting too. I mean I knew she said, “Bless your heart” all the time and things like that. But she wasn’t the kind of lady who said those things and it felt creepy because you knew something was off. Her Mom was like that, Mrs. Hitler. But my Grandma Lippe was like me in that her default setting was happy. I never heard her yell once. I saw her get flustered, but I never heard her yell or even raise her voice. She lived in Texas my whole life, so I did not get to spend much time with her. But it is funny, I am more like her in my demeanor than any of my Grandparents. I love to use manners and be polite. I try not to yell and remain calm. I do yell sometimes when people trying to attack and kill me gets frustrating. But generally I try to just be calm, peaceful, and happy. I have both Mr. and Mrs. Hitler’s birthrights because my Dad’s older sister never had kids. But I was rarely around them. This is proof of epigenetics. My Mom and Dad used a lot of Austrian poisons on me the most. Which determined how my genes were turned on and off. And wah lah here I am like the Hitlers. It is not conditioning because my parents never wanted me to be happy about anything. This is proof of epigenetic triggers via the poisons we are exposed to. Genetically, I am more Communist than Nazi. 75%(3 out of 4) of my Grandparents were Communist. Yet, I hate Communism.
Let me tell you a story about being raised Communist. My Mom’s Mom, my Grandma Kudearoff, would get all of us grandkids the same gift for Christmas. The boys would get one gift and the girls would get another gift. We were all very different, but we all got the same gifts. Seems petty that I bring this up, right? But do you know what it is like to get the same gift as everyone else? It feels very generic and impersonal. Christmas is supposed to be about family and it is intended to be personal. How would you feel if you got the same gift as your cousins who were nothing like you? I was the odd man out in countless ways, even back then. And the gifts Grandma Kudearoff got us were good gifts and she spent a fair amount of money on them. One year we got black patent leather skirts and Atari’s. This was the 1980s, you got to remember. I did like the gifts. But they felt very impersonal.
This is communism. You get what everyone else gets. Granted my Grandma Lippe sent me a lot of weird sweaters that were nothing like the people here in Oregon wore. But she also would go shopping for second hand books for me and send them to me in the mail. She even knew that I loved Nancy Drew books and would send them when she found them. Her gifts were not as expensive, but they were more personal. Granted, I did not always like the sweaters. But my Grandma Kudearoff would knit us blankets that I absolutely hated. I think Grandma’s in the 1980s felt like they had to get their grandkids more handmade things. The times were different for sure.
I do not think that everyone should get the same thing. I read a parenting book on this revolution. It said that we should not focus on being fair because then kids will look around to other children to see what they need and deserve. We should instead focus on fulfilling individual needs. Communism means you get what everyone else has, even if it does not meet your individual needs. I don’t have the same needs as everyone else. And I guess I knew this even as a kid.
I am a snowflake damnit. I want to be treated like the snowflake I am. And I know a lot of you all are like get over yourself, right? How dare you think you need different things than everyone else? How dare you think you are a snowflake? Well, it is science. Are you ready for this?
The human body has about 20,000 different genes. You get half of your genes from your Mom and half from your Dad. This means your specific combination of genes is one of a kind. Even your brothers and sisters will have different genes. Yes, you will have similarities. And yes they are the closest genetic matches to you. But you are a snowflake genetically.
And then epigenetics means that for every gene you have there are 30,000 different epigenetic outcomes. So your genes are like light switches, but it is not just a on and off switch. It is a dimmer switch with 30,000 different epigenetic outcomes. So genetically you are a snowflake. And epigenetically you are an even more unique snowflake. Granted you will have some epigenetic patterns that are similar to your family, your race, your religion, your sex, your gender, your class, etc. Epigenetic patterns are determined by how you live your life. Even your beliefs determine epigenetic outcomes and patterns. You have heard of the placebo effect right? Well, when you believe that something will happen, it has an epigenetic effect. Have you heard of nocebo? When you believe that something negative will happen, it is more likely to happen. This is epigenetic. So positive beliefs that lead to positive epigenetic outcomes are placebo effects. Negative beliefs that lead to negative epigenetic outcomes are nocebo effects.
Covid was the perfect example of a nocebo effect. It was literally a flu, but everyone was so freaked out by the media and the propaganda put out about the pandemic that more people died, because they were freaked out with negative beliefs. It was literally the flu. People die from the flu every year. We just don’t talk about it. When someone is chronically ill and/or old and they get the flu, it is always a big deal.
You can change the epigenetics of like 400 or 500 genes in just 3 or 4 days of meditation. How many epigenetic options in your body do you think months of negative news coverage during Covid effected? If it only takes 3 or 4 days of meditation to change epigenetic options positively, how does living in a world with such negative media and propaganda change who you are on a gene and cellular level? A lot. I can’t quantify it with science. But I can tell you it is not good.
“Football is a great game, but it’s an awful god.”
Football is serious business in the south, but church and God are even more serious. Priorities, right? Did you all know in the South they still have church? In case you all forgot my family are not Gods. They are mentally ill humans. Just in case you got your priorities mixed up.
“But that’s family. They’re the people who make you willing–eager even– to drive four and a half hours so you can spend three days in the kitchen and fry eight pounds of bacon…. Because that’s family. That’s what you do. That’s how you love.
And you know what? It is a gift. Every single bit of it.”
The search for family has been what my family has used to destroy me my whole life. I love this idea of family. In theory it sounds perfect, but in practice for me this has been an equation for destroying and killing me. I no longer look for family. I stopped many years ago. Thank God because people sign up to destroy and kill me enough from an arm’s distance. Up close and personal is just too painful. What do you all think about family? I never got to know my Dad’s family much because they were in Texas. But I would like to believe that families do exit. Ones that do not try to kill each other. My Grandma Lippe did not kill her parents. So, I suppose this fuels my hope that there are real families out there.
Maybe they are just a fairy story though? I am willing to entertain this as well.
I liked this book and I would recommend it to anyone looking to understand life in the South. It is a different world down there. And it is so much more my world. Living in Las Vegas and Southern Arizona was not the same as the South where my Dad’s family is from. But it is where I belong. I belong more in the South than I do the North. They have manners down there, y’all! Seriously manners, like they say please and thank you all the time. I am so tired of being surrounded by hoodlums from the North without manners.
On day 1, we talked about how all you have to do is listen to these talks to reprogram your subconscious. Your subconscious is your habit mind. Repetition is how it learns. However, if you would like to speed up this process there are a few things you can do.
First, you can listen to this before bed or just after waking up. This works because of theta brain waves. Second, you can listen with headphones, because your brain can’t tell the difference between the voice in your ears and the voice in your head. And lastly, you can do movement while listening to improve the speed of programming your subconscious. This activates gamma brain waves and creates more plasticity in your brain. And this movement can be anything from deep breathing, to doing dishes, to walking your dog, etc. Motion creates emotion. Because emotion is just energy in motion.
Your nervous system is constantly collecting information. And it is so good at what it does that it can overwhelm your brain. When this happens you feel stressed or anxious.
Your brain has the job of organizing and storing all the information your nervous system collects. Your brain creates a library that will dictate if you are able to achieve your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life. That is a lot of pressure for your brain. And your nervous system is a hoader and collects all the information it can get its hands on.
So, when your brain has these moments where it feels overwhelmed you just need to turn your nervous system off for a few seconds to allow your brain to catch up. You can do this with holding your head in place and rapidly moving your eyes from side to side. This rapid eye movement will turn off your stress response from your reptilian brain. It only takes 10 to 30 seconds of doing these rapid eye movements to feel relief.
On day 2, we talked about how you need to teach your brain to filter information in order to create value. And not create a junkyard of useless information. If your brain stores all the information your nervous system collects you will never be able to achieve your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life. You only have so much time on Earth. You have to focus on what you want to accomplish and what will help you get there.
The key to teaching your brain to filter the information from your nervous system effectively is to know yourself. When you know who you are and what you want to accomplish in life, then you know the information that is important to you. If everyone collected the same information, we would all lack value.
If you partake in keeping up with the Jones and start to value everything everyone around you values, it diminishes your own value. And it erodes your chances of accomplishing your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life. No one was sent to Earth to pretend to be like everyone else. You came here with purposes unique to you. And you have skills and gifts that will help you accomplish these purposes. If you spend your life preoccupied with pretending to be like everyone else, you will never find your skills and gifts. Then you won’t figure out your purposes in this life. And then you definitely will not be able to accomplish those purposes, let alone your dreams and goals.
Being you is the key to not only creating a valuable library in your brain. But it’s key to knowing who you are, finding your skills and gifts, and figuring out your purposes in this life. Part of your purposes is to share your skills and gifts with the world. Now what you are supposed to accomplish by sharing your skills and gifts with the world is up to you.
On day 3, we talked about how to get to know yourself. Everyone says they know themselves, but if they really did would the world be so lost? Knowing yourself isn’t a mystical or mysterious experience. Knowing yourself is just like knowing someone else.
In order to know yourself, you have to spend time with yourself. You literally spend time getting to know someone else. You need to do the very same thing with yourself. You spend time getting to know yourself while doing things that bring you joy. You are a human being. Knowing yourself is about knowing how you like to be. Making a list of the things you like and memorizing it will not help you get to know yourself. You have to spend time with yourself in the state of joy. When you are in a state of joy, you are the person you are meant to be. We were sent to Earth to be in joy. We were sent here to enjoy ourselves. Find your joy and you will find yourself.
On day 4, we talked about the two inheritance systems. Almost all the information you collect throughout your life, comes from these two systems of learning from other people. The symbolic inheritance system is written information like charts, maps, graphs, books, hieroglyphics, etc. And the behavioral inheritance system is when you learn from watching other people do things.
Both of these systems are fallible. But the behavioral inheritance system comes with great dangers. See when you see someone do something, your brain fires and wires as if you did the thing. This is your mirror neurons creating this chain reaction. Monkey see, monkey do describes your mirror neurons. If everyone around you was jumping off a bridge, your mirror neurons are designed to get you to jump too.
Any time you are around someone else your mirror neurons are wiring and firing information from your nervous system into your subconscious about that person. The dangerous part is your nervous system is a hoader and collects everything it can get it’s hands on. So not only are you wiring and firing in the good parts of that person and the things you want to learn from them, you are also wiring and firing in the disasters of their life into your subconscious. So, you may not even consciously realize they are there.
We all know that person who is amazing at something and we admire them. But we also see how the rest of their life is a complete and utter disaster. This person sadly is dangerous. Because even though they have mastered something amazingly, our mirror neurons are collecting information from their whole life when we are around them.
Your nervous system is a hoader. It can’t help but collect all the information it can get it’s hands on. Your nervous system was designed to keep you alive. The more information you have, the more likely you are to survive.
Only recently in the modern day world has life shifted to be about filtering information. For most of the history of human beings, life has been about gathering information. But nowadays, we all have access to more information than we know what to do with. Just recently human beings have shifted from creating value in life by gathering information to creating value by filtering information. Your nervous system was designed to keep you alive in a world where information was scarce.
On day 5, we talked about how to overcome your mirror neurons and the people around you with your critical logical mind. You do not have to partake in the blind leading the blind, if you choose to see the world for how it really is. And you see the world for how it really is by using your critical logical mind to find the truth.
The average American is poor, fat, unhealthy, unhappy, and divorced. These are the results if you choose to do the things that people around you are doing without using your critical logical mind. The world is more lost than ever before. We have more information than ever before, but we don’t seem to be using this information.
When you do not filter the disasters your nervous system fires and wires into your subconscious from the people around you, then your life becomes a disaster. You do not have to be a slave to your mirror neurons and the disasters they collect. However, in order to overcome these disasters in your subconscious you have to use your critical logical mind to become conscious of your actions.
The practice of mindfulness is all about not creating the disasters you have stored in your subconscious in your own life. All you have to do is see the world for how it really is. But that also includes seeing yourself for who you really are. Being mindful can be painful. But living a disaster of a life can be much worse.
You have to use your critical logical mind in order to not be a slave to the disasters your mirror neurons and nervous system collect because they are stored in your subconscious. You won’t know they are there until you become conscious of them. Mindfulness is about consciousness and awareness.
On day 6, we talked about how you have to use your critical logical mind to overcome your subconscious and the disasters from your mirror neurons. But how do you actually go about doing that? It sounds confusing. But it’s not. It’s just about knowing how to be proactive, rather than in a reactive state and a victim of the people around you. You can be a product of your environment. Or you can be the person you are meant to be.
Your nervous system and mirror neurons are always collecting information. And they store this information in your subconscious. In order to overcome this, you need to be mindful and aware of what you are doing. But you also need to collect the information you need to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life. Your subconscious is your default setting. But you can be proactive and get in the driverseat of your life with your conscious mind and your critical logical mind.
You must become aware and conscious of the information you need in order to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes in life. And then you need to consciously work on collecting this information with your critical logical mind. If you expect your subconscious to collect all the information you need to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life you will not get very far. And your life will most likely become a complete disaster. Just like the life of the average American. You should want more for yourself.
Gama brain waves are key to creating intelligence. When you are consciously collecting information with your critical logical mind you need to access gamma brain waves. Our brains were designed to create extra plasticity when we were running from predators. The key to this extra plasticity is gamma brain waves. The more gamma brain waves you have the more intelligent you will be. And you need all the intelligence you can get to overcome the people around you who make up your environment.
Creating gamma brain waves is the key to overcoming the disaster of the world around you, aka your environment. Gamma brain waves are key in guaranteeing you accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes in this life. Gamma brain waves are intelligence.
On day 7, we talked about how humans have the need to enslave the people around them in an effort to conquer the world. Your brain and mirror neurons were not created with this in mind. But neither was your body. When your body is not operating properly, you cannot access your critical logical mind or gamma brain waves. When your body is not operating properly, it is almost impossible to create intelligence. Thus, leaving you a slave to your subconscious and the disasters from the people around you.
In the old days, these people who tried to enslave us were easy to identify. They would burn down our villages. But nowadays these people claim to be our friends and family. These people who wish to enslave us have us surrounded in every aspect of our lives.
In WWII these people preoccupied with destruction and slavery, sent people they wished to enslave to concentration camps. But today they just turn your body and mind into the concentration camp. It’s easier to enslave you, if you don’t realize what is happening. You don’t try to fight back.
Modern day slavery is done with a thousand pieces of broken glass. One small piece of broken glass will cut you and make you bleed, but it most likely won’t kill you. However, a thousand small pieces of broken glass may.
Toxins represent the broken pieces of glass in modern day slavery. When your body is not operating properly you cannot access gamma brain waves and your critical logical mind. This leaves you a slave to your subconscious and the disasters of your mirror neurons. While creating disease in your body and rendering you helpless, unable to save yourself. You look for a savior outside yourself, but only find people who wish to enslave you more and kill you. But these people often tell you they care about you and are trying to help you. And if they are close to you, they will probably even tell you that you are hard to love as they try to kill you.
Epigenetics is how we get to choose who we are. We all are born with genes like our family, but your environment and how you live your life dictates how these genes are switched on and off like light switches. Methylation is one of the processes that switches your genes on and off. It’s like a little man running around in the house of your body turning on and off the lights. The lighting of your life depends on methylation.
Toxins inhibit proper methylation. The more toxins in your life, environment, and body the more you do not methylate properly. When you don’t methylate properly, you are switching on and off genes that make you more subhuman on a gene and cellular level. And this is how your body and mind are turned into a concentration camp where there is rarely an escape.
On day 8, we talked about culture and leadership. Do you think the leaders of the people who wish to enslave us in efforts of conquering the world want their followers to think critically and logically?
A culture is a group of people who come together with shared beliefs. These shared beliefs create patterns in behavior. Our beliefs are our environment. Our culture is our environment. Every leader is a cult leader. Because every group of people has shared beliefs that create a culture.
It only takes three people to create a cult: a leader, a follower, and the third person will join or die. The third person normally follows suit rather quickly due to mirror neurons, heard mentality, conditioning, a lifetime of disasters fired and wired into their subconscious, etc. The equation for creating a larger cult is the same. You just multiple the last two variables. The more followers you have, the more quickly people will fall in line with your culture.
Let’s say you wanted to get your cult followers to enslave the people around them in efforts to conquer the world. How would you go about getting that to happen? Well, the first variable is you have to identify your enemy or scapegoat. Then, you tell your cult followers that all their problems and hardships are due to this person or group of people. You lead your followers to believe that their ability to get their needs met will be inhibited even more by this scapegoat. Creating more pain and hardships in their lives. And you instill not only a sense of fear, but a sense of urgency too. Then you enlist your cult followers in a crusade against your scapegoat. Your cult followers will sign up willingly, because they believe they have no other option.
Now this equation could take a very long time and be extremely labor intensive. Not to mention it would require a lot of patience. It could take years to get all these variables in place, maybe even decades. How do you suppose you could speed up this process? Wouldn’t it be easier if your cult followers did not think critically or logically?
Throughout history some of the greatest evils that have embarked on creating a crusade, have created and released toxins into our environment. This damages our ability to methylate. Making our epigenetics more subhuman. And it cuts us off from our critical logical mind, while creating disease in our bodies. It speeds up the time it takes to create a crusade, genocide, or world war greatly. Work smarter not harder, right?
The people around you who try to enslave you and turn your body and mind into a concentration camp have just been enslaved themselves. Their body and mind have been turned into a concentration camp, but they don’t realize what is happening. Because they have been cut off from their critical logical mind. They are unable to access gamma brain waves and create intelligence.
Your ability to access gamma brain waves and your critical logical mind relies on everyone around you methylating properly. Yes, you need to methylate properly. But more importantly, the people in your environment need to methylate properly. Environment dictates epigenetics. A cell can only be as healthy as it’s environment allows. If the people around you do not methylate properly, they will try to enslave you in efforts of conquering the world. Because they do not have access to their critical logical mind.
There will always be cult leaders looking to enslave the people who follow them. There will always be descendants of the greatest evils throughout history. The only way to ensure you have access to your critical logical mind and gamma brain waves is to ensure the people around you methylate properly. The only way to ensure your body and mind are not turned into a concentration camp is to ensure the people around you methylate properly. Those people are your environment. Environment dictates epigenetics.
We can’t kill everyone in the world who will try to enslave the people who are in their cult following. But if we can guarantee everyone has access to their critical logical mind and the ability to create intelligence with gamma brain waves, we can create a safe environment. A cell can only be as healthy as it’s environment. Your environment dictates your epigenetics. Your beliefs are your environment.
On day 9, we talked about emotional intelligence. When you are cut off from your critical logical mind, you are a slave to your emotions. This is another way your body and mind are turned into a concentration camp.
Emotions can be a lie. Because emotions can be created by the disasters your mirror neurons collect in your subconscious.
Event + Belief = Emotion
When you have an emotion you need to think about what is causing this emotion. Just because something happens in your life, does not mean you are guaranteed to experience a certain emotion. Your environment is dependent on your perception. Your beliefs create your emotions. Your beliefs create your environment. But once again the disasters in your subconscious could be creating a disaster in your emotions and your life.
Emotion + Critical Logical Mind = Feeling
Emotions are not logical. And therefore, they are not trustworthy. But feelings are logical. And they are trustworthy.
When you experience an emotion you need to filter it through your critical logical mind to turn it into a feeling. You can trust your feelings. But you cannot trust your emotions. Emotions can be manipulated. Emotions can be a lie. Trust your feelings.
Happiness = Satisfaction ÷ Desires
When you are not at ease or depressed, you need to ask yourself why. So you can address the variable in your life that is causing this dis-ease. Happiness is satisfaction divided by desires. What do you desire that you are not satisfied with? What are you not getting? What part of your life is lacking? What variable do you need to pay more attention to? What information do you need your critical logical mind to collect that will allow you to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes in that area of your life?
Emotions and feelings are important variables in life. You just have to know the equations to plug them into. You are an equation. You can choose to say you hate math and continue to be miserable. Or you can do the work and figure out the variables of your life.
On day 10, we talked about the meaning to life. Since the beginning of time people have tried to figure out the meaning to life. Why are we here? What does this all mean? This human experience on Earth has a lot of illusions.
Let’s look at the science and reality of this human experience. You are energy. Energy never dies. It only changes form. You are an eternal being. You just change forms. So yes, you only have so much time here on Earth as a human being, but there is life after this human experience.
Energy is power. And you are energy. Your energy never dies. As a human being on Earth, finding your power is about finding you and your energy. Your energy is your power.
It is more simple when we call the energy that is you, your spirit. Your spirit lives forever. Your spirit never dies. It just changes form. You just change form. It’s not mystical. It’s science. Energy has to go somewhere. It doesn’t just disappear into thin air.
Based on this the equation for finding your power here on Earth as a human being is:
You = Your Power
You equal your power. Finding your personal power here on Earth is simply about finding you. You just have to find the energy that is your spirit and you will find your eternal power.
This means when you pretend to be like the people around you, you are giving up your power. If you feel helpless in life, it is because you are giving up your power. Retaining your personal power here on Earth is about being true to your spirit. And that means being you.
Next let’s tackle, what does this human Earth experience all mean? We all want to know why we are here. We suffer so much and finding meaning makes that suffering not hurt so bad. So if you are your power, why are you here? Well, you are here to accomplish your purposes in life.
Your Purposes = Your Meaning
The meaning to life and why you are here is different for each of us. But the equation is the same. You are here to accomplish your purposes in life. This is what gives your life meaning. And it is different for each of us based on our purposes.
When you are being of service and accomplishing your purposes in life, your body recognizes your efforts. Your beliefs create your environment. Epigenetics are dictated by environment. When you are being of service and accomplishing your purposes here on Earth you will be rewarded.
Telemares are created by an enzyme that is produced when you are being of service. Telemares are the secret to life and the fountain of youth. DNA need telemares to replicate without degrading. When you lack telemares you age and degrade. The fewer telemares you have the more subhuman you will be on a gene and cellular level. Your DNA will start to have flaws.
You are your power. Your purposes are the meaning to why you are here on Earth. The more you accomplish your purposes, the more you will be rewarded.
On day 11 we talked about Darwinism and survival of the fittest. Evolution is about survival of the fittest. The members of a species who develop their skills and gifts the most are the ones who are supposed to move forward. When you accomplish your purposes on Earth you are rewarded, right?
Over time every species is supposed to become more dynamic with more skills and gifts and develop more specialties. This is to ensure the survival of the species. This is to ensure evolution. We must evolve in order to move forward.
When an animal is attacked in the wild, that animal has to fight back to survive. It’s Darwinism. We are supposed to fight back when someone attacks us. You were not designed to just allow people to attack and kill you. You were designed to fight back. God doesn’t punish people for fighting back. It’s Darwinism.
Members of the same species are not supposed to attack each other. But when they do it is kill or be killed. God doesn’t punish people for fighting back. It’s Darwinism and survival of the fittest. You are supposed to fight back and defend yourself. Attacking someone is rarely acceptable. But fighting back is always expected.
On day 12, we talked about jealousy. Jealousy stems from the belief you are replaceable.
Event + Belief = Emotion
If you see someone with something you desire and you experience jealousy, that is a sign you believe yourself to be replaceable. When you know who you are and know no one can fill your shoes, you do not feel jealousy. Instead, you figure out what you need to do in order to get what you desire.
Happiness = Satisfaction ÷ Desires
Figure out how to fulfill your desires and you will be happy. Jealousy stems from believing you are replaceable. You are an eternal being who is incredibly irreplaceable and priceless. When you see your worth, jealousy will no longer be an issue. And when you see your worth, other people will too.
On day 13, we talked about choosing yourself. You cannot wait for someone else to choose you in order to see your own worth. You have to choose you and see your own worth first. If you wait for someone else to choose you in order to see and find your own worth, then your worth will be in that person’s hands. When they no longer choose you, you will cease to have worth again.
The only way to really be powerful and have value is to see your own value first. When you let someone else choose you first, you are putting your value in their hands. And that is another form of giving up your power.
Choosing yourself first is the first step in finding your spirit and claiming the power that is you as your own. You are a sovereign being. You are just like a sovereign country. Claim your land and your power, by claiming who you are. You have to see your power and own worth first.
On day 14, we talked about how to become more powerful. In order to increase your power, you have to increase your value. Which really just means you have to bring more value to the world.
More Value = More Power
But how do you actually go about doing that? You simply spend more time doing things you enjoy. When you are in a state of joy and creating gamma brain waves you are increasing your value.
Joy + Gamma Brain Waves = Flow State
The more skills and gifts you discover and develop, the more value you bring to the world. The more value you bring to the world, the more powerful you will be.
Flow state is merely doing things that bring you joy while creating gamma brain waves. This creates extra plasticity in your brain. Plasticity is intelligence. Intelligence is value and power. Intelligence is skills and gifts.
More Value = More Power
On day 15, we talked about luck.
Luck = Preparation + Opportunity
Luck is preparation meeting opportunity. You can create good luck in your life merely by preparing yourself to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes now. You do not have to see how the opportunity will come into your life. You merely have to prepare yourself to seize the moment when the opportunity does appear.
If you wait, it will be too late. Opportunity will not sit around waiting for you to prepare yourself. So you need to prepare before the opportunity comes into your life. There is always something you can do to prepare yourself and create more value.
Luck is preparation meeting opportunity. Prepare now to accomplish your dreams, goals, and purposes. And the opportunities will come.
On day 16, we talked about gamma brain waves.
Gamma brain waves are created by using both your conscious and your subconscious brain at the same time. You know that saying about walking and chewing gum? That’s about gamma brain waves.
When you use both your conscious and subconscious brain at the same time it creates connections in your brain. The more connections you have, the more intelligence you have. You know how you create a shortcut on your phone home screen to get to your favorite app? When you create gamma brain waves you are creating shortcuts in your brain.
Also, when you create gamma brain waves you are creating a rush of neurotransmitters. You know that saying about getting high on life? Gamma brain waves are how you get high on life.
The more time you spend creating gamma brain waves and creating shortcuts in your brain, the more high you can get in a shorter amount of time. And your brain reinforces this behavior by producing dopamine which gives you another rush through your reward system. This is to wire in the urge to do whatever you are doing again. This is part of how addiction is created. Our brains love intelligence so much they will reward you to create them by any means necessary. So if you partake in creating gamma brain waves in a maladaptive manner, your brain will crave that activity. No matter how good it is for you or the people around you.
Let’s say you partook in munchausen by proxy and covertly poisoned people. This would produce gamma brain waves. And it would give you a rush of neurotransmitters. Your brain would release dopamine as one of those neurotransmitters, to reinforce this behavior in your reward system. And it would produce serotonin which would make you happy and activate your immune system and homeostasis in your body. You would physically, mentally, and spiritually feel better after poisoning people. Plus, this enlarges the ganglia in your brain which causes you to live in anticipation. So not only would that moment feel good, but you would live in anticipation of doing it again.
Now let’s take it one step further. Let’s say the food system was rigged with more protein to stop you from producing serotonin when you ate. Eating carbs without protein is how your gut produces serotonin and regulates your immune system and homeostasis. So the only way you know how to produce serotonin in order to make you feel happy and regulate your immune system and homeostasis is by partaking in the maladaptive coping mechanism of munchausen by proxy.
Gamma brain waves can wire and fire anything into your brain. And it will make you feel good about whatever you are doing. The flood of neurotransmitters will make you feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually. But what you are doing can be harmful.
On day 17, we talked about how to move on after trauma or hardship. We all experience tough times. But how do we move forward and not let those hardships or traumas hold us hostage in the past?
You need to create wisdom in order to move forward. This takes a hardship and creates value out of it.
Wisdom = Memory – Emotion
When you experience trauma you need to take those emotions and filter them through your critical logical mind to create feelings.
Emotion + Critical Logical Mind = Feeling
You may have to consciously seek out information about the hardship or trauma with your critical logical mind in order to make sense of it all. Turning emotions into feelings requires logical understanding of the event and/or situation. However, once you turn the emotions associated with this event into feelings you can move forward.
Feelings do not require further review. You merely file them away in your conscious mind as wisdom. And then you are not stuck in the past trying to make sense of your emotions. Once wisdom is created you are free to move forward and on with your life.
Wisdom = Memory – Emotion
On day 18, we talked about epigenetics and beliefs.
You were born with 50% of your genes from your Mom and 50% from your Dad. But you are not destined to be like your family unless you choose to be. Sure you will probably always look like them, but epigenetics is the process where you decide which of your genes are switched on and off. Your environment and how you live your life dictates your epigenetics.
Your beliefs are your environment. People who believe God to be a loving God have better epigenetics, than people who believe God to be a punishing God. Your beliefs create a chemical chain reaction in your environment. And your beliefs create your environment. One of the quickest ways to change your epigenetics is to change your beliefs. Mind over matter, right?
Have you noticed how everyone takes more after their Mom’s side of the family? This isn’t because you are supposed to be more loyal to your Mom’s side of the family. This is because you get 50% of your genes from both your Mom and your Dad, but you get 100% of your mitochondria from your Mom. And mitochondria dictate epigenetics. So your Mom dictated which of your genes were switched on and off when you were born.
Everyday we are creating new cells in our body. And everyday the mitochondria in each of those new cells is writing messages that add up to be our epigenetics. Everyday you have the ability to change who you are. Everyday you change your beliefs you are changing who you are on a gene and cellular level. You were born to be you. Whoever you believe that to be.
You have heard of the placebo effect, right? When you expect a positive outcome it is more likely to take place. Nocebo is when you expect a negative outcome. Your beliefs are creating placebo and nocebo effects in your life everyday. Because your beliefs create your environment. So much so that drug trails have to account for the placebo effect. When people think a treatment will work, it’s more likely to work even if they aren’t actually given any medicine.
So the question really becomes how do you change your beliefs? If your beliefs create your environment and environment dictates epigenetics, how do you change your environment?
We all know that person who has read all kinds of self help books and they are still a complete and utter disaster. Doesn’t learning new things change your beliefs? Not neccesarily. Remember your subconscious is where your beliefs are stored. So your critical logical mind can know all kinds of things, but if your subconscious is saying something else then your beliefs will not align with the things you know with your critical logical mind.
So next the question becomes how do we get the things we know with our critical logical mind into our subconscious? The first option is repetition. Your subconscious is your habit mind. It learns from repetition. You have to create connections between your conscious and subconscious mind and you have to revisit them otherwise they will not stay in place.
Remember when you first learned to drive a car. It was a lot of information to take in and remember. But now you drive without thinking about it. Because that information is in your subconscious mind. Everything can become like driving and can be programmed into your subconscious.
The second way to change your beliefs in your subconscious is with hypnosis. The first 8 years of your life you spent in a state of hypnosis. This is characterized by Theta brain waves. When you were a child it wasn’t like you could read books about how to do things. You downloaded information with your nervous system by watching people and using your mirror neurons. This is why you are so much like your family. You downloaded your beliefs from your family subconsciously as a child.
An adopted child raised in a family with a predisposition to a certain disease is also more likely to get that certain disease. It’s not genetic. It is epigenetic. It is because they get their beliefs from the family that raised them.
So, how do you hypnotize yourself? You listen to something right when you wake up or right before bed. Because that is when you experience Theta brain waves. This allows information to go into your subconscious without as much repetition. Science says it can take up to 66 repetitions to wire something into your brain. However if you wire it in while using Theta brain waves, it wont take as many repetitions.
Also, gamma brain waves increase plasticity in your brain. If you are going to wire something into your brain with repetition while not using Theta brain waves, it makes sense to use gamma brain waves. Remember, gamma brain waves and doing something you enjoy is how you create flow state. Flow state is a great way to reprogram your subconscious. Because you wont even really notice what you are doing. You will just feel joy.
Your beliefs create your environment. Epigenetics are dictated by environment. Your subconscious is where your beliefs are stored. And you downloaded a lot of disasters of beliefs from your family as a child when you were in a state of hypnosis. You are like your family because you share beliefs with them, not because you share genes.
Remember a culture is a group of people who share beliefs. Your family was the first culture you were in. You had to share beliefs with them in order to survive. However, as an adult those beliefs could be killing you and stealing your joy. If you don’t want to be like your family reprogram your subconscious with new beliefs. It can literally be as easy as listening to an audio recording every night before bed or every morning as you wake up.
You are who you believe yourself to be. Beliefs are your environment. Beliefs dictate epigenetics.
On day 19, we talked about the consequences of changing your beliefs in your subconscious.
For every one gene you have there are 30,000 different epigenetic outcomes you can create. Your beliefs can even change defective genes into functional healthy genes. So the sky is the limit in countless ways.
However, when you change your beliefs you will no longer fit into the same culture. Remember culture is a group of people who come together with shared beliefs. If you change your beliefs, you will also change your culture. This may leave you the odd man out in your family or in your old group of friends.
In the old days, this was a mechanism to keep people stuck. Heard mentality has been used to keep people complacent since the beginning of time. However with modern technology, nowadays you can find your culture no matter how much you change your beliefs. There are billions of people in the world. You will find other people with your beliefs. You just have to look for them.
Don’t allow change to scare you. Feel the fear and do it anyway. You know what your life will be like if you keep the same beliefs as the people in your family. Your life will end up just like theirs. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. Will you be happy and fulfilled with your life if it turns out just like the rest of your family’s lives? Because the beliefs they implanted in your subconscious, when you were a child, are the same beliefs that lead them to where they are today.
Also, you will the life of your dreams to manifest effortlessly when you change your beliefs. Your dreams, goals, and purposes in life are not an uphill battle any longer. The people around you support all your endeavors. Because they understand you. They want you to succeed in every aspect of your life.
No longer do you feel like the outsider for wanting more out of life. Or like you have to hold back from being you fully. Your new culture supports you and your beliefs in ever way you can imagine. And knowing that you have this support allows you to dream even bigger. People who love and care for you do not hold you back from anything. They cheer for you no matter what.
Your whole world changes when you change your beliefs. And your body changes too. No longer do you have health conditions that hold you back. No longer do you get those fall colds or spring allergies. You take vitamins to support your body and have selfcare rituals, because your body is your temple. And it supports you more than ever before. You never imagined you could feel this good and clear headed. You are limitless.
Ideas stream through your mind with such ease. Pieces of information come together in ways you never saw before. The imagery in your mind is colorful and vivid. No longer does your mind race causing you anxiety. There is a peace that has washed over you. Your soul is at ease. And joy surrounds you.
Finding people who love and accept you creates more of the enzyme that creates telemares. And living in this love while pursuing your purposes also causes you to create more telemares. This makes you a more optimal human on a gene and cellular level. It is a snowball effect that helps you obtain your potential in every aspect of your life.
You are the person you always wanted to be. You succeed at everything you set out to accomplish. You find a way to make things happen effortlessly. Your dreams come to you with ease. Your passions fuel your soul and keep you striving for more. You are driven, creative, confident, healthy, balanced, and courageous. You find solutions to problems you never thought you could overcome.
Today, on day 20, let’s talk about trauma bonds and neuro linguistic programming.
Let’s say that everyone in the world took part in munchausen by proxy and poisoned people covertly. And they even poisoned the people they claimed to love. If this were true than we all would have trauma bonds. Healthy real bonds are based on love, not destruction. But if we lived in a world where everyone was poisoning everyone, no one would have a true human connection. And these abusers would be the ones who implanted beliefs into your subconscious when you were a child in a state of hypnosis.
Your whole life people have told you who you are. When you were a young child in hypnosis you relied on this, because you didn’t have any other way to know who you were. All of these messages from other people are in your subconscious. These make up your beliefs. Even if your critical logical mind knows better, your subconscious still believes these things.
The following are a series of statements intended to create connections between your critical logical mind, where your spirit lives, and your subconscious mind, which is a recording device. The more connections between your conscious and subconscious mind the more your life will become what you intend. And the more intelligence you will have. If your conscious and subconscious are on two different pages, everything will be an uphill battle.

Today, I finished 50% of my diversion for my trespassing ticket. Two more weeks and I should be done. Thank goodness!
So, I have been in a homeless shelter since Friday. And I have never experienced anything like it. And never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought I would end up in a situation that lead me to a homeless shelter. But I have been homeless for 4.5 years while building this revolution. Funny, if my family would have just let me have a normal ordinary life, I would have never thought to start a revolution. Never in my life did I think my family had influence over anyone, let alone the world. It still blows my mind. But here we are.
I thought about it a lot and I do not want to talk about specifics at the homeless shelter because it just does not seem fair to talk about people. Funny, huh? The people there are literally signing up to destroy and kill me, but I don’t want to talk about them because I feel that it is not really fair. I have never been around so many mentally ill people on drugs ever before in my life. It is shocking and different than anything I have ever thought existed.
The shelter I am at is low entry. Which means the requirements to get in are pretty low. Meaning the people there are not expected to be sober. However, they are expected to not do drugs on the premises. Which is helpful and I am grateful for. But it is a bit of the wild west, because I never thought anywhere like place existed. I am grateful to have somewhere to go. And I am grateful there is somewhere for all the different kinds of people there to go. It is a lot of people who normally would just fall through the cracks of society and government programs. What would you do if you were physically sick and homeless? Where would you go? And don’t you think this would lead to mental illness? It is sad. My story is unfortunate, but all the people there have unfortunate stories. I still do not know how to process it all.
I still have not showered. The bathrooms there are filthy. But I did buy a new set of clothes and shaved my head again. It feels nice to be a little cleaner. And sleeping inside without having cars everywhere nearby is amazing. Over the weekend, I slept so much. And to have balanced meals is something I have never really had. The food is poisoned, but it is so much cleaner than the food I have eaten most of my life. I really like the food. Which sounds super sad and a bit gross. But you all cannot imagine how much poison I have eaten my whole life.
My kidneys are still failing, but they are doing better. I am sure as I have been there longer, my family will find more people to poison me. But I don’t think the people there will be able to handle the amounts of poisons I am used to. It will hurt, destroy, and kill them way before it will get to me. Which is sad, because my family will get the people there to destroy themselves in an effort to destroy me. You have to remember when I lived on the Chambers hill in Eugene my neighbor died from poisoning me so much through the walls of our apartments. And it only took like 6 months for that to happen. The people at the shelter will destroy themselves. I do not think they will be able to recover from the destruction that awaits them. I have lived like this my whole life. I don’t know any different. All I know is how to survive the war waged on me.
Sleeping inside is hard. I like sleeping outside. Especially, sleeping under the stars. I have never lived in a home that wasn’t designed to kill me slowly with chronic illness. Some slower than others. So, it is hard to sleep inside. But it is also hard to sleep outside with how much people poison me too. So, it is just different and I am adjusting. There are things I like more and there are things I like less. I have never been around so many people for a continuous time period ever before. The closest I can compare it to is summer camp from elementary school. But those kids weren’t mentally ill and on drugs. So, it is a bit different.
The good news is I am pretty sure as long as I mind my p’s and q’s I should be able to stay through the winter. So, this winter I will not have to worry about freezing or getting wet. That will be nice. They don’t really kick people out. I am grateful.
Tomorrow, I meet with my case manager from there for the first time. I have no clue what he will say, but he is extremely into destruction. His brain misfires all the time and his micro expressions give him away. He’s a complete junkie for destruction. I can only imagine how powerless he must feel in his personal life to be so broken. And it is sad that he preys on mentally ill and homeless people for a job and to make himself feel better about himself. I told him I was not mentally ill and did not have any physical disabilities when he checked me in and he basically told me that I have PTSD and checked the box. They must get more funding for people who are more disabled. I hope he does not press this issue, because you all know I cannot lie. So, if he tries to make me lie I will not be able to do it. PTSD has nothing to do with what you have been through and it has everything to do with how much butyrate producing bacteria you have in your gut that facilitate you dealing with stress. So, he does not even know or understand PTSD. Which most people do not.
The people there are all mixed polish NE/NE and a lot of them are from families that have surrounded me my whole life. But I realized the other night, while I was laying awake because they were poisoning me with poisons that make everything glow and keep me up, I realized that my Dad/family does not have the ability to block people’s communications hubs. What has been happening are these are the people who have surrounded me for a lifetime. These are the people that have been poisoning me my whole life, but especially for the past decade. Well, these are the I5 people. When I move away from the west coast, my Truman show is made up of different people. These mixed polish NE/NE people are the ones who gangstalk me when I stay on I5. These are not the ones from the fancy families or related to the royal families, but they are still the ones who have been gangstalking me for a lifetime. But they have probably been doing the same thing to you all. It is just like my Dad uses the Austrians outside city limits to gangstalk us all. It seems like every group gangstalks every other group. Everybody signs up to limit the experiences of everyone around them. You know we could all focus on reaching our own potentials, rather than limiting the experiences of the people around us? At least that is what I hope we can do soon. Maybe you all are not interested in potential? I am not sure what you all value, because it seems like you all value whatever you are told to value. I hate being told what to do.
I have a feeling I will be able to read a fair amount of books this fall and winter. It is hard to pay attention because there is so much happening there and the poisons are strong. But I do think I should be able to read a fair amount. I think I will get used to it after a bit. I don’t know if anyone could ever get used to the world hunting you because you are trying to change the world. But I suppose there are many people who have tried to change the world who my family has had you all gangstalk, destroy, and even kill before me. And I bet you all didn’t know the specifics then either.
Did you know that epigenetics were discovered in the 1980s? The destruction of the world and the subhuman slave race my family has gotten you all to perpetuate for generations is rooted in epigenetics. And you know what you all did to the guy who discovered them? Well, he was a med school teacher and he ended up having to leave the country and teaching somewhere else. He got discredited and people laughed at him. They basically used herd mentality to argue with and hide the science. If you all were better at asking questions before you sign up to destroy, gangstalk, and kill people, you all would have known about the subhuman slave race back in the 1980s. The father of epigenetics is Bruce Lipton. He has sold out big time since the 1980s, but wouldn’t you have too?
I am not the first person who has tried to tell you all the truth that you all have signed up to kill. I am not the first person who you have kept small and destroyed who could help you. I hope you realize you need to ask questions. If you just take orders, people like my family will always order you to do the dirty work that limits your own experiences and keeps you small and sick. People my family will always get you to do things that keep you slaves on a gene and cellular level. Is that what you really want? Because you all are the ones doing the bitch work to make yourselves slaves. Why not put that energy and efforts into doing something good? Why not try to be happy? Why does freedom not matter to you? Why are you fighting to be a subhuman slave race? And why the fuck are you trying to destroy, gangstalk, and kill me when I am the one person who can do things no one else can for you?
I really do not know why I want to help you all still. I suppose it is because I want to help myself. And the world helped me get this far, I would like to pay them back. I feel like a lot of different groups owe me IOU’s. But I also feel like I owe countless groups IOU’s too. I suppose I feel the interconnectedness of the world more than I ever have before. I wish I could have learned this lesson another way. I wish I could have met the world in a different way. I wish the circumstances of my life were different. But I wish the circumstances of the world were different.
Once we reach the rest of these Mixed Polish NE/NE people we rebuild. I sure hope that is soon. I want to fulfill my obligations, but I also just want to get away from people more than ever. My whole life I have searched for someone who is my equal and this revolution has taught me that person does not exist. And it has nothing to do with my birthrights. It has to do with the kind of human I am. It has to do with the person I was born to be and how I am true to that person.
I love Virgo season. It is so no nonsense and practical. Plus, the weather is changing, but it is still warm enough to wear shorts. Even when it rains. God, I hate Oregon. It’s a visceral experience. I think that is what defines hate, you feel it in your bones.
Drake, “Tryna keep it peaceful is a struggle for me.” I relate to this line so much!! I was not raised for peace. I was raised in war and to create more of it. There is always a war on my insides that I am constantly taming. No one else in my family has learned how to tame the war inside. Some days I wonder if anyone else in the world has really learned how to tame the war inside? I am uncertain. But I lean more towards more people not knowing how to tame it than do. I have never met anyone who can, but I have only met mentally ill people from my family’s cult.
I am high as a kite and I am listening to music and I want to dance so bad. Rhythmic movement is good for the soul. Free form dancing is the highest form of meditation. And rhythmic movement is basically free form dancing. Have you ever been to the library when everything was glowing like you are at a Grateful Dead concert? I am guessing this is probably why you all don’t like the library as much as I do. Books and all the E poisons you can breathe. I am so tired of being high. One day you all have to stop poisoning me. I am great at making the most of it but dear lord I am sure tired of it. “Tryna keep it peaceful is a struggle for me” Now do you understand why this line is something I feel in my soul?
Rihanna “Needed Me”
You needed me Ooh, you needed me To feel a little more, and give a little less Know you hate to confess But baby, ooh, you needed me
I love this song too. My whole life the people around me needed me, but I rarely needed them. So, they would try to create situations where I would be dependent on them. I don’t even like people. They aren’t nice to me. But I am “a prize to be won.” My Dad made me this prize. And my whole life people have tried to win me, because they needed me. Not because I needed them. They needed me. I am still waiting for someone I need. The farmers and the world leaders are the first people I ever have found who I need. It was magical. They were the first people I ever met who had something to give back to me. The royal families gave back too. But they watched me suffer my whole life and joined in whenever possible. Did you know that not only am I a prize to be won, but I am also the very first worldwide reality tv star? My Dad has been broadcasting my life to the world my whole life. Or at least since grade school. I am not sure when it started, but I assume it started with the chip in my head at age 8.
The people around me are poisoning me so much that I am having hot flashes.
Nicki Minaj “The Crying Game”
I could’ve given everything Don’t wanna let the tears begin We’re back to playing The crying game
My whole life I have had everything to give. I literally have the keys to the world in so many different ways. Yet, no one wanted to see it. They did not want to see me. They wanted to see the person my Dad told the world I was. People have studied me like a science experiment my whole life. Yet, no one really gets me. I am an enigma. And I don’t even try to be. I just am human and logical. But everyone around me my whole life has been mentally ill and overly emotional. You know sociopaths and narcissists are addicted to their emotions, right? Look at this revolution, can you tell my Dad is addicted to his emotions? He thinks he is slick. But so does everyone else in my family. You know they did not even know I was genius. I have a chip in my head, but it only broadcasts the logical part of my brain. Which is only like 2.5% of my brain. Actually with me it is more like 3% because I have Asperger’s so I default to my logical brain naturally. They can hear 3% of my brain and they thought they had me figured out. You know they taught me to journal so they could understand my thoughts. When you normally think, you use all parts of your brain. So I have had to learn to use the different parts of my brain in order to learn how to broadcast. I can hide in my subconscious where no one can hear me. Everyone needs hiding places. It is weird that I even have to find places to hide and get away from the world in my brain. But I have to admit I prefer my subconscious. It is the genius. I probably should hang out in the genius part of my brain the most. It has the most ROI, return on investment.
The communication hubs, specifically Salem, were the first people to ever really listen to me. And they were the first people to realize I am smart. When I realized they were willing to listen to me. I started explaining everything I can. And I have not stopped. It is weird to be this smart and have the keys to life and not have anyone to share them with. Can you imagine having the secrets to life, but not having anyone willing to listen to you until you were 40 years old? It is weird. And it was weird.
Alessia Cara “Here”
But really I would rather be at home all by myself Not in this room with people who don’t even care about my well being
Have you ever been surrounded by people and felt more alone than when you are actually by yourself? This is how my whole life has been. Whenever I am around people I feel more alone than when I am alone. I don’t really get lonely because I do not like people. I get poisoned and that feels not good. But I do not have emotions like everyone else. I do have Asperger’s genius, but also I do not poison myself or others. Emotions are created in your limbic system and this is a system effected directly by poisons. Poisons enter your limbic system creating hormones and these domino into emotions. If you remove the toxins you remove the emotions. Granted everyone around me poisons me. Most days I am at a Grateful Dead concert and everything is glowing. But somehow the poisons do not effect me the same as you all. It also has to do with me being logic brain based. Emotions need to be run through your critical logical mind and turned into feelings before you take them seriously. Emotions are not logical. But feelings are. Emotions can be created in you just by poisoning you. So say I want you to be stressed or annoyed, I would use a certain kind of poison on you and wah lah you would be stressed. Have you ever been in traffic and started to feel stressed more than normal during rush hour because of all the car exhaust poisons? You just can’t wait for the light to change to green even though you are not in a hurry to go anywhere. That is an emotion created in your limbic system with poison. And when you run that emotion through your critical logical mind and realize that you are not in a hurry and it is just the poisons from cars, this is when you get the feeling that you are fine you are just being poisoned. Emotions can be created in you. Feelings are harder to create. Emotions can be lies. Feelings are factual, because they are logical. I have a lot of feelings. I am not really big on emotions. They are messy and often lies. No use keeping them around. It is like letting other people litter in your soul and getting mad at the mess. Just pick up the mess and move on. And stay away from people who like to litter in your soul.
Drake “Headlines”
They know, they know, they know Yeah, they know, yeah That the real is on the rise Fuck them other guys I even gave ’em a chance to decide Now it’s something they know They know, they know, they know
Did you know I have a kill list? The world has signed up to kill me group by group for a lifetime. But especially over the past four and half years of this revolution. If I was like most of you all, this would make me war on the whole world and use all the wisdom, knowledge, and information I have to destroy you all beyond words or imagination. I decided early I did not want to do this. So I made a list of people that I wanted to choose my battle with. And you know what? They know, they know, they know. What do you think they are doing now? Do you all think you will treat them well? I basically just declared open season on the people who personally tried to kill me. Which is not wrong, it is just fighting back. If I tried to kill innocent people, I would be wrong and evil. But these are people who tried to kill me. Literally, tried to kill me before I could reach you all and tell you what has been happening for generations. They needed me. And they needed me dead in order to continue to hold their own groups hostage. I hope you all don’t judge me for wanting to hold a small handful of people accountable for their war crimes against humanity and trying to kill me. Some of them came a lot closer than others. It is a very personal experience that makes me angry because they hurt me. Anger is a secondary emotion, normally hurt is the primary emotion. But sometimes it is something else that is the primary emotion.
Nicki Minaj “Bed Of Lies”
You could never make eye contact Everything you got was based off of my contacts You a fraud, but I’ma remain icon-stat
My whole life I have been surrounded by fancy people. But they were just normal people to me. I didn’t know anything about birthrights or being fancy. All I knew was that people always like to get close to me because they like to get to know the people I have access to. Or at least the people I used to have access. These people were the people who signed up to destroy me and set me up to fail my whole life. But apparently these people who surrounded me have been or were fancy. I always thought they were mostly uninspiring and boring. Some were neat. And those were the ones with special interests who did something with themselves and their brains. I was rarely allowed to meet these people until after I was 30. And even then they were still the exception to the rule.
Kayne West “Runaway”
Let’s have a toast for the douchebags Let’s have a toast for the assholes Let’s have a toast for the scumbags Every one of them that I know Let’s have a toast for the jerk-offs That’ll never take work off Baby, I got a plan Run away fast as you can
I never found a real friend until I found the communication hubs, farmers, and world leaders. These are people I have never met and they are better to me than anyone I have ever met. They are more my family and friends than anyone I have ever met. Do you know how weird that is? Everyone I ever have known was okay with killing me. And a lot of them were okay with breeding me like a farm animal. I never found family that did not want me to die until I have my family in Argentina on this revolution. My family in Argentina will always be special to me because of this. They not only didn’t try to kill me, but they told other people to knock it off and stop trying to kill me. No one had stuck up for me since before my head surgery when my Mom’s mom (from china) would stick up for me. They killed her and my Grandpa Graves who was from Argentina. And then my life went on broadcast. I suppose this is when my reality tv persona began. I was my Dad’s favorite training tool. If he would do this to me, imagine what he would get the world to do to you, right? But look what he had the world do to you all while you were busy destroying each other. You fed the green monster inside of you and where blinded by it. Did you learn your lesson? Destruction is an addiction that will steal everything from you, because it blocks your access to your critical logical mind and then you can’t see that the wool has been pulled over your eyes. Let’s Toast for the douchebags! Don’t be a douchebag. You can stop and pull the wool off, you know this right? People do douchy things all the time. But you can stop when you want to.
Collie Buddz “Moving On”
You haffi keep movin’ Sing on, sing on, yeah, aigh Nuh matter what’s goin’ on You know seh, you haffi chant on, yeah, aigh
You haffi keep movin’ Sing on, sing on, sing on, yeah, aigh It’s just another broken hearted tune Fi all di lonely world When mi seh
This whole revolution people have been waiting for me to break. I am not sure people like me break. I get hurt. My organs start to fail. I get sick. My feelings get hurt. But I do not seem to break. I just keep moving and keep going. I used to listen to this CD on repeat for years. It is definitely in my subconscious.
There has never been an option for me to stop. My life has always been hard. And horrible, my life has always been horrible. But now I have the world to talk to. I have people who are actually willing to listen. Not only listen, but they are willing to really hear and see me for me. They don’t just see the person my family tells people I am.
Kayne West “Can’t Tell Me Nothing”
Man, it’s so hard not to act reckless To whom much is given much is tested
Do you know how much I want to freak out? I just want to loose it and throw a fit like everyone else. My whole life I have felt like this. I just want to throw a fit. I literally have a hyperactive nervous system. This world and people are extra offensive in all ways to me. It is a visceral experience for me. I literally feel it in my guts and my bones. I hate people. Absolutely hate people. Yet, I would never treat people the way they have treated me. Never in a million years would I be as offensive, rude, mean, vicious, and/or ignorant as the people who have surrounded me for a lifetime.
Tom MacDonald “Ghost”
I wanna be with you ‘Cause I’m me with you, oh oh
I have never met anyone I could be myself with. At least until I found the covert world, farmers, world leaders, and communication hubs. Funny I have a healthier relationship with the covert world than I ever have with any one human. I want to be with you all. Cause I am me with you all. More than I have ever gotten to be before. Pretty weird, huh?
The Game “My Life”
So I′m grinding with my eyes wide
Lookin′ to find a way through the day, a light for the night
Dear Lord, you done took so many of my people
I’m just wondering why you haven′t taken my life
Like what the hell am I doing right? My life
I wonder why I am still alive a lot. Why am I here? Why do I have to live such a life of suffering? Why me? Why would God do this to me? You know what? God didn’t do this to me, humans did. I have spent a large portion of my life mad at God when I really just needed to be angry with people. People having freewill and using it poorly is why I have to live like this still till this day. Ignorance is why I have to live like this. And the kicker is it is not my own ignorance. It is the ignorance of the people around me. Do you know how hard it is to be a genius and have to pay for the ignorance of the people around you? And especially to have to pay for the ignorance of my family is hard. They literally genetically modified me to be genius and here we are. I am genius. And they put a chip in my head because they couldn’t control me. And here I still am not being controlled. They literally could have admitted that they were failing and asked scientists to explain the way my brain works to them and even come up with a strategy to control and brainwash me. But here we are because they cannot even admit to when they do not know what they are doing. I am proof of my family’s incompetence. If they were as amazing at everything as they claim to be I would not be here talking to you today. We would have never “met”. I would like to write a book one day about what it is like to be genius and be surrounded in a world with people who are not. It is the hardest part of my life and I know it makes me sound like a complainer. But dear lord I don’t think you all can even imagine how hard it is to deal with stupid people. I literally had to study Buddhism just to deal with it. Thank God for Buddha!
I had a really good time writing things out yesterday when I shared some of the secrets to life. When I just let my mind wander I have the most fun. It is when I “loose myself” the most. So today I just wanted to listen to music and journal a bit. Free association creates new connections in my brain which is basically how I create intelligence. Intelligence is connections in your brain. The more connections the more intelligence. Create enough intelligence and wah lah you are genius. The more unusual connections you have, the more value you have. If you have the same connections as everyone else, you aren’t that valuable. Keeping up with the Jones diminishes your value/worth. I didn’t do much formal education, so my connection are extremely rare. I am the only one who has them because I created my own lesson plans. I used to skip school to stay home and read my own books. And they were by no means the “right” books. They were just what I had on hand and that wasn’t much. But connecting that information in unusual ways is why I am valuable. It is a snowball effect of connections. Information super highways.
You know how people are always trying to get ADHD people to focus and do one thing at a time. That’s nonsense. Here I am doing two things at the same time. Well, I am writing, typing, and listening to music. And I am associating the music with feelings and facts in my brain. Doing multiple things at the same time creates gama brain waves. Which increases plasticity in my brain. Which increases my ability to create intelligence. The information super highways I create while in this state will be cemented in more quickly. I literally get high off creating information superhighways in my brain. I get high on life by creating intelligence in my brain. I don’t know why you all don’t do this more. Well, I suppose it is because everyone tells you to do one thing at a time. That is the slowest way to create connections in your brain. Well, unless it is like math or science sometimes I need quite to learn that stuff.
I talk about how my brain is like the game Tetris. I am always getting new information and it is just like the blocks in Tetris that are coming in from the top. They make connections with the block that I already have, the information I already have. My brain is always collecting information. Actually it is my nervous system. And it is my mirror neurons in my brain. Our subconscious are always collecting information. The terrorist who is sitting next to me poisoning me is providing me with information I am collecting with my nervous system, subconscious, and mirror neurons. I can’t tell you what he has to share because the information is stored in my subconscious. But I can tell you when I am trying to problem solve with my subconscious this information comes in handy. Especially, if I am downloading information from him that I have from others. The more people I download the same information/blocks from the more cemented into my subconscious brain it gets.
My subconscious brain is one of my favorite things in the world. My genius lives in my subconscious and my critical logical mind has a really hard time trying to communicate this information to others. This is my Autism. A lot of people with Autism have a hard time with words, communicating, and language. I will never be able to explain all the things I know. Jung talks about an introverted intuitive. I am intuitive, but I am only introverted because I do not know how to explain most of the stuff I know to you all. It is funny, normal people feel like the disabled ones to me. I worked at a group home for developmentally disabled people and they had Autism and they definitely knew the things I know. They too just did not have the words. You all poison them so much, shame on you.
I am this sensitive because my Mom poisoned herself when she was pregnant with me. And then continued to poison me when I was born and throughout childhood. Genius is epigenetic. Anyone can do it. It is about connections in your brain. Any city can build a highway and freeway system if they have enough money, right? If you have enough information and connections you can create enough information superhighways to create genius.
okay that is all I got for today. I will try to make sense tomorrow and focus. But not today. I am just not motivated to today. I will force myself to tomorrow.
These are the playbooks to my Dad’s war. And the world he has created. You all need to print these out and study them. Memorize them so you can know thy enemy. The only reason I was able to start this revolution was because I know thy enemy. You need to be able to see them when they surround you.
Take all these laws and rules and find examples of them in the world we live in. There are over 4 decades of examples to choose from. You need to be able to practically apply these laws and rules. This is the most important homework assignment you will ever do.
To the leaders of the world, you all need to make your people study these. It is rare that we ever get to see the blueprints on what our enemy has built his empire. But today you get to see these blueprints and you get to know your enemy better than ever before or imaginable. Do not take this opportunity foregranted for this is the biggest gift my Dad has ever given any of us. To get to see into his mind is the biggest mistake he has ever made. This is why he put a chip in my head. This is us having a view of what his inner world looks like. This is the most valuable information you will ever get. You need to pass this on to your children because the people my Dad created will pass this information on to their children. This war is bigger than we want to admit. So we must study as if our lives depend on it. We must know thy enemy!
The Art Of War
Chapter 1: Laying Plans
Sun-Tzu explains the importance of being prepared.
He points out five essential elements of war: moral influence, weather, terrain, command, and doctrine.
Chapter 2: Waging War
This chapter includes highly specific details, including how many horses and troops are required for battle.
The author emphasizes the utmost importance of advanced preparation so a soldier can act quickly when the time comes.
Chapter 3: Attack by Stratagem
Sun-Tzu focuses on preventative measures such as subduing the enemy without a fight.
Five situations are given as predictions for victory:
The leader has full awareness of themself, troops, and the opposition.
The leader knows how to use small or large forces. #The leader knows how to unify the ranks with a common purpose.
The leader knows how to be patient while the opposition is impatient.
The leader’s authority does not cloud judgment.
Chapter 4: Tactical Dispositions
Victory should never be assumed or taken for granted.
The elements of war are presented and include measurement of space, estimation of quantities, calculations, comparisons, and chances of victory.
Chapter 5: Energy
When dealing with troops, a group of people should be unified into a single force.
The troops should be well-organized according to a chain of command.
Chapter 6: Weak Points and Strong
Look like an easy target to make enemies assume an easy victory.
Use mixed tactics to keep the enemy guessing and vulnerable.
Chapter 7: Maneuvering
Strike a balance between confusing the enemy and teaching troops to obey seemingly futile commands.
Arrive on the battlefield early and organized.
Actions should be clear and coordinated.
Chapter 8: Variation in Tactics
Specific tactics apply to specific situations. For example, not every city needs to be attacked.
A general can fail in several ways, including being careless, acting in haste or afraid, being easily provoked, and worrying excessively about troops rather than victory.
Chapter 9: The Army on the March
Marches and alignment of troops are of utmost importance in defeating the enemy.
Weather conditions and geographic features of the land should be taken into consideration and used to the troop’s advantage.
Chapter 10: Terrain
Physical terrain and psychological terrain are equally important.
Poor leadership cannot make up for well-trained troops; well-trained troops cannot make up for poor leadership.
Chapter 11: The Nine Situations
Certain grounds should not be involved in the conflict:
dispersive ground – ground within one’s land
frontier ground – just inside enemy lines
key ground – ground that is advantageous to both sides.
Skilled troops should fight on the following lands:
communicating ground – fortified land
focal ground – land surrounded by three other states or potential allies.
far inside enemy territory.
Lands to avoid include:
difficult grounds – rough terrain or swift rivers #encircled ground – being pushed into difficult terrain by the enemy
death ground – desperate situations.
Chapter 12: The Attack by Fire
Fire is one of the most powerful weapons of war.
With proper timing and conditions, fire can be used to destroy supplies and wreak havoc on the enemy.
Chapter 13: The Use of Spies
Different types of spies can be useful in providing information about the enemy and evading unnecessary wars.
Deceitful spies must be put to death.
The 48 Laws Of Power
s of Power Summary
Law 1. Never Outshine the Master
Always make those above you feel comfortably superior. Hide the extent of your own talents, as your masters may otherwise feel insecure. The better you make your master appear, the greater the level of power you will attain. Those above you want to feel secure and superior in their positions. This may involve making a few harmless mistakes so that you can ask your master for help.
If, however, you are more naturally charming than your master, it would be best to avoid working for them entirely.
Law 2. Never Put Too Much Trust in Friends, Learn How to Use Enemies
Friends are more likely to betray you in haste as they are more prone to envy. However, if you hire a former enemy, they will prove themselves more trustworthy, as they have more to prove. Consequently, you have more to fear from friends than your enemies.
Often, you think you know your friends better than you do. This is because honesty rarely strengthens bonds, so friends frequently hide their true feelings about each other. As people want to feel they deserved their good fortune in hiring a friend, they can feel undeserving and, ultimately, resentful. Instead, it’s better to hire an enemy, as your motives are up front and are not clouded with personal feeling.
Law 3. Conceal Your Intentions
Always keep your intentions obscured. This way, your opponents cannot defend themselves. Lead them astray, and by the time they realize your plans, it will be too late. Use humankind’s tendency to trust appearances to your advantage. By dangling a decoy set of intentions in front of your opponents, they will fail to see what you’re really plotting.
By cloaking your intentions, people will believe you to be friendly and honest. This will lead them further down the wrong path. Additionally, by being bland and inconspicuous, people are even less likely to doubt your intentions, as they trust the familiar.
Law 4. Always Say Less Than Necessary
Powerful people know how to impress others by saying less. The more you say, the more likely it is that you will end up saying something foolish. As people are constantly trying to work out what others appear to be thinking, silence makes them feel uncomfortable. By controlling what you reveal, you can wield great power. After all, they are likely to fill in the silences you leave, revealing more information about their own intentions and weaknesses.
Law 5. So Much Depends on Reputation – Guard It With Your Life
Your reputation is the cornerstone of your power. You can use it to intimidate and win, but if it becomes tarnished, you open yourself up to being vulnerable to attack. Make your reputation impenetrable, and predict attacks before they occur. Aid yourself in this endeavor by destroying your enemies by exploiting holes in their reputations and letting the public destroy them.
A solid reputation can double your strength and distract potential opponents from discovering what you’re really like. It increases your presence and your strengths without having to expend much energy.
Law 6. Court Attention at All Costs
As everything is judged by appearance, you must stand out. Make yourself appear larger, more interesting, and more mysterious than the masses. One way to do this is to surround your name with sensation and scandal. Bear in mind that notoriety of any sort brings power. It’s preferable to be slandered than to be ignored.
A solid counterbalance to this approach is to create an air of mystery around yourself. Keep your cards close to your chest. People are drawn to those who seem enigmatic. An air of mystery increases your presence and creates anticipation – everyone will be glued to your next move.
Law 7. Get Others to Do the Work for You, but Always Take the Credit
Never do for yourself what the efforts of others can do for you. Use their wisdom and knowledge to further your own cause. In doing so, you will appear intimidatingly efficient and knowledgeable. Ultimately, those who worked for you will be forgotten, and you will be remembered.
If you think it’s important that you do all the work yourself, you won’t get far. Consequently, find those with the skills you lack, and find a way to either take their work as your own, or hire them and put your name on their efforts. However, to do this effectively, your position must be secure, as otherwise people will call you out for deception.
Law 8. Make Other People Come to You – Use Bait if Necessary
It’s always preferable to make your opponent come to you, as they will have to abandon their plans and strategies in the process. Lure them in, and then attack. This prevents you from ever reacting to your opponents; instead, they have to react to you. This means playing the long-game, sitting back, and staying calm as others get stuck in the traps you’ve carefully planned out for them.
However, your traps are only as good as the perceived attractiveness of your bait. If your bait is sweet enough, your opponent will become blinded to reality by their emotions, allowing you to gain the upper hand.
Law 9. Win Through Your Actions, Never Through Argument
Any triumph you gain through argument will be short lived. Resentment will fester in your opponents instead of a genuine change of opinion. Instead, let your actions speak for you. If people agree with you through your actions instead of your words, you are more likely to sway lasting opinions. Words are a dime a dozen, and people will say anything to prove a point. Action is where you demonstrate your beliefs.
Law 10. Infection: Avoid the Unhappy and the Unlucky
Emotional states can be as infectious as diseases. Occasionally, some unfortunate individuals bring their own misfortune upon themselves and can bring you down too if you get too close. Therefore, make sure to associate with the happy and the fortunate.
The incurably unhappy tend to portray themselves as victims, and before you realize they are the cause of their own misfortune, they have infected you with their misery. Who you decide to associate with is critical. Through associating with the miserable, you waste your valuable time and drain your potential power.
Law 11. Learn to Keep People Dependent on You
To maintain independence, you must make others need and want you. The more people rely on you, the more freedom you have. Yet, be wary to never teach those surrounding you with enough information that they can start doing things for themselves. This method is the best way to get people to do what you want without forcing them or inflicting pain on them. Once you have dependents, they are reliant on you, and you can subtly do with them as you wish.
Law 12. Use Selective Honesty and Generosity to Disarm Your Victim
A single honest gesture can help cover the traces of dozens of dishonest acts. By being generous, you can disarm even the most suspicious people. Once they are disarmed, you can manipulate them at will. The key to successful deception is distraction. An act of generosity distracts those you wish to deceive while turning them into docile children, delighted by the affectionate gesture.
Learning to give before you take is a skilled way of getting what you want. Selective honesty also functions as a means to disarm your opponents. However, regaling a single truth will not be enough. You’ll have to construct a facade of honesty built upon a series of acts to gain trust, but these acts can be quite inconsequential.
Law 13. When Asking for Help, Appeal to the Self-interests of Others, Never to Their Mercy or Gratitude
If you must ask for help, make sure your request includes a benefit for your ally that you can exaggerate beyond proportion. When your ally sees that there is something in it for them, they are more likely to respond with enthusiasm. Self-interest is the greatest motivator for people. Once you master the art of working out what others want and using it to further your own plans, there will be no limits on what you can accomplish.
Law 14. Pose as a Friend, Work as a Spy
Knowledge about your rival is essential. By posing as a friend, you can ask indirect questions and gradually get your opponents to reveal their weaknesses and their intentions. Once you know this information, you can better predict how they are going to move next.
If you don’t want to pose as a friend, get others to spy for you. However, while you gather information, you open yourself up to vulnerabilities by letting other people do your work for you. It’s always better to spy and pose as a friend yourself.
Law 15. Crush Your Enemy Totally
To crush your enemy partially means that they will eventually recover and seek revenge. Ultimately, you can only gain peace and serenity if your enemies cease to exist. If you manage to remove all of your opponent’s options, then they will have no choice but to bend to your will. By giving them nothing to negotiate with and no room to maneuver, you will have crushed them.
Law 16. Use Absence to Increase Respect and Honor
The more present you are, the more common you appear. Create an air of scarcity around yourself to increase your perceived value. If you currently exist within an established group, intermittently withdraw so that others talk about you and admire you more.
To do this effectively, you must learn when is the right time to withdraw. In doing so, you force their respect by inadvertently threatening your absence for good. Once you return from your absence, it will appear as if you have been resurrected, and people will be relieved to see you again.
Law 17. Keep Others in Suspended Terror: Cultivate an Air of Unpredictability
Humans are creatures of habit who look for familiar patterns in the behaviors of others. By acting unpredictably, your opponents will tire themselves out by trying to predict and analyze your moves. This means occasionally striking without warning. When you act predictably, you give others power over you. If you act surprisingly, they will feel that they don’t understand you and will be intimidated.
Similarly, if you find yourself the underdog, using a strategy of unpredictable moves can confuse your enemies into making a tactical blunder.
Law 18. Do Not Build Fortresses to Protect Yourself – Isolation is Dangerous
If you decide to isolate yourself from your enemies and the world at large, you cut yourself off from valuable information. This makes you vulnerable to attack. It’s always better to mingle amongst people, as you are better protected in a crowd. Because humans are social creatures, power comes with social interaction.
Therefore, to become powerful, you must place yourself at the center of things. Activity should revolve around you. Resist the urge to retreat when things feel uncertain. Instead of turning inward, focus on seeking out old allies and forcing yourself into new social circles.
Law 19. Know Who You’re Dealing With – Don’t Offend the Wrong Person
Choose your opponents wisely. There are some people that once defeated, will spend the rest of their lives seeking revenge. Consequently, it pays to not offend the wrong person. The skill of correctly measuring people is the most important with regard to getting and maintaining power. Be sure to know everything about a person before you work with them.
However, don’t rely on your instincts to get an understanding of a person, and never trust appearances. Watch your target over a long period of time to get a truer picture of their nature.
Law 20. Don’t Commit to Anyone
Make sure the only cause you commit to is yourself. Maintain your independence at all costs. This allows you to play people off against each other. When you hold back from joining a cause, you create a sense of respect because you appear untouchable. You gain a reputation for independence.
Further, do not commit to anyone. Stay out of petty fights and squabbles. Feign interest, but let others do the fighting while you watch and wait. Often, it can be a good tactic to stir up quarrels between two parties and then gain power by acting as the go-between.
Law 21. Play a Sucker to Catch a Sucker – Appear Dumber Than Your Mark
No one enjoys feeling stupid. Consequently, a great trick is to make your opponents feel smarter than you. Once they believe themselves to be more intelligent, they will never suspect that you have any ulterior motives.
Law 22. Use the Surrender Tactic: Transform Weakness Into Power
Surrender before you are about to be defeated. This buys you more time to plot your revenge, and to torment your conqueror. By surrendering, you deny them the satisfaction of destroying you. In doing so, you make the act of surrender a tool of power.
By yielding, you gain the upper hand because you lull your opponent into believing they have defeated you, even as you plot their downfall. This confuses your opponents and means they are unlikely to act aggressively against you.
Law 23. Concentrate Your Forces
Conserve your energies by focusing them all into a single source of power. When looking for such a source, identify a single spring that will sustain you for a long time to come. You gain more power by finding a singular rich source than by flitting between many more shallow sources of power.
Power exists in concentrated form. In any organization, power will emanate from a small group of people who are holding all the strings. Consequently, power is like oil, you only need to strike it once to assure yourself a lifetime of wealth and power.
Law 24. Play the Perfect Courtier
The courtier wields power through discrete avenues. By flattering and yielding to their superiors and only enforcing their power through charm and grace, they gradually accumulate an ever-increasing amount of power. There are several steps one can take to become the perfect courtier, and they involve the following:
– Practicing nonchalance
– Being frugal with flattery
– Adapting your style and language according to your audience
– Avoiding being the bearer of bad news
– Never criticizing your superiors
– Being self-observant
– Mastering your emotions
– Being a source of pleasure
25. Recreate Yourself
Do not accept the role that society has given you. Forge your own identity, one that commands attention. Master your image rather than letting others dictate it for you. Remake yourself into a figure of power as if molding yourself from clay.
To do this, you must first be self-aware, and you must learn to master your emotions. Then, you must create a memorable character. From here, you can learn to play many roles to adapt to what any given situation requires of you. However, remember that overacting can be counterproductive.
26. Keep Your Hands Clean
You must maintain a spotless appearance. You should never be associated with nasty deeds. To do this, employ the use of scapegoats to disguise your involvement. Your reputation depends more on what you conceal than what you reveal. You should always have a convenient scapegoat on hand for when needing to conceal your more dubious activities.
In addition to a scapegoat, you will also need a cat’s-paw. This is someone who does your dirty work for you while obscuring your involvement. This means letting someone else be the bearer of bad news while you choose to associate yourself exclusively with the good.
27. Create a Cult-like Following by Playing on People’s Need to Believe
People want to believe in something. By inventing yourself as this cult-like entity, they will follow you and give you untold amounts of power. To become such a figure, you need to follow these steps:
– Keep your words vague and simple but full of promise
– Emphasize enthusiasm rather than the intellectual and the rational
– Structure your group in accordance to the forms of organized religion
– Disguise your sources of income
– Create an us-versus-them dynamic
28. Enter Action With Boldness
Everyone admires the bold. The timid are frowned upon. Consequently, you shouldn’t choose a course of action half-heartedly. Your doubts will become apparent and will tarnish your reputation. It’s always better to act boldly. Any mistakes made are easily compensated by acting even more audaciously.
Few are born bold. It’s a habit that needs to be cultivated. It must be practiced. Likewise, timidity is also a learned trait. If you find yourself acting timidly, you must root this out and replace it with acts of boldness instead.
29. Plan All the Way to the End
Always plan until the end. This means thinking through every possibility that could prevent you from reaching your end goal. Thus, you will be able to accommodate for any surprises along the way and secure your future.
Most people are too trapped by their emotions in the moment to see ahead, so this will give you the upper hand. Plan in detail before you act, and don’t succumb to making any vague plans. Your end goal must always be crystal clear.
30. Make Your Accomplishments Seem Effortless
Make your success seem easy. Conceal all the toil and tricks you used to attain it, as it otherwise arouses too much curiosity in others. Never reveal how you reached your position of power to anyone, or they may use it against you. There are great advantages to remaining silent. The more mysterious your actions appear, the greater your power appears to be. It will make it seem as if you have an exclusive gift that no one can replicate and that knows no limits.
31. Control the Options: Get Others to Play With the Cards You Deal
By giving your opponents a choice, they will feel that they’re controlling their destiny. What they won’t realize is that you’re using them as a puppet to choose between two scenarios, both of which serve you.
When given a choice between two possibilities, people rarely consider all the other potential options that could be on the table. Instead, they blindly choose to believe they have autonomy in their decision-making; too much freedom creates anxiety. By setting up a narrow range of choices, you can guide your opponent to play right into your hands.
32. Play Into People’s Fantasies
As the truth is often ugly, if you appeal to it, you risk being bombarded with the anger of disenchantment. Instead, by tapping into the fantasies of the masses, people will flock to you as you offer an alternative to the disillusionment of reality. By observing which aspects of everyday life are most abhorred, you can conjure up fantasies that promise the opposite of peoples’ current realities and thus wield a phenomenal power.
33. Discover Each Man’s Thumbscrew
Find your opponent’s weakness. This is often an insecurity, an untamed emotion or desire, or sometimes a secret pleasure. To do so, look for the following:
– Instances when they behave like a child, which indicates some unresolved trauma in childhood
– Contrasts, as an overt trait often conceals it opposite (i.e., arrogance is often hiding insecurity)
– The weak link, which is often someone behind the scenes controlling their behavior
– Ways to fill the void of their insecurity or unhappiness to wield significant power
– How to encourage their uncontrollable emotion, as they won’t be able to control themselves, and you can do the controlling for them
34. Be Royal in Your Own Fashion: Act Like a King to Be Treated Like One
How you present yourself to the world will reflect how others see and treat you. Carry yourself with self respect, confidence, and dignity to make it seem like you were destined for power. We must make ourselves demand and expect as much as a young child. Believe you are destined for greatness, and this belief will radiate outwards and others will believe it, too. Ask for less, and that is exactly what you’ll get.
35. Master the Art of Timing
Never seem to be in a rush – patience is a virtue. Learn to bide your time, and only strike when the timing is right. As time is a perception, by mastering your emotions, you can make time seem to move more slowly and lengthen your perception of the future. This allows you to become more patient and to see the bigger picture.
36. Disdain Things You Cannot Have: Ignoring Them is the Best Revenge
The less interest you take in things that irritate you, the more superior you seem. By acknowledging your enemy, you give their existence credibility and, therefore, power. Paradoxically, the more you want something, the more it eludes you as your interest is too strong, which makes others feel uncomfortable and fearful. Occasionally, it’s best just to leave things alone. By turning your back on what you want, you will drive your opponents crazy.
37. Create Compelling Spectacles
By generating grand, spectacular gestures, you will heighten your presence and your power. People will be too dazzled by appearances to uncover what you’re really up to. As opposed to using words, visual gestures contain an emotive power and immediacy that leave no room for doubt. Where words divide, images unite. Use this to your advantage.
38. Think as You Like, but Behave Like Others
By consistently going against the grain in public, people will begin to resent you for making them feel inferior. Practice blending in and hiding your true feelings to nurture the common touch. By doing so, you will be left alone to express your true beliefs in a targeted manner. Once a base of power is established, you can then begin to disseminate your beliefs gradually, and they are more likely to be adopted.
39. Stir Up Waters to Catch Fish
If you can stay calm while infuriating your opponents, you can gain an advantage. By finding their weaknesses, you can disturb them and play with them at will. The more angry they become, the more ridiculous they will appear. This will reduce their power.
40. Despise the Free Lunch
Never trust anything that comes for free. Anything of worth is worth paying for. Most things that come for free come with a burdensome psychological price task. By paying, you avoid falling into the trap of having to be grateful, guilty, or deceitful. Further, being lavish with your money is a sign of power. Generosity softens up your opponents into being deceived.
41. Avoid Stepping Into a Great Man’s Shoes
What came first always seems more original than what follows. Don’t get lost in the shadows of those that came before you. You must establish your own name and identity by not following the same course of your predecessors.
42. Strike the Shepherd, and the Sheep Will Scatter
All trouble can usually be traced back to one individual. By rooting out this individual and preventing them from operating, you will stop their influence. Don’t waste time, or their influence will multiply. In every group, power is concentrated around one or two people. Consequently, understanding who controls the group is critical. This is made more challenging, as troublemakers prefer to disguise their actions. Isolate their power, however, and they become redundant.
43. Work on the Hearts and Minds of Others
If people feel coerced into acting in a specific way, they will resent you. Instead, you must seduce others so that they act how you want without you having to ask them. By understanding their psychology and their weaknesses, you can play with their emotions and conquer their hearts and minds so that they are loyal to you. By softening them up, you can slowly bend people towards your will without them realizing.
44. Disarm and Infuriate With the Mirror Effect
By mirroring your opponents and doing exactly as they do, you humiliate them and cause them to overreact. By making them believe you share their values, they find it challenging to work out your strategy, as they are blinded by your mirror. You are also able to teach your opponents a lesson by giving them a taste of their own medicine.
45. Preach the Need for Change, but Never Reform Too Much at Once
If you have recently entered a position of power or are an outsider trying to make a claim for it, respect the way people have been living up until this point. Too much change will engender a revolt. To introduce change, make it seem like a gradual and gentle improvement on the past.
46. Never Appear Too Perfect
While appearing superior to others is dangerous, to appear faultless and without weakness is even more perilous. By displaying harmless vices, you prevent envy from developing, and you make yourself appear more approachable. By letting envy fester, it can manifest in a host of problematic ways that will ultimately try to rob you of your power. Stop it in its tracks by making yourself seem powerful but not faultless.
47. Don’t Go Past the Mark You Aimed For: In Victory, Learn When to Stop
Don’t let success go to your head. The moment you achieve victory is often when you’re at your most vulnerable. Don’t get ahead of yourself with your overconfidence and push beyond your initial target. This could create more enemies than you are capable of defeating. There can be no substitute for meticulous strategic planning. Once you reach your goal, stop.
48. Assume Formlessness
By being tangible, you open yourself up to attack. To be malleable, adaptable, and on the move makes you ungraspable. Accept that everything, everywhere changes, and embody this truth. By being as fluid as water, you protect yourself from the ever-shifting nature of reality. By refusing to adapt and to change, you fail to evolve and your power will be usurped. The powerful are constantly adapting, and their power comes from the speed at which they can change.
33 Laws Of War
SELF-DIRECTED WARFARE
1: Declare war on your enemies: Polarity
You cannot fight effectively unless you can identify them. Learn to smoke them out, then inwardly declare war. Your enemies can fill you with purpose and direction.
2: Do not fight the last war: Guerilla-war-of-the-mind
Wage war on the past and ruthlessly force yourself to react to the present. Make everything fluid and mobile.
3: Amidst the turmoil of events, do not lose your presence of mind: Counterbalance
Keep your presence of mind whatever the circumstances. Make your mind tougher by exposing it to adversity. Learn to detach youself from the chaos of the battlefied.
4: Create a sense of urgency and desperation: Death-ground
Place yourself where your back is against the wall and you have to fight like hell to get out alive.
Part II
ORGANIZATIONAL WARFARE
5: Avoid the snares of groupthink: Command-and-control
Create a chain of command where people do not feel constrained by your influence yet follow your lead. Create a sense of participation, but do not fall into groupthink.
6: Segment your forces: Controlled-chaos
The critical elements in war are speed and adaptability–the ability to move and make decisions faster than the enemy. Break your forces into independent groups that can operate on their own. Give them the spirit of the campaign, a mission to accomplish, and room to run.
7: Transform your war into a crusade: Morale
Get them to think less about themselves and more about the group. Involve them in a cause, a crusade against a hated enemy. Make them see their survival is tied to the success of the army as a whole.
PART III
DEFENSIVE WARFARE
8: Pick your battles carefully: Perfect-economy
Consider the hidden costs of war: time, political goodwill, an embittered enemy bent on revenge. Sometimes it is better to undermine your enemies covertly.
9: Turn the tables: Counterattack
Let the other side move first. If aggressive, bait them into a rash attack that leaves them in a weak position.
10: Create a threatening presence: Deterrence
Build a reputation for being a little crazy. Fighting you is not worth it. Uncertainty can be better than an explicit threat. If your opponents aren’t sure what attacking you will cost, they will not want to find out.
11: Trade space for time: Nonengagement
Retreat is a sign of strength. Resisting the temptation to respond buys valuable time. Sometimes you accomplish most by doing nothing.
PART IV
OFFENSIVE WARFARE
12: Lose battles, but win the war: Grand strategy
Grand strategy is the art of looking beyond the present battle and calculating ahead. Focus on your ultimate goal and plot to reach it.
13: Know your enemy: Intelligence
The target of your strategies is not the army you face, but the mind who runs it. Learn to read people.
14: Overwhelm resistance with speed and suddenness: Blitzkrieg
Speed is power. Striking first, before enemies have time to think or prepare will make them emotional, unbalanced, and prone to error.
15: Control the dynamic: Forcing
Instead of trying to dominate the other side’s every move, work to define the nature of the relationship itself. Control your opponent’s mind, pushing emotional buttons and compelling them to make mistakes.
16: Hit them where it hurts: Center-of-gravity
Find the source of your enemy’s power. Find out what he cherishes and protects and strike.
17: Defeat them in detail: Divide and conquer
Separate the parts and sow dissension and division. Turn a large problem into small, eminently defeatable parts.
18: Expose and attack your opponent’s soft flank: Turning
Frontal assaults stiffen resistance. Instead, distract your enemy’s attention to the front, then attack from the side when they expose their weakness.
19: Envelop the enemy: Annihilation
Create relentless pressure from all sides and close off their access to the outside world. When you sense weakening resolve, tighten the noose and crush their willpower.
20: Maneuver them into weakness: Ripening for the sickle
Before the battle begins, put your opponent in a position of such weakness that victory is easy and quick. Create dilemmas where all potential choices are bad.
21: Negotiate while advancing: Diplomatic war
Before and during negotiations, keep advancing, creating relentless pressure and compelling the other side to settle on your terms. The more you take, the more you can give back in meaningless concessions. Create a reputation for being tough and uncompromising so that people are giving ground even before they meet you.
22: Know how to end things: Exit strategy
You are judged by how well things conclude. Know when to stop. Avoid all conflicts and entanglements from which there are no realistic exits.
PART V
UNCONVENTIONAL WARFARE
23: Weave a seamless blend of fact and fiction: Misperception
Make it hard for your enemies to know what is going on around them. Feed their expectations, manufacture a reality to match their desires, and they will fool themselves. Control people’s perceptions of reality and you control them.
24: Take the line of least expectation: Ordinary-Extraordinary
Upset expectations. First do something ordinary and conventional, then hit them with the extraordinary. Sometimes the ordinary is extraordinary because it is unexpected.
25: Occupy the moral high ground: Righteousness
The cause you are fighting for must seem more just than the enemy’s. Questioning their motives and making enemies appear evil can narrow their base of support and room to maneuver. When you come under moral attack from a clever enemy, don’t whine or get angry–fight fire with fire.
26: Deny them targets: The Void
The feeling of emptiness is intolerable for most people. Give enemies no target to attach. Be dangerous and elusive, and let them chase you into the void. Deliver irritating but damaging side attacks and pinpricks.
27: Seem to work for the interests of others while furthering your own: Alliance
Get others to compensate for your deficiencies, do your dirty work, fight your wars. Sow dissension in the alliances of others, weakening opponents by isolating them.
28: Give your rivals enough rope to hang themselves: One-upmanship
Instill doubts and insecurities in rivals, getting them to think too much and act defensive. Make them hang themselves through their own self-destructive tendencies, leaving you blameless and clean.
29: Take small bites: Fait Accompli
Take small bites to play on people’s short attention span. Before they notice, you may acquire an empire.
30: Penetrate their minds: Communication
Infiltrate your ideas behind enemy lines, sending messages through little details. Lure people into coming to the conclusions you desire and into thinking they’ve gotten there by themselves.
31: Destroy from within: The Inner Front
To take something you want, don’t fight those who have it, but join them. Then either slowly make it your own or wait for the right moment to stage a coup.
32: Dominate while seeming to submit: Passive-Aggression
Seem to go along, offering no resistance, but actually dominate the situation. Disguise your aggression so you can deny that it exists.
33: Sow uncertainty and panic through acts of terror: Chain Reaction
Terror can paralyze a people’s will to resist and destroy their ability to plan a strategic response. The goal is to cause maximum chaos and provoke a desperate overreaction. To counter terror, stay balanced and rational.
50th Law Of Power
High-Level Thoughts
Fantastic, one of Robert Greene’s best. The idea of fearlessness is essential for individual success outside of a traditional path, and even within it. If you can master fearlessness and take control of your own destiny, there is no limit on what you can accomplish.
Summary Notes
“…your fears are a kind of prison that confines you within a limited range of action. The less you fear, the more power you will have and the more fully you will live.”
“We became anxious for our livelihoods, the future of our families and children, our personal health, and the aging process. Instead of a simple, intense fear of something powerful and real, we developed a kind of generalized anxiety. It was as if the thousands of years of feeling fear in the face of nature could not go away— we had to find something at which to direct our anxiety, no matter how small or improbable.”
“Understand: we are all too afraid— of offending people, of stirring up conflict, of standing out from the crowd, of taking bold action. For thousands of years our relationship to this emotion has evolved— from a primitive fear of nature, to generalized anxiety about the future, to the fearful attitude that now dominates us. As rational, productive adults we are called upon to finally overcome this downward trend and to evolve beyond our fears.”
“There are no Alps and no obstacles that can stand in the way of a person without fears.”
“And the people who practice the 50th Law in their lives all share certain qualities— supreme boldness, unconventionality, fluidity, and a sense of urgency— that give them this unique ability to shape circumstance.”
“IN MY VIEW… IT IS BETTER TO BE IMPETUOUS THAN CAUTIOUS, BECAUSE FORTUNE IS A WOMAN, AND IF YOU WISH TO DOMINATE HER YOU MUST BEAT HER AND BATTER HER. IT IS CLEAR THAT SHE WILL LET HERSELF BE WON BY MEN WHO ARE IMPETUOUS RATHER THAN BY THOSE WHO STEP CAUTIOUSLY. —Niccolò Machiabelli”
Intense Realism
“YOU MUST FEARLESSLY ACCEPT THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN EMBRACE THEM. BY FOCUSING YOUR ATTENTION ON WHAT IS GOING ON AROUND YOU, YOU WILL GAIN A SHARP APPRECIATION FOR WHAT MAKES SOME PEOPLE ADVANCE AND OTHER FALL BEHIND.”
“…the greatest danger you face is your mind growing soft and your eye getting dull.”
“People can be full of book knowledge and crammed with information but have no real sense of what’s going on around them. It is in fact a function of character and fearlessness.”
“What you see determines what you think and how you act. The moment you believe in some cherished idea that you will hold on to no matter what your eyes and ears reveal to you, you are no longer a realist.”
Exercises in realism:
Take opportunities to be more curious and open, explore the truth. Imagine you don’t know anything.
Expand yourself so you know the complete terrain. Expose yourself to different ideas, go outside of your comfort zone.
Dig deeper, get to the roots. “When you do not get to the root of a problem, you cannot solve it in any meaningful manner. People like to look at the surfaces, get all emotional and react, doing things that make them feel better in the short term but do nothing for them in the long term.”
Look ahead, beyond the present, get a better perspective. “It is a law of power, however, that the further and deeper we contemplate the future, the greater our capacity to shape it according to our desires… If you have a long-term goal for yourself, one that you have imagined in detail, then you are better able to make the proper decisions in the present. You know which battles or positions to avoid because they don’t advance you towards your goal.
Judge people by their actions, not words.
Assess yourself realistically.
Self Reliance, Make Everything You Own
“WHEN YOU WORK FOR OTHERS, YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY. THEY OWN YOUR WORK; THEY OWN YOU. YOUR CREATIVE SPIRIT IS SQUASHED. WHAT KEEPS YOU IN SUCH POSITIONS IS A FEAR OF HAVING TO SINK OR SWIM ON YOUR OWN. INSTEAD YOU SHOULD HAVE A GREATER FEAR OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU REMAIN DEPENDENT ON OTHERS FOR POWER. YOUR GOAL IN EVERY MANEUVER IN LIFE MUST BE OWNERSHIP, WORKING THE CORNER FOR YOURSELF. WHEN IT IS YOURS TO LOSE-YOU ARE MORE MOTIVATED, MORE CREATIVE, MORE ALIVE. THE ULTIMATE POWER IN LIFE IS TO BE COMPLETELY SELF-RELIANT, COMPLETELY YOURSELF.”
“We will often package this as the opposite— that by working for others, being dutiful, fitting in, or subsuming our personality to the group, we are being a good person. But that is our fear speaking and deluding us. If we give in to this fear, then we will spend our lives looking outward for salvation and never find it. We will merely move from one dependency to another.”
The Blueprint of Self Reliance:
1. Reclaim your dead time.
“Remember: your bosses prefer to keep you in dependent positions. It is in their interest that you do not become self-reliant, and so they will tend to hoard information. You must secretly work against this and seize this information for yourself.”
2. Create little empires
“Keep in mind the following: what you really value in life is ownership, not money. If ever there is a choice— more money or more responsibility— you must always opt for the latter. A lower-paying position that offers more room to make decisions and carve out little empires is infinitely preferable to something that pays well but constricts your movements.”
3. Move higher up the food chain
Your goal in life must be to always move higher and higher up the food chain, where you alone control the direction of your enterprise and depend on no one. Since this goal is a future ideal, in the present you must strive to keep yourself free of unnecessary entanglements and alliances. And if you cannot avoid having partners, make sure that you are clear as to what function they serve for you and how you will free yourself of them at the right moment.
4. Make your enterprise reflect your individuality
Understand: you are one of a kind. Your character traits are a kind of chemical mix that will never be repeated in history. There are ideas unique to you, a specific rhythm and perspective that are your strengths, not your weaknesses. You must not be afraid of your uniqueness and you must care less and less what people think of you.
“Finally, do not be taken in by the culture of ease. Self-help books and experts will try to convince you that you can have what you want by following a few simple steps. Things that come easy and fast will leave you just as fast.”
“THERE IS A TIME IN EVERY MAN’S EDUCATION WHEN HE ARRIVES AT THE CONVICTION THAT… IMITATION IS SUICIDE… THAT THOUGH THE WIDE UNIVERSE IS FULL OF GOOD, NO KERNEL OF NOURISHING CORN CAN COME TO HIM BUT THROUGH HIS TOIL BESTOWED ON THAT PLOT OF GROUND WHICH IS GIVEN TO HIM TO TILL. – Ralpha Waldo Emerson”
Optimisim, turn shit into sugar
“In places like the hood or in any kind of materially impoverished environment, the response to hardship is much different. There, bad things happening assume a kind of normality. They are part of daily life. The hustler thinks: “I must make the most of what I have, even the bad stuff, because things are not going to get better on their own.”
“When things are going well, that is precisely when you must be concerned and vigilant. You know it will not last and you will not be caught unprepared. When things are going badly, that is when you are most encouraged and fearless. Finally you have material for a powerful reversal, a chance to prove yourself.”
“We generally believe there are only a few such golden chances in life, and most of us are waiting for them to cross our path. This concept is extremely limited in scope. It makes us dependent on outside forces.”
“Many of us have had the following experience: we find ourselves in an urgent, difficult situation. Perhaps we have to get something done in an impossibly short amount of time, or someone we had counted on for help does not come through, or we are in a foreign land and must suddenly fend for ourselves. In these situations, necessity crowds in on us. We have to get work done and figure out problems quickly or we suffer immediate consequences. What usually happens is that our minds snap to attention. We find the necessary energy because we have to. We pay attention to details that normally elude us, because they might spell the difference between success and failure, life and death. We are surprised at how inventive we become. It is at such moments that we get a glimpse of that potential mental power within us that generally lies untapped. If only we could have such a spirit and attitude in everyday life.”
“If we look for more— information, outside people to help us— it won’t necessarily lead to anything better; in fact the waiting and the dependence makes us less creative. When we go to work with what is there, we find new ways to employ this material. We solve problems, develop skills we can use again and again, and build up our confidence. If we become wealthy and dependent on money and technology, our minds atrophy and that wealth will not last.”
“Most people wait too long to go into action, generally out of fear. They want more money or better circumstances. You must go the opposite direction and move before you think you are ready. It is as if you are making it a little more difficult for yourself, deliberately creating obstacles in your path. But it is a law of power that your energy will always rise to the appropriate level.”
Keys:
Make the most of what you have
Turn all obstacles into openings, into opportunities
Look for turning points
Move before you are ready
Keep Moving: Calculated Momentum
“DON’T GIVE OTHERS THE CHANCE TO PIN YOU DOWN; KEEP MOVING AND CHANGING YOUR APPEARANCES TO FIT THE ENVIRONMENT. IF YOU ENCOUNTER WALLS OR BOUNDARIES, SLIP AROUND THEM. DO NOT LET ANYTHING DISRUPT YOUR FLOW.”
“Life has a particular pace and rhythm, an endless stream of changes that can move slowly or quickly. When you try to stop this flow mentally or physically by holding on to things or people, you fall behind. Your actions become awkward because they are not in relation to present circumstances. It is like moving against a current as opposed to using it to propel you forward.”
Keys:
Mental flow, stay curious, don’t let your knowledge be confined to one area or category.
Emotional flow, do not dwell on feelings, you must learn to forget what emotions stand in your way.
Social flow, be able to easily move between different groups, do not stay stuck to a tribe, and trust the people you work with.
Cultural flow, move culture forward, do not be locked into one archaic form of expression.
Aggression, know when to be bad
“As Fifty had learned, talent and good intentions are never enough in this world; you need to be fearless and strategic.”
“If you indicate you’ll do anything to avoid trouble, that’s when you get in trouble.”
Types of situations where you’ll need to be aggressive:
Aggressors. Don’t fight them head on, subvert them, go behind their back, don’t let them know you’re fighting back until it’s too late.
Passive Aggressors. Take bold, uncompromising action against them. Don’t play their games, don’t subvert them, be fearless and direct in your combat with them and you’ll send them running.
Unjust situations. Play the fox, design strategies to win over public support without being blatant about your intentions to upend the situation. You must be willing to do whatever it takes to defeat the enemy.
Static situations. If a situation has become static, ignore the rules and make your own. There is power to be had in instigating a new order.
Impossible dynamics. Terminate the relationship, leave the job, don’t fight a battle that can’t be won.
Authority, lead from the front
“IN ANY GROUP, THE PERSON ON TOP CONSCIOUSLY OR UNCONSCIOUSLY SETS THE TONE. IF LEADERS ARE FEARFUL, HESITANT TO TAKE ANY RISKS, OR OVERLY CONCERNED FOR THEIR EGO AND REPUTATION, THEN THIS INVARIABLY FILTERS ITS WAY THROUGH THE ENTIRE GROUP AND MAKES EFFECTIVE ACTION IMPOSSIBLE.”
“FOR IT IS A GENERAL RULE OF HUMAN NATURE THAT PEOPLE DESPISE THOSE WHO TREAT THEM WELL AND LOOK UP TO THOSE WHO MAKE NO CONCESSIONS. – Thurydides”
Four roles you must perform:
The Visionary: “You must play this visionary role with some dramatic flair, like Edison who was a consummate performer and promoter. He would give dazzling presentations of his ideas, and stage events to get on the front page of newspapers. Like Moses describing the Promised Land, he could paint an alluring picture of the future that his inventions would help create. This drew in money from investors and inspired his researchers to work even harder. Your own level of excitement and self-belief will convince people that you know where you are going and should be followed.”
The Unifier: “A group needs a centripetal force to give it unity and cohesion but it is not enough to have that be you and the force of your personality. Instead it should be a cause that you fearlessly embody… This cause elevates your group above others. It has a quasi-religious aura to it, a kind of cult feeling. Now, to fight or doubt you from within is to stand against this cause and seem selfish. The group, infused with this belief system, will tend to police itself and root out troublemakers.”
The Role Model: “Operating with a mission statement is an effective way of softening your image and disguising the extent of your power. You are seen as more than just a leader; you are a role model, instructing, energizing, and inspiring your lieutenants. In crafting this team, look for people who share your values and are open to learning. Do not be seduced by a glittering résumé. You want them near you, to absorb your spirit and ways of doing things. Once you feel they have the proper training, you must not be afraid to let go of the reins and give them more independence. In the end, this will save you much energy and allow you to continue focusing on the greater strategic picture.”
The Bold Knight: “You keep your group marching and on the offensive. This will excite them and give them a feeling of movement. You are not taking unnecessary risks, but simply adding a dash of aggression to your normally staid group. They become used to seeing you out in front and grow addicted to the excitement you bring with each new campaign.”
Connection, know your environment from the inside out
Keys:
Crush all distance. You must have access to people at all levels in the organizaton you wish to control.
Open informal channels for criticism and feedback.
Reconnect with your base. “You have a base of power— a group of people, small or large, which identifies with you. This base is also mental— ideas you had when you were younger, which were tied to powerful emotions and inspired you to take a particular path. Time and success tend to diffuse the sense of connection you have to this physical and mental base… Know your base and work to reconnect with it.”
Create the social mirror. “You view your work from inside your mind, encrusted with all kinds of desires and fears. They see it as an object; they see it as it is. Through their criticisms you can get closer to this objective version and gradually improve what you do.”
Mastery, respect the process
“THE FOOLS IN LIFE WANT THINGS FAST AND EASY-MONEY, SUCCESS, ATTENTION. BOREDOM IS THEIR GREAT ENEMY AND FEAR. WHATEVER THEY MANAGE TO GET SLIPS THROUGH THEIR HANDS AS FAST AS IT COMES IN. YOU, ON THE OTHER HAND, WANT TO OUTLAST YOUR RIVALS. YOU ARE BUILDING THE FOUNDATION FOR SOMETHING THAT CAN CONTINUE TO EXPAND.”
“MOST PEOPLE CAN’T HANDLE BOREDOM. THAT MEANS THEY CAN’T STAY ON ONE THING UNTIL THEY GET GOOD AT IT. AND THEY WONDER WHY THEY’RE UNHAPPY. —50 Cent”
“More often than not our jobs are something that we endure; we live for our time off and dream of the future. We are not engaged in the daily activity of the job with our full mental powers because it is not as exciting as life outside work.”
“When we look at those who stand out in history, we tend to focus on their achievements. From such an angle, it is easy for us to be dazzled and see their success as stemming from genetics and perhaps some social factors. They are gifted. We could never reach their level, or so we think. But we are choosing to ignore that telling period in their lives, when each and every one of them underwent a rather tedious apprenticeship in their field.”
“Understand: the real secret, the real formula for power in this world, lies in accepting the ugly reality that learning requires a process, and this in turn demands patience and the ability to endure drudge work.”
Developing the proper relationship to mastery and the process:
Progress through trial and error.
Master something simple. Develop a pattern of confidence through the parts of your life that you take control over.
Intenralize the rules of the game. “With a deepening knowledge of these rules you can begin to maneuver them for your purpose… Knowing how it works, you can take it apart— for good.”
Attune yourself to the details. “Often when you begin a project of any kind, it is from the wrong end. You tend to think first of what you want to accomplish, imagining the glory and money it will bring you if it succeeds. You then proceed to make this concept come to life. But as you go forward you often lose patience, because the small steps to get there are not nearly as exciting as the ambitious visions in your head.”
Rediscover your natural persistence. “First, you must understand the role that your energy level plays in mastering a process and bringing something to completion. If you take on added goals or new tasks, your focus will be broken up and you will never attain what you wanted in the first place… Second, try breaking things up into smaller blocks of time. You have a large goal, but there are steps along the way, and steps within the steps.”
“Try to look at boredom from the opposite perspective— as a call for you to slow yourself down, to stop searching for endless distractions.”
Self Belief, Push beyond your limits
“PEOPLE FOLLOW THOSE WHO KNOW WHERE THEY ARE GOING, SO CULTIVATE AN AIR OF CERTAINTY AND BOLDNESS.”
“If you are dependent on their judgments for your sense of worth, then your ego will always be weak and fragile.”
“Understand: people will constantly attack you in life. One of their main weapons will be to instill in you doubts about yourself— your worth, your abilities, your potential. They will often disguise this as their objective opinion, but invariably it has a political purpose— they want to keep you down.”
Strategies for pushing past yours and society’s limits:
Defy all categories. Don’t let yourself be shunted into something where people can have expectations.
Constantly reinvent yourself. “Consistency is an illusion anyway— each passing day brings changes within you. You must not be afraid to express these evolutions.”
Subvert your patterns. “What often prevent us from using the mental fluidity and freedom that we naturally possess are the physical routines in our lives. We see the same people and do the same things, and our minds follow these patterns. The solution then is to break this up.”
Create a sense of destiny. “Having supreme confidence makes you fearless and persistent, allowing you to overcome obstacles that stop most people in their tracks. It makes others believe in you as well. And the most intense form of self-belief is to feel a sense of destiny impelling you forward.”
Bet on yourself. “You must always be prepared to place a bet on yourself, on your future, by heading in a direction that others seem to fear.”
The Sublime, confront your mortality
“He realized that the key in life is to always be willing to walk away. He was often surprised that in doing so, or even feeling that way, people would come back to him on his terms, now fearing what they might lose in the process. And if they didn’t return, then good riddance.”
“To accomplish this is remarkably simple. It is a matter of looking inward and seeing death as something that you carry within. It is a part of you that cannot be repressed. It does not mean that you brood about it, but that you have continual awareness of a reality that you come to embrace. You convert the terrified, denial-type relationship to death into something active and positive— finally released from pettiness, useless anxieties, and fearful, timid response.
This book is a sequel to Man’s Search For Meaning by Victor E. Frankl. I have talked over and over about logotherapy. Victor discover and/or created it while in concentration camps during WWII. It is a therapy based on finding meaning in life, aka purpose. This book talks about more specifics of the therapy and how over time he realized more.
“Thus, human existence–at least as long as it has not been neurotically distorted–is always directed to something, or someone, other than itself, be it a meaning to fulfill or another human being to encounter lovingly. I have termed this constitutive characteristic of human existence “self-transcendence”.”
“Therefore man is orginally characterized by his “search for meaning” rather than his “search for himself”. The more he forgets himself–giving himself to a cause or another person–the more human he is. And the more he is immersed and absorbed in something or someone other than himself the more he really becomes himself.”
Do you see the connection between this and Buddhism? A loss of self is the answer. And the more you loose yourself, the more you gain of yourself.
So you know that Eminem song, Loose Yourself?
“You better – lose yourself in the music, the moment You own it, you better never let it go (go)”
This is the key to happiness. Learning how to loose yourself, in order to gain who you really are. Finding purpose is about loosing yourself. Being a Buddhist is about loosing yourself. However, it is not about not knowing who you are. It is about knowing who you are and intentionally loosing yourself in order to get more.
Then Frankl goes onto explain the existential vacuum of not knowing yourself or your purpose.
Google:
“Viktor Frankl described the existential vacuum as a widespread phenomenon of meaninglessness and emptiness in the 20th century, resulting from the loss of traditional, instinctual guides for behavior. This leads to symptoms like boredom, apathy, and depression, a phenomenon he called mass neurosis, where individuals lack direction and don’t know what they want to do.”
“I once took a taxi to a university whose student body had invited me to give a lecture on the question of whether “the new generation is mad.” I asked the cab driver to answer that question. He came up with the following succinct statement: “Of course they are mad; they kill themselves, they kill each other, and they take dope.” -Man’s Search For Ultimate Meaning
The world is the way it is because people do not know their purpose. When you find your purpose, you find yourself. You know how they have those pictures where you have to unfocus your eyes to really see the picture? You know that saying when you can’t figure something out, you should do something else and the answer will come to you?
Who you are is apart of your subconscious mind. You cannot figure out who you are completely using your conscious mind. Your conscious mind is really not that smart. Your subconscious is the genius. It is the part of your brain in charge 95% or more of your life. It is the biggest part of your brain. If you want to figure something out, especially something as important as who you are, you should use your subconscious.
And you do that by figuring out what your purpose is and working on that. The world is so messed up and dysfunctional, because no one knows who they are. And they especially do not know their purpose.
“Depression, addiction, and aggression,” form the neurotic triad as Frankl puts it. I am not sure when this book was published originally, but the copy I read was printed in 2000. Do you think these things have gotten better since the year 2000 or worse? I am going to venture and say worse.
The outline for happiness seems to be:
Find yourself enough to find your purpose.
Work on your purpose.
You will find more of yourself.
And you will probably find more of your purpose.
You will arrive at Zen, peace, contentment, and/or happiness.
Life is not that complicated. Yet everyone makes such a fuss and complicates everything. We should stop doing that immediately. Because it is just causing a ruckus and making us all miserable.
Let’s be happy and do what we were sent here to do, yah?
Those are the books I finished over the weekend. Hope you enjoyed my book reviews. I highly recommend all the books I review. I do not write up the books I do not like.
“Buddha did not dispute the relative reality of the conventionally appearing self. But he did insist that we tend to give this relational self an absolute status that it does not possess. We think that it is more real than it is, and we expend an extraordinary amount of energy propping it up and protecting it, reinforcing the certainty of our own separateness. Both psychotherapy and Buddhist meditation have the potential to undo this tendency, relieving us of our defensive loads.”
This book has a lot of fancy words that are confusing. But really Einstein kind of sums it up better with, “Reality is relative.”
Then add in Dr. Joe Dispenza’s definition of personality as, “your personal reality.”
And then add in Frued’s definition of ego, “The ego is the part of your personality that helps you make practical, rational decisions.”
When I talk about how I do logic equations, this is what I am doing. I am condensing and adding things together, often by different people. This is a logic equation. And this intelligence. Knowledge is when you repeat back something you learned or were told. Intelligence is where to you make the unknown know, and “get it”. You can know a lot of things without ever really “getting it”. When someone trys to make things confusing and uses big fancy words when they are unnecessary, it normally means they do not “get it”. At least that is my experience, I am fully open to being wrong. But Einstein said something about true intelligence means being able to simplify what you know. I like simple words and explanations. How about you all? Why overcomplicate things, right?
So basically Psychotherapy and Buddhism are about learning how to live with yourself in the world as it is. It is hard to live in the world as it is. It is also hard to know who you are. And it is really hard to be who you are and live in the world the way it is. I would say nearly impossible. Because if it was easy or possible more people would do it. And I have never met anyone who was themselves fully. I am pretty sure that is impossible. Even I have an ego. If I didn’t I wouldn’t be very good at keeping myself alive or sharing my ideas. Ego is not all bad. We have it because it is useful and necessary for life.
Let me over simplify the whole concept of this book. You are a being born into a system. That system you are born into expects things from you based on social constructs. Religion, race, sex, birthrights, gender, class, etc are human constructs. These are not “God” constructs or universe constructs. They are human constructs, which means they are failable. Gravity is an example of a God/Universe construct it never fails. However, human constructs are human. Which means they are failable. The average American is sick, fat, poor, and divorced. This is proof that human constructs are failable. Social norms lead the average American to be sick, fat, poor, and divorced. If you want to obtain success you have to value God/Universe constructs over human constructs. You can never talk your way out of gravity. But you can find a way out of being sick, fat, poor, and/or divorced. Human constructs are choices. They often do not feel like choices. But they are choices.
Per the drawing above, please excuse the mess. But who you are is a ven diagram with two circles. And the circles overlap in the middle. On one side, you have your ego. On the other side, you have the person you were born to be. The God construct that is you. And in the middle you have the person you really are, where they overlap.
One circle is your ego. The person people expect you to be. The things people expect you to do based on human constructs: your birthrights, your religion, your class, your family, your gender, etc. Your ego is a mix of how you accept and reject these expectations placed upon you. No matter who you are there are human constructs that place expectations on you. And these expectations create your ego.
The other circle is the person you were born to be. This is the version of you that is a God construct like gravity. You were born to be someone, but the catch is you have to learn how to be that person within the social constructs and society in which you live. You have to take into account your personal reality(personality) and your society filled with social constructs.
Now in the middle where these two circles overlap. Where your ego and the person you were born to be overlap. This is where you find who you really are. It is a mix of the person you were born to be, that is a God construct, and your ego, human construct. Ego is really just a reaction to your environment. Which is epigenetic. So perhaps, ego is just epigenetic. I like that. It makes sense.
You are not a reaction. Which is what your ego is. You are a human being on Earth within a society. The person you were born to be has to exist within the society you were placed. You cannot fully be the person you were born to be, no matter who you are. Because that persona has to manifest itself within the environment it is placed. If you were placed in Africa you will have to live differently than if you were placed in Oregon. You would still be the same person, but that person would manifest differently. You would still be you no matter if you lived in Africa or Oregon. But you would be different. No ifs, ands, or buts.
So you are the middle of the Ven diagram, right? A mix of the person you were born to be with your ego, which is just the environment. We spend a lifetime trying to figure this out. Yet,
“…central tenet of Buddha’s wisdom is the notion of no-self.”
So you spend a lifetime trying to figure out who that person is, but then you forget it. You literally have to forget it.
“In the words of Huang Po, the ninth-century Chinese Zen teacher, “Why this talk of attaining and not attaining? The matter is thus–by thinking of something you create an entity and by thinking of nothing you create another. Let such erroneous thinking perish utterly, and then nothing will remain for you to go seeking.” (Blofled, 1958, p.86) Egolessness is not a separate state; it is only found in relationship to a belief in concrete existence.”
This sounds confusing and maybe I am interpreting it wrong. But I look at it like this. Everything involves ying and yang. If you just focus on yourself you will be mentally ill and unhappy. You will become a narcissist. They are never happy.
We need to spend less time “reinforcing the certainty of our own separateness.” Remember this part of the very first quote? Humans have an interconnectedness. We are all connected. Yes, we need to figure out who we are and how to operate within the society in which we live. But if you just focus on that you are missing the big picture. You have to loose yourself in the big picture. Micro-Macro kind of thing. Yes, you are important. But you are the micro. The macro is humanity as a whole, the world. Ying and yang, you and humanity, micro and macro.
So yes, you need to find yourself. So you can loose yourself and find peace. Pretty complex and yet pretty simple.
Hard to say how you will know when you have gotten to this point. But I can tell you from experience you will know. And once you get there you will know which direction to keep going in. Because the journey to self discovery never ends. But there is a point where you get peace.
This book talks about how people cause themselves mental problems(for lack of a better word) when they try meditation without having a strong sense of who they are. You need a strong sense of who you are, aka a personality(personal reality) before you give up your sense of self to venture into humanity. You need to be human, before you get to discover humanity.
Cluster b personality people never get to humanity because they never find themselves. You can meditate and do all the right things that everyone tells you to do. But if you do not know who you are. You will go mad. You need to know yourself. Socrates said, “Know Thyself” for a reason.
A culture is just a group of people who come together with shared beliefs. And these shared beliefs create patterns in behavior. So, a culture reflects the shared beliefs of it’s people.
What happens if those shared beliefs are lies? What happens when a culture is based on lies? The people start living lies. And they get hurt and mad, because nothing in their lives ends up how they were told it is supposed to be. You buy the dream you were sold and you become mad about it. Because it was a lie.
Romantic love is a lie. It’s a chemical reaction in your brain that only lasts 6 months. Your wants are a lie. It’s really your needs that matter. The economy is a lie. My family has rigged the stock markets since the 1980s. No matter how hard you work or how smart you are, the economy is based on a privilege and class system. Democracy is a lie. We live in a communist dictatorship. And we never got to vote on the dictator. Your life is a lie. You are just apart of the Farmville game my family has been playing with the world.
What do you do when you find out you bought the dream you were sold and it’s a lie? What do you do when you realize how you have been set up to fail and be miserable your whole life, because you are easier to control this way? The more bitter and miserable you are while being preoccupied with living the dream that is a lie, the easier you are to manipulate and control.
Now do you see why people are so angry? It hurts to live a lie. And we are taught to blame ourselves for everything that never works out as we were told it should. We have been taken on a wild goose chase our whole lives. Where do we go from here?
This revolution is about you finding the truth. I can tell you all about the lies my families have told you for generations. But I can’t tell you what your truth is. Sure, I can teach you about science, logic, and philosophy. But I can’t teach you who you are and what your truth is. All I can do is share the truths that set me free. It’s your job to figure out what you want to value and what is important to you. I believe democracy is the freedom to dream your own dream. And to know your dream you have to know your truth.
I love the counterculture movement of the 1960s. It is my favorite period in history. So many things were happening. And people were fighting for their right to determine how they live. They wanted to choose what to value. No longer just accepting the status quo.
The Beat Generation of the 1940s and 1950s is what lead up to the counterculture movement of the 1960s. Jack Kerouac defined the “Beat Generation” for Random House Dictionary as, “Members of the generation that came of age after World War II, who, supposedly as a result of disillusionment stemming from the Cold War, espouse mystical detachment and relaxation of social and sexual tensions.”
“…they broke all the rules–of writing, artistry, decorum, dress, talk, music, vices. The Beat Generation sought nothing less than a clean break from the past…staking out the moral and political high ground against world communism.”
No wonder I view these people as my people. I did not realize that the counterculture of the 1960s stemmed from the fight against communism. But I suppose this makes complete sense on why I identify with the Beat Generation and the counterculture of the 1960s. I always wondered who my Jack Kerouac or Alan Ginsberg were? Where is the counterculture of my generation? I was born in the early 1980s, but I identify more with people who came of age during the 1950s and 1960s. Who are the Ken Kesey and Andy Warhol of the 1990s? And where are they? What about the Hunter S Thompson’s and Neal Cassady’s?
Do you realize that all the counterculture figures I look up to are men? I love Martin Luther King Jr. and there is no way you cannot include him in the counterculture movement, even though he took a different avenue. I did not realize I the counterculture figures I look up to are men, until this book pointed out that women were not really included in the counterculture movement as leaders. But throughout history women have rarely been included. So maybe this explains why I didn’t even think about it. Because it is the constant and not the exception to the rule.
“Despite his aristocratic lineage and manners, Burroughs’s work reflected his often-sordid life as an addict and a homosexual… Burroughs was best known for his graphic, sometimes surrealistic depiction of heroin addiction(Junky, Naked Lunch), gay prostitution(The Wild Boys, Queer), criminality(The Soft Machine, Nova Express), and other outlaw activities. His writing was colored by his dystopian visions of a future world police state.”
Google defines Dystopian as, “Dystopian” describes a future or imaginary society characterized by widespread suffering, fear, and dehumanization, often under oppressive control such as a totalitarian government, environmental disaster, or technological tyranny. It is the opposite of “utopian” (perfect) and serves as a dark reflection of real-world trends, with dystopian fiction often criticizing current societal or political issues through exaggerated, pessimistic scenarios.”
Well, if the current world is not the opposite of utopian, I am not sure what it really is. But during the Beat Generation writing about these things was something that got people put in jail. Censorship was a real thing. Many books from the counterculture were published in Europe years before they were published here in the United States because of censorship and the fear of it. If it was not for this counterculture movement we would not have the free speech, we are supposed to have today.
Google definition of counterculture. “a way of life and set of attitudes opposed to or at variance with the prevailing social norm.”
If you are apart of this revolution, you are apart of the counterculture. If you want freedom to be human on a gene and cellular level, without others making this decision for you, you are counterculture. Because the prevailing social norms and status quos allow for others to determine how human you are on a gene and cellular level. I don’t know about you all, but I never want someone else to decide what is going to happen within my own body, let alone my own home. Because isn’t your body your home? We are supposed to have a vote in things. I believe that is what democracy is, right?
Google definition of Democracy, “a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives.”
So, maybe we don’t really get a vote in democracy. Maybe we just get a vote in who gets to make the decisions. When you look at our government this way, it makes more sense. We get to vote on who decides how human we are on a gene and cellular level. But in a world where everyone has a price that seems pretty scary, right?
On this revolution I found my counterculture people who were born to change the world with me. I always thought they would be artists and writers. But it turns out they are farmers and world leaders in this covert war my family has been waging on the world for generations. I have found my people. And I hope you all are my counterculture people too. Because I would like you all to have a vote too. I am not sure what kind of government system that would be called. But I believe we should all get a vote. Too many things are decided for us. I hate it when other people get to determine how I live. I am sure you all do too. If feels shitty when people who don’t know you or value you get to make decisions about how you live your life. Or what is available to you. Ignorant people surround me everyday for lifetime. They create the Truman show I live in. And everyday in doing so they are making decisions for me that are not in my best interest. So believe me, I can’t wait till we all get a vote. Because I deserve a vote on my own life too.
I am proud to be a member of the counterculture. And I hope one day to just get to be a member of a world culture. A culture is just a group of people who come together with shared beliefs. We need to create a worldwide culture with some foundational beliefs. And the very first one needs to be that no other group gets to decide how others live. We all are equal and get to choose our own adventure. As long as we do not attack or hurt others in those endeavors. I guess we need to not only end communism, but we need to colonialism as well. People need to stop trying to conquer each other and work on themselves.
Arms Wide Open: A Midwife’s Journey is a prequel to The Blue Cotton Gown by Patricia Harman. It tells the story of how she came to be a nurse-midwife in West Virginia. Patricia definitely took the road less traveled and did not set out to be a nurse or a midwife. It just seemed to present itself in her life through experiences and opportunities.
Full disclosure, I did not like this book as much as I liked her first book The Blue Cotton Gown. Because in Arms Wide Open: A Midwife’s Journey Patricia does not tell as many stories about the women she has encountered throughout her career. Instead, she focuses mainly on her own story. Focusing a lot on her time living sustainably in Minnesota and in a commune in West Virginia before she and her husband Tom started their private practice.
I enjoyed reading about someone who lived the counter culture in the 1960s and protested the Vietnam War, while at the same time trying to live sustainably. Not many people were this forward thinking back then. Or even now. And how that journey can be hard and feel overwhelming. I suppose rarely do you know you are truly changing the world, until after the change has happened. During the change, in the thick of it, you don’t know if it is working or not. You just know you are going through it.
“I used to think I had the answers, knew how to make the world better. All we had to do was start a revolution. Now I feel so confused and I guess I don’t think we can overcome…I get it now. It doesn’t matter if we overcome, we just have to take it, step by step, and keep our eyes on the prize.”
You never really know the moment you overcome. We just have to keep going. On this revolution, I have been overwhelmed and destroyed for years. And I often wonder will ever I get to come out the other side and see the fruits of my labor? It is hard. And I don’t know or have all the answers. I don’t even know much of anything most days. But I do know that everyday we are accumulating an advantage. The more days we go on and the more people we reach, the more of an advantage we have. Some battles are won in a day. But wars take longer. I remind myself today is a battle, but what really matters is the war. And wars take longer. They take patience and strategy. One foot in front of the other, day by day, doing the systems of processes that we have found to work. This is how we accumulate an advantage and win the war. Some people just live at war and never get to see the times of peace that are the fruits of their labor. I hope to not be one of those people. But I understand that may be my fate.
“Do not give up hope. In these difficult times the sun still rises, there is light on the water, and the full moon shines, once a month, in the dark sky.”
Many people throughout history have fought for the freedom we have today. And none of their lives look the same. And most of them never got the freedoms we have today. So, maybe we should be more grateful for the freedoms we do have. Because we have more freedom than ever before in a lot of ways. And many people who came before us have died in the effort to get us those freedoms. We need to be grateful for what we do have, before we will get more. If we aren’t grateful we won’t remember to work for more day by day, little by little. It will seem futile. Unless we remember that is the way it has always been done.
Patricia Harman is a great writer and very relatable. We all have difficulties in life. And we all question the journey because we don’t know if we are doing it right until the end. And who is to say what is right and what is wrong for you? Life is a choose your own adventure. Patricia definitely adventured.
I recommend both The Blue Cotton Gown and Arms Wide Open: A Midwife’s Journey.
The Blue Cotton Gown was a great quick read. The story of a woman who was a hippie in the 1960s and 1970s who lived on communes and became a nurse-midwife was very unique. Patricia Harman lived an unusual life and encountered a lot of women from all kinds of different backgrounds.
She and her husband left commune life and started a private practice in West Virginia. However, the malpractice insurance became so expensive that they had to stop delivering babies. There was no way they could have turned a profit with the huge insurance premiums. And even after cutting delivery services they were having a hard time turning a profit.
How do small medical practices make money with the way big insurance companies keep cutting how much they pay out for visits and services? I never thought about this. But this explains why so many small medical practices have gone out of business. And why large corporate medical practices and institutions have taken over. It’s funny we see these changes taking place around us, but we often do not think about them.
I much prefer small businesses. But within my lifetime I have seen the world go from mostly small business to mostly corporations. This has happened because small businesses cannot compete with corporations and make money and/or profits. Even knowing all this it did not really make sense or seem real until I read this memoir and saw the situation through Patricia’s eyes. Everyone has to make a living. Even if they are doing what they love. Especially, if they are doing what they love. Wouldn’t you want to be rewarded for pursuing your calling and doing a service to humanity?
People should be rewarded for making the world a better place, one life at a time. At least they should not be held back from making a living. Funny how we call work, making a living. Because a lot of us are so caught up in work we never remember to actually live. Which makes sense of why people should be rewarded for doing what they love and what they are good at.
I bet the small medical private practice in West Virginia that Patricia and her husband started is no longer operating. I bet most small businesses that were open a decade ago are no longer open. I know you believe this is allowing you to purchase goods and services at cheaper prices. But maybe all it really is doing is limiting your options to make a living as we call it?!? What do you think?
Have you ever had enough? Like really had enough of anything? My life I have been kept from having much of anything. And I have never had enough of much.
My face is swollen because they are poisoning me so much my kidneys are failing. Have you ever had your organs fail before? It happens to me all the time. It is pretty normal actually. My liver is failing to remove all the toxins from my body and I have estrogen dominance because your body prioritizes toxins before it processes hormones and removes them from your body. This is why there are so many men who think they are women. Or part of the reason. They have been poisoned so much that they have too much estrogen circulating in their bodies. Estrogen makes addiction worse. The Eugene Mission website says women are more prone to addiction. Which may kind of be true, but it is just because women naturally produce more estrogen than men. And estrogen feeds addiction. If our livers could keep up with all the toxins, this would not be an issue.
So, have you ever had enough of something? My organs have been failing my whole life. The world has been hunting me as long as I can remember. Well, actually it started in 6th grade when the other kids at school started poisoning me. And you know what. I still don’t want to hurt people. Yes, I do very much wish to get away from people. And for them to leave me alone. And I will continue to do what I have to do in hopes that people will one day soon leave me alone. But there are no guarantees in life.
My family has been harassing me a lot the past couple days using the chip in my head. They do everything they can to try to steal my peace. And you know what keeps me sane? Knowing that I have enough love. Love is a gift once given that can never be taken back or away. Love is not conditional. I was never supposed to know love. And I have never known human love. But I had my two kids, my dogs. I have never met souls who made me happier than my kids. And I have never experienced loss like the loss of my kids dying. But I am so grateful they are dead.
When you have enough you don’t need more. I have enough love to last me a lifetime. I do not believe that humans are capable of love in the subhuman state they are currently in on a gene and cellular level. People who destroy and poison others everyday are not capable of real love, only destruction. When you view attempted murder as a normal daily task, you are not capable of love. And maybe you all want to argue with me about this. Maybe you want to say I am an idealist. Sure, I am an idealist in some ways. But I am also very into science. Love is not something people who are mentally ill are capable of. Cluster b personality disorders are based on the desire to hurt people. When you have the desire to hurt people or get even, you are incapable of love. Because people are always going to hurt you at some point and you will seek revenge and to get even. That is not love that is a ticking time bomb. That is what it is like to be a loose cannon.
I have enough love to last me a lifetime. And it is amazing because I did not understand how big of a gift it was to be loved. Believe me I valued my kids and I knew they were special beyond words. But I never thought I would have enough of anything, especially love. That saying my cup runneth over is the only way I can describe it.
Last night and today, I was thinking that everything that I was told was supposed to make me happy never really has. I was supposed to like expensive clothes and purses. I like clothes that fit and I like having a bag to carry stuff in. But those things never made me as happy as people told me they were supposed to. I was told I was supposed to find a partner in life. But all I found were boys who tried to be like my Dad who tried to breed me like a farm animal and kill me. That definitely did not make me happy. And living in big houses did not make me happy. I do like to have space that is not cluttered and I like to be left alone. But living on the golf course did not make me happy. I really like the lifestyle of living in apartments. There is so much less work and maintenance. I liked having houses in Las Vegas because I had dogs and they needed outdoor space.
My whole life I have been told all these things that I am supposed to desire and these things are supposed to make me happy. But they never did. And I used to wonder why these things did not make me happy. They did not fill my cup. I did not fill fulfilled from them. I thought I must have been doing something wrong. But as I got older and I got away from people who were trying to destroy and kill me I found real happiness in all the weird things I do. Like my science experiments, reading, researching, logic equations, doing absolutely nothing and spacing off, etc. I like to do things that I was told are worthless. But those are the things that bring me true joy and happiness. Nothing I was told I should want actually brings me happiness. Those things do not fill my cup so to speak.
I am not free. I have never been free. I have gotten away from my family, but I have never been able to escape the world of people willing to do my family’s bidding and destroy me. But I know I am loved. I have enough love for a lifetime. My cup runneth over. And I know what makes me happy. And dear lord none of those things are things I was told would make me happy.
Do I want to be free? Of course. Do I want people to stop hunting me? Yes. Do I have to be upset about it all the time while it happens? Absolutely not! If I was to be upset all the time about how my family and the world destroys me, I would have missed out on the love I needed to endure this journey. I would have missed out on knowing all the things in life that do make me happy. If I continued to get upset about the world ignorantly destroying me, I would have missed out on getting to know myself and the reality of the world. I would have never been able to learn enough to be genius and/or the words to describe the destruction of my family’s cult. I would have missed out on everything.
Am I upset about the way people hunt me and destroy me? Of course. It is beyond horrible. My organs are failing. And I have never met a person who is genuinely kind or polite. I have never met someone who is not mentally ill. I have never met someone not addicted to destruction and poisoning people, God and everyone. Am I upset about it all? Yes. But I choose not to let that upset rule my life or steal everything from me.
I go to check into the Navigation Center off River Ave tomorrow. I got into a homeless shelter. Am I excited about it? NO. But it is what I need to do. Will they destroy me there? YES! But this is what I have to do.
I hope one day my life is not like this. I hope we reach all the people soon. And I hope I get to be left alone and live a normal ordinary life.
But today is not that day. And I do not have to let that steal my joy or happiness. I will always have books and my babies. I will always have enough love to carry with me for a lifetime. This revolution has taught me I am rich in ways I never imagined. I have things that most people will never obtain. And they are not things money can buy. I have the priceless things that people do not think about going after. Because they take time and dedication and work. Instead people search for the things in life with dollar signs and price tags. I used to think those things were how to measure success. But those things did not make me happy. I could never make enough money to buy my freedom or to buy my way out of my family.
Gratitude changes your brain you know right? It is a program that actually creates intelligence. I could explain it all, but it is wordy. And when I first started trying to be grateful for things it didn’t feel this good. But now it is something that I can do and get my brain to produce all kinds of neurotransmitters. Which gets me high on life and able to create more intelligence in my brain even quicker. It increases plasticity. You should try it. But try it on the things in life that do not have price tags. On the things that no one can take from you. Those are the truly priceless things in life.
I am an expert at people taking things from me. Believe me when I say that having a list of the things people cannot take from you really helps. Because people will try to take anything they can get their hands on. Not only are they junkies for destruction, but they are thieves. If you let them they will steal your heart and soul. Don’t let them.
Full disclosure, I did not read this whole book. It is more of a history of his life and the political climate in Russia and France and the scientific world. I was interested in the science.
Elie Metchnikoff was the guy who discovered the immune system. And he also is the guy who figured out there are good bugs in the food we eat and in our large intestine. Metchnikoff is the guy who made yogurt famous as a health food. This was around 1900. Probiotics were popular more in the early 1900s than they were in the 1970s and 1980s.
This book is really well written. Not often is a biography and especially a science biography this enjoyable to read. I try to stay away from biographies because reading someone else describe someone else’s life is normally lack luster. But this book is the exception. Luba Vikhanski did a great job.
Metchnikoff came up with the word Orthobiosis. Which means correct living. He was searching for a cure to old age. He realized that aging is just a breaking down of cells and tissues. And aging is basically like a long term chronic illness. And he did say that eating/drinking good bacteria could help to elongate life and prevent illness. His name was associated with yogurt, even having his own brand. He did not run the company, but he allowed a company to use his name.
I did not really learn much in this book about science. But it is always interesting to read about people’s lives. Metchnikoff ran the Louis Pasture Institute in Paris for many years until his death. Louis Pasture was the guy who discovered germs/bacteria and got the dairy industry to pasteurize milk. And Metchnikoff built upon that research and discovery to understand that the guy has good bacteria and bad bacteria.
Metchnikoff was born in Russia and worked there before he came to Paris to work at the Louis Pasture Institute. Olga, Metchnikoff’s second wife, was from a well off family and they were able to live off her monthly allowance. This is what allowed him the freedom to follow his passion of science research. The fall of the monarchy in Russia also played apart in his coming to Paris. Because Russia was not as open to scientific research or forward movement at that time.
It was neat to see how the fall of the Russian monarchy effected people. I had not read much about this and I am related to the Romanoff family. So it was a little extra interesting to me.
I feel sick. They are poisoning me a lot. I got to get out of here. That’s all I have for now.
I rode the bus today to go to TJ Maxx to see if they still had flip flops. I am particular about almost everything, but I especially am particular about the kind of flip flops I wear. I guess the pc term is thong sandals. Anyways, I do not wear shoes because the largest pores on your body are on your feet and I have never had shoes that were not poisoned. Long story short I will have to order off Amazon to get the brands I really want.
I had not been out of the downtown area since the beginning of June when I first got back to town from Medford. Wow! I do not miss the northeast part of town. I really dislike the north. I have been staying in the South for months now and didn’t even really realize it. I really hate the Northeast. I think it is the people who ruin it for me. It was weird to see town again. It is a mix of a mirage and a rat race. Everyone in a hurry to go nowhere and they don’t even really understand why they are doing what they are doing. It is a maze of ignorance. And people love it. I do not love it. I suppose I never have. But never in my life would I have guess that people were as ignorant as they really are. I suppose I was brain washed to give people the benefit of the doubt. And now I just give them doubt because that is what they have earned.
I am glad to be back in downtown. I don’t want to ride the bus again till I have to get fall clothes. Which will be soon because it is supposed to rain this weekend and next week a bit. Who knows but it is about time to get new clothes. I have been wearing these ones since May.
How long do you think it will take to reach the rest of the NE/NE Mixed Polish people with ties to Eugene? We already reached the ones with ties to Springfield. It has been almost a year that we have been working on reaching the NE Mixed Polish people with ties to Eugene. Almost a whole year. Can you imagine the world signing up to kill you and torture you for a lifetime, but for four and a half years while you try to reach them? September is the four and a half year mark of this revolution, on the 30th of this month. 4.5 years of the world signing up to torture, hurt, and hunt me group by group by group. Hard to imagine huh? It is for me too and I have lived it.
They are poisoning me a lot and my brain is going in a million different directions. Sometimes I just like to ride the wave and let my brain wander. This is how I put together logic equations and puzzles. I suppose the poisons help me create intelligence in my brain when I just sit back and ride the wave sometimes. It is weird. But I like my hyper active nervous system. I suppose because I have learned how to make it work for me and I have learned how to slow it down when necessary. When it was in overdrive all the time, God that was annoying.
I literally am just homeless on the streets waiting for the world to get on board with allowing me to have a normal life. It is a pretty weird experience. I can’t really explain what it is like. But it is not nearly as uncomfortable as my life has been in the past decade. Which is weird. You would think that this would be way worse. But it is not. Maybe I have just come to terms with the ignorance of the world and how they are ruled by heard mentality. Which in itself is a blessing. Because once everyone knows what is happening, then hopefully I can just have a normal life. I just want to work and have a home. And I especially want to get out of Oregon and the North. I probably want to leave the country.
When I moved to southern Arizona in 2018, I wanted to go to Mexico. But I was too scared and nervous because my Spanish is not even close to fluent. I would like to get out of the United States as soon as possible. I suppose it is my dream that keeps me going. I have no problem working and earning my way. You all need and want a lot of the information and know how that I have on how to survive and reverse the destruction and subhuman slave race that you all have helped my family create and perpetuate. So I assume I will be able to work and earn my own way and have a home and leave Oregon. And maybe this is a naive assumption. But there is no free rides. If I don’t get what I want there is nothing that is motivating me to give you all what you want.
I was thinking yesterday about how it is funny that most of you all that are new think that I am doing all this because I want to spend the rest of my life bossing you all around. Those who have been tuned in for awhile know I am not interested in bossing the world around. I have no interest in it. I am not fond of people. After living the life I have lived the only reason I would want to spend the rest of my life bossing the world around would be to get even. And that still does not appeal to me. Even after 44 years of everyone around me signing up to gangstalk and destroy me, I am still not interested in destroying the world. Or making you all submit to my micromanagement. Not interested at all. There are more than enough world leaders and the farmers that you all have people to boss you around. I have made friends with these people and came to the agreement that I would defer to them to be in charge. And when I have something to say they will allow me the time to listen.
I did not start this revolution to conquer the world. And I am not going to finish this revolution to conquer the world. This revolution is about freedom. It is about your freedom, but it is also about my freedom. If I don’t get to be free. There is no way in hell I am going to help the people who have tried to hurt and kill me my whole life to be free. It is logical that I would expect freedom too. The world leaders have agreed to this. I just wonder if you NE/NE people are willing to allow me to be free? No one else can set you free but me. But you all are the ones who seem to get the last vote on my freedom as well. And God I hate you people. So this sucks! I have never known you all to make any good decisions. Which also sucks. I bet the world hates you all as much as I do. You all are my family’s baby dogs like in Animal Farm. We started reading that book yesterday. You all should connect with the communication hubs and they will get you access to those recordings and tons of other books that we have recorded on this revolution. I had to do something with my time while the world was signing up to kill me out of ignorance. Plus, when you hear my voice your mirror neurons in your brain download my subconscious beliefs into your subconscious. I can’t teach you all how to be genius, but I can share some of my genius with you via my voice. It is pretty neat. People are contagious. They say you are most like the 5 people you are around the most. If you listen to the recordings that Salem and I have created and allow me to be one of the 5 people you are around the most, you will be more genius. People are contagious.
Did you know it only takes someone being in an enclosed building for 24 hours in order for their microbiome to become apart of the building/dwelling. This is true for hotels and temporary housing too. Living with people is the easiest way to get their bugs. People are contagious. And if you live with those people long enough their bugs will stay with you for a lifetime. It has more of an effect on who you are on a gene and cellular level than your actual genes. You will be more like the people you live with, than family members who you have never lived with. Even though you are genetically like your family members more. Epigenetics tops all. And epigenetics are ruled by bacteria and mitochondria. Your microbiome dictates the health of the mitochondria in each cell of your body and that is what determines your epigenetics. Thus, your bugs are more important than your genes. The people you surround yourself with are contagious. And it overrides genes.
I am reading a book about physcoanalysis and Buddhism. I love it! I will have to write it up when I am done if I even finish the book. I read a lot of books and I don’t read the whole thing. So I don’t write up all the books I have been reading. It is best in this day and age not to finish books when you found what you are looking for. But most of the time I do not know what I am looking for. Do you? Most of the time I know what I am looking for when I find it and not before. I just go where my mind takes me. I try not to micromanage myself too much. If you premeditate you will get what you ask for and nothing more. So I just let myself go and see what happens. It works. Otherwise we would not be talking right now.
I also have been reading a book by Victor Frankl. He is the guy who invented logotherapy during his concentration camp stays in WWII. Which I love! It is a therapy based on purpose. I do better when I know what my purpose is and I am clear about it. It is way different than micromanaging yourself. It is about giving yourself direction in order to run with life. What are you here to do? And then run in that direction and see what you come up with. It is way better than micromanaging yourself or premeditating. My family is really big into premeditation and micromanagement. I am not! When you do these things you limit yourself. Imagination is everything. Just because you don’t see what you are doing doesn’t mean that your subconscious mind does not know. It just means your logical mind has yet to catch up. I built this revolution just following my gut feelings. I had no clue what I was doing. And here we are. I may never get a normal life. I do understand that. I may die homeless on the streets. I understand that. But I will always follow my guts because they know way more than my brain. And I am a genius literally. Pretty weird, huh? It is weird to me because it goes against everything that I was ever taught. My family always told me my way of doing things was inferior. They told me I was inferior in all ways. They still do.
So the chip in my head is two way. And I have almost muted them completely. I can still hear them a bit when they shout or when I am in complete quietness. But I have been moving my brain muscle to move the chip in my head. And I guess we are all lucky and it is like a telephone receiver. I can move the part that allows me to hear them and you all can still hear me. Pretty weird, huh? It is weird for me too. But I am grateful to have learned about my muscles in my head. They are like a spider web and all connected. If you move one part of your head muscles, it moves the whole thing. I had no clue about any of this, but I had to learn otherwise they were going to drive me crazy literally. It is way more manageable at lower volumes. I cannot even explain how much easier it is to deal with. I can hear myself think again. In April or May they started yelling at me all day everyday and inviting all kinds of people from my past into my head. It was horrible. And it makes me feel crazy to talk about it. But it was back when I still had my Jeep and so the revolution saw. It was awful. During this time I learned that if I use the left side of my brain to talk to them you cannot hear. Which also sounds super crazy. But I had to learn just to use the right side of my brain when I talk to you all because otherwise I go all over in my brain when I talk and the broadcast doesn’t make sense. The left side is my creative side. I didn’t think I could use that side of my brain, because I have Asperger’s which makes me logic brain based. But surprise I can.
I have a chip in my head and I had to learn how to move the chip in my head in order to stay sane. Pretty crazy, huh? Can you imagine having a chip in your head? You want to know the really crazy part? I am not the only one with a chip in my head. I saw other people with them on this revolution. They put them in children from the NE. I am sure only Mixed Polish, those were the only ones I saw. Salem, I forgot to tell you all to tell the others that they can move their cranial muscles and move the chip out of place. Will you please make an announcement about that. I saw that most of them were tortured just like me. It is good news for us chipped kids. We can turn off the voices. And I am sure if they keep moving it after that they will be able to disconnect it from the power source. They run off our own energy/electricity. That is even weirder huh?
In the book 1984, they talk about the though police. It is a communist regime where you are not allowed to have certain thoughts or you will get in trouble. This chip in my head represents the thought police. After we finish Animal Farm, I will try to find the book 1984 to read to you all. It is a longer book and I don’t think it is that fun of a read. But you all may need to hear it in order to fully understand that the thought police are real. I have lived with them my whole life. Whenever I have had a thought my family does not like, I get poisoned and punished to varying degrees based on how much I offend them. When they first put this thing in when I was 8 years old, my parents found out how much I do not respect them or look up to them. Needless to say that was not pleasant for me or for them I suppose. When a child is 8 years old their brain waves change and they are harder to brain wash. They were not able to brainwash me and here we are. They sure can harass me and poison me and lie to me. But they cannot make me into the person they want me to be. I would rather be homeless for the rest of my life than be the person they want me to be. I refuse to value ignorance, destruction, and following orders above all else. I refuse to be like my family. And I refused from the time I was 4 years old. That is how we got here. It has been a long and windy road that is definitely less traveled for the past 40 years (I am 44 years old).
I haven’t really been talking much. So today I thought I would journal a bit more and just talk. It seems to help people when they get to know me. I know it must be weird to imagine that I won the world over with kindness and sharing information. Most people try to conquer others. And especially with my family being who they are, I am sure it is even harder to imagine. I don’t need you to believe what I say about myself. You can look at my actions. My actions speak louder than any words. The person I say I am is the same person my actions say I am. This rarely happens. But I think we are all so used to everyone telling us who they are that I need to tell you who I am. And it helps for you all to understand me a bit. No one will ever fully understand me. And I have made peace with that. Can anyone ever fully understand another? I don’t think so. But maybe you have a different belief. That is a whole different conversation.
I guess the point is I do not want to conquer the world. I do not want the world to be a subhuman slave race on a gene and cellular level. I do not want to be a subhuman slave race on a gene and cellular level. I want to be free to be human. And I want the world to be free to be human. Apparently, what I want matters to the world a bit. It matters more than I ever imagined it could or would. And I do not want anything for myself that I do not want for you all. I have no desire to boss the world around. I have made friends with the farmers and the world leaders, I think they do good. And they have agreed to let me speak my peace whenever I have something to say. And they have agreed to help me reverse this subhuman slave race when they can. Plus, I really want to fix global warming and the ocean. We need to fix these things to ensure the ability of the future generations to be human on a gene and cellular level. If we don’t clean up the mess people have made in the past 120 years, we won’t get to be human on a gene and cellular level ever. Honestly, as long as the world is willing to work together these issues should be relatively easy to clean up and fix. Everyone makes things more complicated than they are. Life is not complicated. Being human is not complicated. It may never be simple or easy. But it is not complicated. Life is supposed to put us at ease though. Life is supposed to be easy. It just may take some years of adjusting for us to go back to our setpoint. Life is supposed to put us at ease. Life is not supposed to create disease. Get it? Pretty neat, huh?
I am cheesy. And I will probably never stop being cheesy. It is apart of who I am. Just because I am smart does not mean I have to take myself or life too seriously. When I do I get upset and that is no way to live. I am just trying to cope with this all too you know. And it is difficult. My life has never been easy. But when I am alone it is. I really like being alone. And I figure if you all will let me have a normal life and spend time alone without people destroying me, I can definitely figure out how to fix this mess. But if you all keep hunting me and stopping me from living a normal life I will not be able or motivated to help you all. I hope you do everything in your power to make sure people leave me alone and treat me fairly. Because I am sure tired of being picked on and having people try to torture and kill me. I bet you can relate on a smaller scale.
That’s all I got for right now. I hope you enjoyed me just talking. I don’t talk much lately because I am just trying to keep to myself and survive. You know the saying misery loves company? When life gets hard, I like to be alone. I dont really like company unless I have something positive to share. And I do not have anything positive to share.
Call The Midwife was an excellent book. I have not watched any of the television series or even heard about it until reading the book. I can see how this would be perfect to make into a television series though. Because it talks about different women and their families over the course of their pregnancies and childbirth. There could be an endless number of episodes.
Had you ever thought about what London was like after WWII? This book is set in post WWII London on the east end near the docks. London was bombed heavily during WWII. So much so that they sent most of the children to the countryside. However, I never thought about what it was like after the war when there was not as much housing in the cities and there were more people. During the war people were constantly trying to get out of the mainland of Western Europe to evade Hitler. And many of those people ended up in England and London specifically.
We read in one of the huge history textbooks that I read you all earlier this year, that women in America mostly relied on each other for help with giving birth during the 1800s and early 1900s. This was because people were so spread out. But in the cities they had midwives. And here the practice of midwives was almost put to an end because Doctors wanted to take over that part of the medical industry. This was because midwives would help women abort unwanted pregnancies naturally and many other reasons. This gave women too much control over their bodies and the next generation. And men wanted this control. This took place around the same time slavery was ended here in the United States.
Apparently this did not happen as much in England? This book makes it seem like women and midwives were in charge of prenatal care and delivering babies until the 1970s-ish. Honestly, it makes no sense to have a baby in a hospital where people go to die. I forget where it was. But when babies first started being born in hospitals, they were dying at alarming rates. It was because the medical students that were helping with the births were dissecting cadavers right before they were delivering babies. At this point they did not know that germs could be passed from the dead bodies onto the babies. Google says this was in the 19th century, aka the 1800s. Why would anyone want to have a baby where people go to die? It just seems counterintuitive! I understand not wanting to have a baby at home either. That would be rather messy. But a birthing center seems like the logical thing to do. Maybe I am missing a variable of this equation having never had children. But having a child in the same building that people are dying in seems wrong.
The midwife in Call The Midwife works for an organization run by nuns. And she is not religious when she first arrives. That would be an interesting dynamic. Can you imagine going to live and work with nuns? I know I would be uncomfortable and I am more open than most to say the least. I may not be religious, but in order to survive my life I have had to become a bit of a Buddhist monk. Spirituality is very important to me. Being in sync with the higher realms is important to me. I have referred to this as divine order over the past few years. It is hard to explain how to find this Zen or direction. Or even how to find one’s purpose or calling. But this book did it just right.
“Questions, questions — you wear me out with your questions, child. Find out for yourself — we all have to in the end. No one can give you faith. It is a gift from God alone. Seek and ye shall find. Read the Gospels. There is no other way. Do not pester me with your everlasting questions. Go with God, child; just go with God.”
I have read endless religious texts. My Dad got me a copy of the Bible when I was around 7 or 8 and I read it just as I read any other book. It was a story and there is always something to learn from everyone’s story or their experiences. It is the same reason I read these books. There is something to be learned from everyone. You just have to be open to it. I am not a religious person. I don’t believe in religion really. It is a human construct used to control people. But I do enjoy religious texts. And I do not believe that you can fully learn spirituality from someone else. I think it is an inner process and journey that you have to explore on your own. When someone else says to have the key to something inside of you, they are normally lying and trying to control you. You should find the keys to the things inside you that you seek. Otherwise someone else will be controlling you with those keys.
I would watch this show and I will have to check out the other books in this series. I think they will be good. I may never have children and I am completely okay with that. But childbirth is a time when other people tend to tell women they have the keys to this experience that is prewired in them. Fear and pain are used to break people. If you give into the fear and pain of hard times or experiences they will break you. I may never have experienced childbirth, but I am a bit of an expert on pain and people trying to break me. You were designed to not only survive, but you were designed to thrive and evolve. You just have to find the keys within you.
They are poisoning me and making me naseaus, that’s all I got for now.
